Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記式(I) (式中、Rは、各場合に独立に、C1-24ヒドロカルビル、C1-24ヒドロカルボキ シ、C1-24ヒドロカルビルチオオキシまたはC1-24ヒドロカルビルカルボキシル であり、 Ar1およびAr2は、各場合に独立に、C6-18アリール部分であり、それはC1-12 ヒドロカルビル、C1-12ヒドロカルビルオキシ、C1-12ヒドロカルビルチオ オキシまたはC1-12ヒドロカルビルカルボキシルにより置換されていてよく、 Aは、各場合に独立に、水素またはハロゲンであり、 xは、各場合に独立に、0〜1の正の数であり、 nは、各場合に独立に、0〜4の整数であり、そして、 mは5〜1000の数である) の1種以上の化合物を含むポリ(アリールアミン)組成物。 2.Rは、各場合に独立に、C1-12アルコキシ、C1-12チオアルコキシ、C1- 12 アリールオキシまたはC1-12チオアリールオキシ部 分であり、それは、C1-12アルコキシ、C1-12チオアルコキシ、C1-12アリール オキシまたはC1-12チオアリールオキシ部分により置換されていてよく、 Ar1およびAr2は、各場合に独立に、C6〜C18芳香族基であり、それは、 C1-12アルコキシ、C1-12チオアルコキシ、C1-12アリールオキシまたはC1-12 チオアリールオキシ部分により置換されていてよく、 Aは、各場合に独立に、水素、塩素および臭素であり、そして、 mは5〜500の数である、請求項1記載の組成物。 3.Rは、各場合に独立に、C1-5アルコキシ、C1-5チオアルコキシまたはC1-6 ヒドロカルビルであり、 Ar1およびAr2は、各場合に独立に、ベンゼン、ナフタレンまたはビフェニ ルに由来するものであり、それは、C1-5アルコキシおよびC1-6ヒドロカルビル により置換されていてよく、 nは、各場合に独立に、0または1の整数であり、そして、 mは5〜100の数である、請求項2記載の組成物。 4.Rは、各場合に独立に、メチルまたはメトキシであり、 Ar1およびAr2は、各場合に独立に、アニソール、メトキシナフタレン、ベ ンゼンまたはトルエンに由来するものであり、そして、 mは5〜100の数である、請求項3記載の組成物。 5.Ar1は、各場合に独立に、フェニレンであり、 Ar2は、各場合に独立に、4−メトキシフェニルまたはベンゼンに由来する ものであり、 nは、各場合に独立に、0の整数であり、そして mは5〜100の数である、請求項4記載の組成物。 6.下記式(II)および(III) に対応する1種以上のモノマーを、触媒量の二価ニッケル塩、少なくとも理論量 の、二価ニッケルイオンを0価の状態に還元することができる材料、およびリガ ンドとして作用することができる材料、および極性溶剤中の反応を促進すること ができる一定量の化合物、および、必要に応じて、芳香族炭化水素もしくはエー テルを含む補助溶剤と、請求項1記載のポリ(アリールアミン)を生じるような 条件下において接触させることを含む、請求項1記載の組成物の製造法。 7.1種以上のモノマーはハロ芳香族化合物と、下記式(IV)および(V) のうちの1つ以上に対応する1種以上のジアリールジアミンとを、式(II)ま たは(III)の化合物が生成されるような条件下において接触させることによ り製造される、請求項6記載の方法。 8.ハロ芳香族化合物は、下記式(VI) A−Ar1−B (VI) (式中、AおよびBは、各場合に独立に、水素またはハロゲンであり、そしてA r1は、各場合に独立に、C6-18アリール部分であり、それは重合反応を妨害し ない部分により置換されていてよい)の化合物を含む、請求項7記載の方法。 9.Aは水素、塩素または臭素であり、そしてBは臭素またはヨウ素であり、 そしてAr1は、各場合に独立に、ナフタレン、ビフェニル、アニソール、メト キシナフタレン、メトキシビフェニル、ベンゼンまたはトルエンに由来するもの である、請求項8記載の方法。 10.式(IV)および(V)の1種以上の化合物は式(VI):A−Ar1 −Bの化合物と触媒の存在下において反応される、請求項9記載の方法。 11.触媒は銅粉末であるか、または、パラジウムおよびトリ−O−トリルホ スフィンである、請求項10記載の方法。 12.触媒の量はハロ芳香族化合物の量に対して0.1モル%〜1000モル %である、請求項11記載の方法。 13.二価ニッケル塩はモノマーの量を基準として0.1〜10モル%の量で 存在し、二価ニッケルイオンを0価の状態に還元することができる材料は亜鉛粉 末でありそしてモノマーの量を基準として10〜500モル%の量で存在し、リ ガンドとして作用すること ができる材料はトリアリールホスフィンでありそしてモノマーの量を基準として 10〜100モル%の量で存在し、そして、反応を促進することができる化合物 の量は二価ニッケル塩を基準として10〜100モル%で存在する、請求項6記 載の方法。 14.反応温度は50〜150℃である、請求項6記載の方法。 15.請求項1記載の組成物を含む、フィルム。 16.請求項1記載の組成物を基材に適用し、そして適用した組成物をフィル ムが形成される条件下に付すことを含む、フィルムの製造法。 17.0.01〜200ミクロンの厚さを有する、請求項15記載のフィルム 。
