Claims (22)
1. Oplatni panel (2), namijenjen za oplatu za betoniranje (100; 120), koji sadrži:
nosivu strukturu (4), koja se uglavnom sastoji od plastičnog materijala; te
zasebni pokrov oplate (6), koji se sastoji od jednog pokrovnog elementa oplate (8), uglavnom od plastičnog materijala, ili od više pokrovnih elemenata oplate (8), od kojih je svaki uglavnom od plastičnog materijala;
pokrov oplate (6), odvojivo spojen s nosivom strukturom (4);
gdje je svaka od nosivih struktura (4), na njegove dvije uzdužne strane i/ili na njegove dvije poprečne strane, načinjena u obliku dvostruke stijenke (12; 14), čije dvije stijenke na stražnjoj strani (24) nosive strukture (4) su međusobno spojene na uglavnom kontinuirani način materijalnim dijelom (26), ili su međusobno spojene u dijelovima materijalnim dijelovima, s nizom otvora u stijenci (30) koji prolaze kroz dvostruku stijenku (12; 14),
naznačen time što svaki od navedenih otvora u stijenci (30)
– ima ovalan oblik u obliku izduljene rupe, čiji se uzdužni smjer pruža u uzdužnom smjeru odgovarajuće dvostruke stijenke (12; 14),
– ima veličinu u središnjem dijelu otvora, izmjerenu pod pravim kutovima u odnosu na prednju stranu pokrova oplate (10), jednoličnu u svom uzdužnom smjeru, i
– je okružen obodnom stijenkom otvor (32).
2. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1,
naznačen time što nosiva struktura (4) štoviše sadrži najmanje jednu međustijenku, dizajniranu u obliku dvostruke stijenke (16; 18), čije su dvije stijenke, na stražnjoj strani (24) nosive strukture (4), međusobno spojene na uglavnom kontinuirani način materijalnim dijelom (26), ili su međusobno spojene u dijelovima materijalnim dijelovima.
3. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2,
naznačen time što je najmanje jedna od dvostrukih stijenki (12; 14; 16; 18) načinjena s poprečnim presjekom u obliku slova U ili u obliku šešira.
4. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3,
naznačen time što su svaki od otvora u stijenci (30) i njihove okolica tako načinjeni da se, na tim lokacijama, mehaničke spojne elemente može spojiti radi spajanja susjednih oplatnih panela (2) i/ili pomoćnih dijelova oplate, poput usmjerujućih potpornja ili konzola oplate.
5. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4,
naznačen time što je nosiva struktura (4) uglavnom integralna injekcijski načinjena komponenta od plastičnog materijala ili uglavnom integralna tlačenjem načinjena komponenta od plastičnog materijala.
6. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5,
naznačen time što sadrži najmanje jedan pokrovni element oplate (8), koji je uglavnom integralna injekcijski načinjena komponenta od plastičnog materijala ili uglavnom integralna tlačenjem načinjena komponenta od plastičnog materijala.
7. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6,
naznačen time što je nosiva struktura (4) načinjena uglavnom u obliku rešetke s otvorima (2), otvorenima i prema prednjoj strani (22) nosive strukture (4) i prema stražnjoj strani (24) nosive strukture (4).
8. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6,
naznačen time što nosiva struktura (4), isključujući ovdje dizajn uglavnom u obliku rešetke, sadrži više otvora (20) kontinuiranih od prednje strane nosive strukture (22) do stražnje strane nosive strukture (24), te gdje svaki ima veličinu površine od najmanje 25 kvadratnih centimetara u tlocrtu.
9. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8,
naznačen time što je pokrov oplate (6) spojen s nosivom strukturom (4) vijcima (70) i/ili zakovicama (98) i/ili spojevima tipa spajalica (44, 48; 80, 82; 84, 88) i/ili stopljenim povećanim dijelovima (98) na spojnim zaticima načinjeni na licu mjesta i/ili jednom ili više odvojivih spojeva ljepilom (96).
10. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9,
naznačen time što najmanje jedan pokrovni element oplate ima proširenja načinjena na licu mjesta koja imaju funkciju u prijenosu mogućih vlačnih sila između nosive strukture i odgovarajućeg pokrovnog elementa oplate.
11. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10,
naznačen time što najmanje jedan pokrovni element oplate (8) ima lokacije pozitivnog žensko/muškog međudjelovanja (40, 58; 40, 34) s nosivom strukturom (4), tako da se moguće sile smicanja koje djeluju paralelno u odnosu na prednju stranu pokrova oplate (10) prenosi između odgovarajućeg pokrovnog elementa oplate (8) i nosive strukture (4).
12. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11,
naznačen time što ima lokacije na kojima se svako žensko/muško međudjelovanje (40, 58; 40, 34) sastoji od proširenja načinjenog na licu mjesta (40) navedenog pokrovnog elementa oplate (8), koje međudjeluje s prihvaćajućim dijelom (58; 34), načinjenim u nosivoj strukturi (4).
13. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12,
naznačen time što najmanje djelomični broj od navedenog međudjelovanja proširenja (40) prijenos moguće sile smicanja istovremeno su proširenja (40) koja također imaju funkciju u prijenosu mogućih vlačnih sila između nosive strukture (4) i odgovarajućeg pokrovnog elementa oplate (8).
14. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 13,
naznačen time što je, uz pomoć navedenih proširenja načinjenih na licu mjesta (40; 84), načinjeno više raspodijeljenih mjesta spajanja između nosive strukture (4) i pokrova oplate (6).
15. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 14,
naznačen time što plastični materijal nosive strukture (4) ima veću čvrstoću nego plastični materijal jednog pokrovnog elementa oplate (8) ili plastični materijal ili materijali više pokrovnih elemenata oplate (8), gdje je po mogućnosti plastični materijal nosive strukture (4) ojačan vlaknima, a plastični materijal jednog pokrovnog elementa oplate (8) ili plastični materijal ili materijali više pokrovnih elemenata oplate (8) su ojačani česticama.
16. Oplatni panel (2) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 15,
naznačen time što plastični materijal najmanje jednog pokrovnog elementa oplate (8) se tako bira da se pokrovni element oplate (8) može pribiti čavlima.
17. Zidna oplata (100) za betoniranje,
naznačena time što sadrži više spojenih oplatnih panela (2) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 16.
18. Zidna oplata (100) za betoniranje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 17,
naznačena time što se za spajanje dva susjedna oplatna panela (2) upotrebljava najmanje jedan spojni element (11), koji ima oblik koji sliči na kvaku za vrata s integralno načinjenim osovinskim dijelom (140) na sebi i koji ima na sebi dvije prirubnice (148, 150); te
što spojni element (110) međudjeluje s navedenim otvorima u stijenci (30) oplatnih panela (2) i tako je dizajniran da se dovede u spojno međudjelovanje ili iz spojnog međudjelovanja zakretnim pomicanjem svog osovinskog dijela (140) oko središnje osi (144).
19. Zidna oplata (100) za betoniranje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 18,
naznačen time što osovinski dio (140) spojnog elementa (110) u prirubnom međudijelu (141) između prve prirubnice (148) i druge prirubnice (150) je samo uglavnom kružno valjkast i ima blago izduljeni poprečni presjek, koji može biti ovalnog dizajna ili koji sliči na elipsu ili u obliku dva polukruga s dva ravna dijela između njih; te
što se dva međudjelujuća oplatna panela (2), zbog zakretnog pomicanja spojnog elementa (110), povuče u položaj poravnan s prednjim stranama, jer je najveća debljina ili najveći promjer prirubnog međudijela (141) samo uz određenu intervenciju jednako velik kao odgovarajuća veličina otvora u stijenci (30) u dva međudjelujuća oplatna panela (2), što je izmjereno u središnjem dijelu otvora stijenke i okomito u odnosu na prednju stranu pokrova oplate (10).
20. Stropna oplata (120) za betoniranje,
naznačena time što sadrži više oplatnih panela (2) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 16.
21. Postupak proizvodnje oplatnog panela (2) oplate za betoniranje (100; 120) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 16,
naznačen time što je nosiva struktura (4) injekcijski načinjeni ili tlačenjem načinjeni iz plastičnog materijala;
što pokrovni element oplate (8) ili više pokrovnih elemenata oplate (8) je/su načinjeni injekcijski ili načinjeni tlačenjem iz plastičnog materijala;
te što
(a) u slučaju da se pokrov oplate (6) sastoji od jednog pokrovnog elementa oplate (8), taj pokrovni element oplate (8) je odvojivo pričvršćen na nosivu strukturu (4), ili
(b) u slučaju da se pokrov oplate (6) sastoji od više pokrovnih elemenata oplate (8), tih više pokrovnih elemenata oplate (8) su odvojivo pričvršćeni na nosivu strukturu (4).
22. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 21,
naznačen time što jedan pokrovni element oplate (8) ili svaki od više pokrovnih elemenata oplate (8) na svojoj stražnjoj strani (54) ima više proširenja načinjenih na licu mjesta (40); te
što vijci (70) zavojno međudjeluju u najmanju ruku s dijelom broja proširenja (40) sa stražnje strane (24) nosive strukture (4).
