Claims (10)
1. Izolirano ljudsko antitijelo, ili njegov dio koji veže antigen, koje je sposobno za prepoznavanje i vezanje na epitop u podjedinici HA2 hemaglutinin proteina influence (HA), naznačeni time da navedeno antitijelo ili njegov dio koji veže antigen ima neutralizirajuću aktivnost protiv virusa influence koji sadrži HA podvrste H5, kao što su H5N1, H5N2, H5N8, i H5N9, te time da antitijelo ili njegov dio koji veže antigen sadrži varijabilno područje teškog lanca koje sadrži aminokiseline 1-121 iz SEQ ID NO: 65, i varijabilno područje lakog lanca koje sadrži aminokiseline 1-112 iz SEQ ID NO: 91.
2. Antitijelo, ili njegov dio koji veže antigen, prema zahtjevu 1, naznačeni time da navedeno antitijelo ili njegov dio koji veže antigen također ima neutralizirajuću aktivnost protiv virusa influence koji sadrži HA podvrste H1, kao H1N1, te poželjno time da navedeno antitijelo ili njegov dio koji veže antigen također ima neutralizirajuću aktivnost protiv virusa influence koji sadrži HA podvrste H2, H6 i/ili H9.
3. Izolirano ljudsko antitijelo ili njegov dio koji veže antigen, prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačeni time da antitijelo sadrži CDR1 područje teškog lanca iz SEQ ID NO:1, CDR2 područje teškog lanca iz SEQ ID NO:2, te CDR3 područje teškog lanca iz SEQ ID NO:3.
4. Molekula nukleinske kiseline koja kodira antitijelo ili njegov dio koji veže antigen naznačeni time da su u skladu sa bilo kojim od zahtjeva 1-3.
5. Antitijelo, ili njegov dio koji veže antigen, u skladu sa bilo kojim od zahtjeva 1-3 naznačeni time da su za uporabu kao lijek i poželjno za terapijsko i/ili profilaktičko liječenje infekcije influencom.
6. Antitijelo, ili njegov dio koji veže antigen, prema zahtjevu 5, naznačeni time da je navedena infekcija influence uzrokovana sa virusom influence koji se povezuje sa izbijanjem pandemije, ili ima potencijal da se poveže sa izbijanjem pandemije.
7. Antitijelo, ili njegov dio koji veže antigen, prema zahtjevu 6, naznačeni time da je navedeni soj virusa influence koji je povezan sa izbijanjem pandemije odabran iz skupine koja sadrži: H1N1, H5N1, H5N2, H5N8, H5N9, soj na osnovi H2, i H9N2.
8. Farmaceutski pripravak naznačen time da sadrži antitijelo ili njegov dio koji veže antigen u skladu sa bilo kojim od zahtjeva 1-3, i farmaceutski prihvatljivu pomoćnu tvar.
9. Antitijelo, ili njegov dio koji veže antigen u skladu sa bilo kojim od zahtjeva 1-3 naznačeni time da su za uporabu kod profilakse i/ili liječenja infekcije virusom influence.
10. Antitijelo, ili njegov dio koji veže antigen, u skladu sa bilo kojim od zahtjeva 1-3 naznačeni time da su za uporabu kod dijagnoze infekcije virusom influence.
