Description
以下は、本発明の実現可能な実施形態に関する非限定的な説明である。
Claims (15)
- 吐出流路及び共用ポンプと共に複数の一次流体供給源を有し、前記複数の一次流体供給源のそれぞれが、バルブ付流入マニホールド、バルブ付流出マニホールド、及び前記共用ポンプを介して前記吐出流路に流体的に接続されるように構成された複数流体スプレーシステムの流体切換方法であって、
第1の一次流体供給源から供給される第1流体の、前記吐出流路を介した圧送を中止する工程と、
前記共用ポンプと前記吐出流路及び前記複数の一次流体供給源との連通を遮断する工程と、
前記共用ポンプの流入口を溶剤供給源と連通させると共に、前記共用ポンプの流出口を廃液溜と連通させる工程と、
前記共用ポンプを圧送モードで作動させて、前記共用ポンプから前記第1流体を流出させると共に、前記溶剤供給源から供給される洗浄用溶剤を前記共用ポンプに充填する工程と、
前記共用ポンプを循環モードで作動させ、前記共用ポンプの往復動プランジャを往復動させることにより、前記共用ポンプを通して乱流を伴う前記洗浄用溶剤の循環を生じさせる工程と、
前記共用ポンプを排出モードで作動させ、前記共用ポンプから使用済みの洗浄用溶剤を排出させる工程と、
前記共用ポンプの流入口を第2の一次流体供給源と連通させ、前記共用ポンプを前記圧送モードで作動させる工程と、
前記共用ポンプの流出口を前記吐出流路と連通させる工程と、
前記第2の一次流体供給源から供給される第2流体の、前記吐出流路を介した圧送を開始する工程と
を備えることを特徴とする流体切換方法。 - 前記共用ポンプは、前記往復動プランジャと、復動時流入バルブ、往動時流入バルブ、復動時流出バルブ、及び往動時流出バルブとを有した複動型リニアポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体切換方法。
- 前記共用ポンプを圧送モードで作動させる前記工程は、前記往動時流入バルブ及び前記往動時流出バルブを開弁すると共に前記復動時流入バルブ及び前記復動時流出バルブを閉弁した状態での前記往復動プランジャの往動行程と、前記復動時流入バルブ及び前記復動時流出バルブを開弁すると共に前記往動時流入バルブ及び前記往動時流出バルブを閉弁した状態での前記往復動プランジャの復動行程とを交互に行う工程を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体切換方法。
- 前記共用ポンプを循環モードで作動させる前記工程は、前記復動時流入バルブ、前記往動時流入バルブ、前記復動時流出バルブ、及び前記往動時流出バルブを全て開弁した状態で、前記往復動プランジャの往動行程と復動行程とを交互に行う工程を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体切換方法。
- 前記共用ポンプと前記複数の一次流体供給源との連通を遮断する工程は、前記共用ポンプを前記複数の一次流体供給源と連通させるバルブを閉弁状態とする工程を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体切換方法。
- 前記バルブ付流入マニホールドが、前記共用ポンプの前記流入口を、前記第1の一次流体供給源、前記第2の一次流体供給源、及び前記溶剤供給源のいずれかと個別に選択的に連通させることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の流体切換方法。
- 前記共用ポンプの流出口を廃液溜と連通させる前記工程は、前記共用ポンプを前記吐出流路と連通させるバルブを閉弁する共に、前記共用ポンプを前記廃液溜と連通させるバルブを開弁する工程を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体切換方法。
- 前記バルブ付流出マニホールドが、前記共用ポンプの前記流出口を、前記吐出流路及び前記廃液溜のいずれかと個別に選択的に連通させることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の流体切換方法。
- 前記洗浄用溶剤は、アルコール、エステル、ケトン、脂肪族石油ナフサ、または芳香族炭化水素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体切換方法。
- 第1流体を収容し、第1作動状態の間、バルブ付流入マニホールド、ポンプ、及びバルブ付流出マニホールドを介して第1噴霧器に流体的に接続されるように構成された第1流体供給源と、
第2流体を収容し、第2作動状態の間、前記バルブ付流入マニホールド、前記ポンプ、及び前記バルブ付流出マニホールドを介して第2噴霧器に流体的に接続されるように構成された第2流体供給源と、
洗浄用溶剤を収容し、中間洗浄処理の間、前記バルブ付流入マニホールド、前記ポンプ、及び前記バルブ付流出マニホールドを介して廃液溜に連通するように構成された溶剤供給源と、
前記第1作動状態において前記第1流体を噴霧する一方、前記第2作動状態において前記第2流体を噴霧するように前記ポンプを制御し、前記第1作動状態から前記中間洗浄処理を経て前記第2作動状態に移行するように前記ポンプ、前記バルブ付流入マニホールド、及び前記バルブ付流出マニホールドを制御するコントローラであって、前記中間洗浄処理では、前記バルブ付流入マニホールドが、前記ポンプを前記溶剤供給源と連通させると共に、前記バルブ付流出マニホールドが、前記ポンプを前記廃液溜と連通させ、前記ポンプが、圧送モードで作動して前記ポンプから前記第1流体を排出し、次に循環モードで作動し、前記ポンプに前記洗浄用溶剤を循環させた後、排出モードで作動して前記ポンプから使用済みの洗浄用溶剤を排出するコントローラとを備え、
前記ポンプは、往復動プランジャを有した複動型調量シリンダ、第1流入バルブ、第2流入バルブ、第1流出バルブ、及び第2流出バルブを備える
ことを特徴とするスプレーシステム。 - 前記第1作動状態では、
前記バルブ付流入マニホールドが、前記ポンプを前記第1流体供給源と連通させ、
前記バルブ付流出マニホールドが、前記ポンプを前記第1噴霧器と連通させ、
前記ポンプが、圧送モードで作動して前記第1流体を前記第1噴霧器に圧送する
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のスプレーシステム。 - 前記圧送モードでの前記ポンプの作動は、前記第1流入バルブ及び前記第1流出バルブを開弁すると共に前記第2流入バルブ及び前記第2流出バルブを閉弁した状態での前記往復動プランジャの往動行程と、前記第2流入バルブ及び前記第2流出バルブを開弁すると共に前記第1流入バルブ及び前記第1流出バルブを閉弁した状態での前記往復動プランジャの復動行程とを交互に行うものであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のスプレーシステム。
- 前記循環モードでの前記ポンプの作動は、前記第1流入バルブ、前記第1流出バルブ、前記第2流入バルブ、及び前記第2流出バルブを全て開弁した状態で、前記往復動プランジャの往動行程と復動行程とを交互に行うものであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のスプレーシステム。
- 前記洗浄用溶剤は、アルコール、エステル、ケトン、脂肪族石油ナフサ、または芳香族炭化水素であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のスプレーシステム。
- 前記ポンプ、前記バルブ付流入マニホールド、及び前記バルブ付流出マニホールドにおけるバルブ作動は、いずれも前記コントローラによって制御されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のスプレーシステム。
