Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 自動車におけるその変速比が無段階に調節可能な変速機(4)の制御のた めの装置であって、 前記変速機は、設定可能な初期トルク(md_kup)を有する駆動ユニット (1)と共に自動車のドライブトレーンに配設されている形式のものにおいて、 変速機(4)の目下の最大の伝達可能なトルクを表す量(md_ge_max )を決定する決定手段(41;45)が設けられており、 さらに駆動ユニット(1)の初期トルク(md_kup)を、決定された前記 トルク量(md_ge_max)に依存して求めた限界値(md_kup_ma x)に制限する制限手段(30,11)が設けられていることを特徴とする、自 動車におけるCVTの制御のための装置。 2. ドライブトレーンにさらにコンバータ(3)が設けられており、該コンバ ータは決定可能なトルク増幅度(mue_wd)を有しており、前記限界値(m d_kup_max)の算出が、コンバータの目下のトルク増幅度(mue_w d)に依存して行われる、請求項1記載の装置。 3. ドライブトレーンにさらにクラッチが設けられており、該クラッチは決定 可能なトルク伝達度を有しており、前記限界値(md_kup_max)の算出 が目下のトルク伝達度に依存して行われる、請求項1記載の装置。 4. 前記変速機(4)は、駆動側と被駆動側並びに、該駆動側と被駆動側の間 の機械的な作用結合を形成するための作用手段(9)を有し、該作用手段と駆動 側及び/又は被駆動側の間の押圧力を表す押圧量(p_soll;p_ist) を検出する検出手段(35;41)が設けられ、さらに前記決定手段(41;4 5)は、検出された押圧量(p_sol1;p_ist)から、変速機(4)の 目下の最大の伝達可能なトルクを表す量(md_ge_max)が決定されるよ うに構成されている、請求項1記載の装置。 5. 前記制限手段(30,11)は、駆動ユニット(1)の初期トルク(md _kup)が正の限界値(トラクショントルク制限)のみならず負の限界値(オ ーバーラントルク制限)に対しても制限可能となるように構成されている、請求 項1記載の装置。 6. 駆動ユニット(1)の初期トルク(md_kup)の絶対値が、算出され た限界値(md_kup_max)と比較され、この限界値を上回るリアクショ ンの中で駆動ユニット(1)の初期トルク(md_kup)が、限界値を下回る ように低減(トラクショントルク制限)または増加(オーバラントルク制限)さ れるように、前記制限手段(30,11)が構成されている、請求項1記載の装 置。 7. 自動車におけるその変速比が無段階に調節可能な変速機(4)の制御のた めの方法であって、 前記変速機は、設定可能な初期トルク(md_kup)を有する駆動ユニット (1)と共に自動車のドライブトレーンに配設されている形式のものにおいて、 変速機(4)の目下の最大の伝達可能なトルクを表す量(md_ge_max )を決定し、 駆動ユニット(1)の初期トルク(md_kup)を、決定された前記トルク 量(md_ge_max)に依存して求めた限界値(md_kup_max)に 制限することを特徴とする、自動車におけるCVTの制御のための方法。 8. ドライブトレーンにさらにコンバータ(3)を設け、該コンバータのトル ク増幅度(mue_wd)を決定し、前記限界値(md_kup_max)を、 コンバータの目下のトルク増幅度(mue_wd)に依存して算出するか、又は 、 ドライブトレーンにさらにクラッチを設け、該クラッチのトルク伝達度を決定 し、前記限界値(md_kup_max)を、目下のトルク伝達度に依存して算 出する、請求項7記載の方法。 9. 前記変速機(4)は、駆動側と被駆動側並びに、該駆動側と被駆動側の間 の機械的な作用結合を形成するための作用手段(9)を有し、 前記作用手段(9)と駆動側及び/又は被駆動側との 間の押圧力を表す押圧量(p_soll;p_ist)を検出し、 さらにこの検出された押圧量(p_soll;p_ist)から、変速機(4 )の目下の最大の伝達可能なトルクを表す量(md_ge_max)を決定する 、請求項7記載の方法。 10.駆動ユニット(1)の初期トルク(md_kup)の絶対値を、算出され た限界値(md_kup_max)と比較し、この限界値を上回るリアクション の中で駆動ユニット(1)の初期トルク(md_kup)を、限界値を下回るよ うに低減(トラクショントルク制限)または増加(オーバラントルク制限)させ る、請求項7記載の方法。
