Tête d'impression selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par a) une alimentation en produit de revêtement (4 ; 24) pour l'alimentation en produit de revêtement à appliquer et/ou pour l'alimentation en produit de rinçage et/ou b) l'alimentation en produit de rinçage (13; 26) qui est réalisée séparément pour l'alimentation en produit de rinçage.
  3. Tête d'impression selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par
    a) un retour (22) pour le retour du produit de revêtement et/ou du produit de rinçage et
    b) une soupape de retour (21) pour le contrôle du flux de retour vers le retour, plus particulièrement
    b1) sous la forme d'une soupape de retour actionnée par son propre fluide ou
    b2) sous la forme d'une soupape proportionnelle.
  4. Tête d'impression selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    a) la tête d'impression comprend plusieurs buses permettant de distribuer le produit de revêtement,
    b) la tête d'impression comprend plusieurs soupapes de commande (23.1 - 23.4) qui correspondent aux différentes buses (2) et qui contrôlent la distribution du produit de revêtement par les différentes buses (2),
    c) l'alimentation en produit de rinçage (26) comprend des embranchements (27) vers les différentes soupapes de commande (23.1 - 23.4), de façon à ce que toutes les soupapes de commande (23.1 - 23.4) soient rincées avec le produit de rinçage,
    d) les embranchements de l'alimentation en produit de rinçage (13 ; 26) sont, en option, conçue de façon à ce que le produit de rinçage introduit soit réparti uniformément entre les embranchements de façon à ce que les soupapes de commande soient rincées globalement avec la même quantité de produit de rinçage.
  5. Tête d'impression selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    a) le tube de bobine (5) présente, en option, une section transversale interne circulaire,
    b) le noyau de bobine (7) présente, en option, une section transversale profilée qui ne remplit pas entièrement la section transversale interne du tube de bobine (5), afin de laisser de la place entre le tube de bobine (5) et le noyau de bobine (7) pour le produit de rinçage,
    c) la section transversale profilée du noyau de bobine (7) présente la forme d'une étoile,
    d) la section transversale profilée du noyau de bobine (7) comprend, en option, dans sa surface d'enveloppe, au moins une rainure de rinçage, qui s'étend de préférence
    d1) axialement,
    d2) dans la direction circonférentielle ou
    d3) en spirale et/ou
    e) la section transversale profilée du noyau de bobine (7) comprend, en option, un canal de rinçage s'étendant axialement,
    f) la section transversale profilée du noyau de bobine (7) présente, en option, la forme d'une grille,
    g) le noyau de bobine (7) est étanchéifié par rapport au tube de bobine (5), en option, au moyen d'un joint d'étanchéité (8), plus particulièrement avec une résistance à la pression supérieure à 2 bar, 4 bar ou 6 bar.
  6. Tête d'impression selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    a) la tête d'impression comprend plusieurs tubes de bobines (5) et
    b) des embranchements partent de l'alimentation en produit de rinçage (13 ; 26) vers tous les tubes de bobines (5) et/ou
    c) les tubes de bobines (5) peuvent être rincés ensemble et/ou
    d) les tubes de bobines (5) peuvent être rincés individuellement.
  7. Tête d'impression selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    a) l'armature (9) s'étend, sur une partie de sa longueur, de manière coaxiale dans le tube de bobine (5),
    b) l'armature (9) présente une section transversale profilée avec un passage axial afin de pouvoir guider le produit de rinçage entre l'armature (9) et la paroi interne du tube de bobine (5),
    c) l'armature (9) présente de préférence une section transversale profilée non circulaire, plus particulièrement une section transversale profilée en forme d'étoile ou cruciforme, afin de laisser de la place pour le produit de revêtement.
  8. Tête d'impression selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    a) l'armature coulissante (9) comprend un perçage de guidage central (15) et
    b) dans le perçage de guidage (15) de l'armature mobile (9), pénètre une tige de guidage fixe (16) et
    c) le perçage de guidage (15) dans l'armature coulissante (9) peut être rincé.
  9. Tête d'impression selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    a) la tête d'impression permet un changement de couleur dans une durée de changement de couleur inférieur à 1 h, 20 min, 10 min, 30 s, 10 s ou 5 s et/ou
    b) le changement de couleur ne dure pas plus longtemps que l'entrée respectivement la sortie de l'objet à revêtir de la zone de peinture et/ou
    c) le changement de couleur a lieu dans l'intervalle de temps déterminé par la distance entre deux objets à revêtir (carrosserie) et/ou
    d) la tête d'impression présente, lors d'un changement de couleur, de faibles pertes de changement de couleur, inférieures à 5 l, 2 l, 200 ml, 20 ml, 10 ml, 5 ml ou 2 ml et/ou
    e) la tête d'impression présente, lors d'un changement de couleur, une faible consommation de produit de rinçage, inférieure à 10 l, 5 l, 2 l, 200 ml, 100 ml, 50 ml, 20 ml, 10 ml et/ou
    f) la tête d'impression comprend plusieurs alimentations de produit de rinçage séparées (13 ; 26) afin d'introduire différents produits de rinçage et/ou
    g) la tête d'impression est globalement exempte de zone morte et/ou de contre-dépouille et/ou
    h) la tête d'impression est munie, au niveau de ses surfaces qui entrent en contact avec le produit de revêtement, d'un revêtement favorisant le nettoyage et/ou
    i) la tête d'impression est résistante à la pression jusqu'à une pression d'au moins 1 bar, 5 bar, 6 bar, 8 bar, 10 bar, 15 bar ou 20 bar.
  10. Dispositif de revêtement pour le revêtement de composants, plus particulièrement pour la peinture de composants de carrosserie de véhicules avec une peinture, caractérisé par une tête d'impression selon l'une des revendications précédentes, pour l'application du produit de revêtement sur le composant.
  11. Dispositif de revêtement selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par un changeur de couleur qui est disposé en amont de la tête d'impression et qui est relié, côté sortie, avec la tête d'impression, afin d'alimenter la tête d'impression au choix avec différents produits de revêtement, plus particulièrement avec une structure de type
    a) changeur de couleur linéaire,
    b) changeur de couleur rotatif,
    c) changeur de couleur intégré à l'intérieur de la tête d'impression ou
    d) changeur de couleur A/B.
  12. Procédé de fonctionnement pour une tête d'impression selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé par l'étape suivante :
    rinçage de la tête d'impression avec un produit de rinçage.
  13. Procédé de fonctionnement selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que
    a) le produit de rinçage est un produit de rinçage universel qui est adapté aussi bien à une peinture à base d'eau qu'à une peinture à solvant et/ou
    b) le produit de rinçage est un produit de rinçage exempt de COV et/ou
    c) dans la tête d'impression est introduit, conjointement avec le produit de rinçage ou en variante, de l'air pulsé et/ou
    d) dans la tête d'impression est introduit, pour le rinçage, un aérosol et/ou
    e) dans la tête d'impression sont introduits successivement différents produits de rinçage.
  14. Procédé de fonctionnement selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    a) introduction d'une peinture à base de solvant et application de la peinture à base de solvant,
    b) rinçage de la tête d'impression avec un produit de rinçage à base de solvant,
    c) en option, introduction d'un produit de séparation lors du changement de la peinture à base de solvant à une peinture à base d'eau,
    d) introduction d'une peinture à base d'eau et application de la peinture à base d'eau et
    e) rinçage de la tête d'impression avec un produit de rinçage à base d'eau.
  15. Procédé de fonctionnement selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    a) pressurisation de la tête d'impression après un changement de couleur vers un nouveau produit de revêtement avec le nouveau produit de revêtement et/ou
    b) sortie d'une quantité de peinture définie après un changement de couleur par la buse de la tête d'impression.
  16. Procédé de fonctionnement selon l'une des revendications 12 à 15, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    a) collecte de tous les fluides distribués lors d'un processus de rinçage pour une élimination de l'ancien produit de revêtement rincé ainsi que du produit de rinçage utilisé et/ou
    b) rinçage de la surface externe de la tête de buse lors d'un changement de couleur.
  17. Procédé de fonctionnement selon l'une des revendications 12 à 16, caractérisé en ce que
    a) lors d'un processus de rinçage, les étapes suivantes sont exécutées successivement ou en alternance :
    a1) rinçage de la tête d'impression avec un produit de rinçage vers le retour de la tête d'impression et
    a2) rinçage de la tête d'impression avec un produit de rinçage par la buse de la tête d'impression et
    a3) en option, rinçage de la tête d'impression avec un mélange de produit de rinçage et d'air pulsé,
    b) un changement de couleur comprend les étapes suivantes :
    b1) rinçage de la tête d'impression avec un produit de rinçage et
    b2) pressurisation de la tête d'impression avec un nouveau produit de revêtement.
