Claims (15)
1. En antibakteriell sammansättning, som är avsedd att till-sättas i livsmedelsprodukter för konservering av livsmedel, kännetecknad av att den omfattar bakteriocin härledd ur Pediococcus eller motsvarande syntetiskt motsvarande antibakteriellt ämne i kombination med ett kelatbildande ämne i en mängd, som är effektiv för att förinta, bekämpa eller förebygga tillväxten av patogena Listeria monocytogenes-bakterier dä de hamnar i beröring med desamma.
2. Sammansättning enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad av att bakteriocinen eller det antibakteriella ämnet är värmebeständigt.
3. Sammansättning enligt patentkraven 1 eller 2, kännetecknad av att det antibakteriella ämnet omfattar bakteriocin härledd ur Pediococcus acidilactiti-orcanismen eller en syntetisk motsvarighet.
4. Sammansättning enligt patentkraven 1 eller 2, k ä n n e -tecknadav att det antibakteriella ämnet är pediocir..
