Claims (8)
- Banc d'étirage pour un métier à filer, doté d'au moins deux bancs de chargement (3) orientables au moyen d'un dispositif de réglage (2) entre une position de fonctionnement et une position d'ouverture,
caractérisé en ce que
au moins deux bancs de chargements (3) sont chacun reliés à une barre de maintien (4) de manière à résister à la torsion, qui est montée sur un logement de barre de maintien (5) de manière à pouvoir tourner autour de son axe longitudinal au moyen du dispositif de réglage (2) qui fait pivoter conjointement au moins les deux bancs de chargement (3). - Banc d'étirage conformément à la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réglage (2) présente un ensemble de leviers (6) relié à la barre de maintien (4), qui se situe entre une position de fermeture associée à la position de fonctionnement et une position d'ouverture associée à la position d'ouverture.
- Banc d'étirage selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que un ensemble de leviers à genouillère (6) est disposé dans la position de fermeture dans une mise en position au delà du point mort.
- Banc d'étirage selon la revendication 2 ou 3 caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de leviers à genouillère (6) présente un premier levier à genouillère (7) et un deuxième levier à genouillère (8) par lesquels- le premier levier à genouillère (7) peut pivoter autour d'un premier axe d'articulation (9) disposé de manière fixe par rapport à la barre de maintien (4),- le premier levier à genouillère (7) et le deuxième levier (8) sont reliés de manière articulée par un axe d'articulation de levier (11), et- le deuxième levier à genouillère (8) comporte une section de genouillère espacée de l'axe d'articulation de la genouillère (11) qui est reliée à la barre de maintien (4) par la transmission d'un mouvement de rotation.
- Banc d'étirage conformément à la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième levier à genouillère (8) est relié à un point opposé à l'axe d'articulation de la genouillère, une section de genouillère est reliée à l'extrémité est articulée sur un deuxième axe d'articulation (10) à l'aide d'un guide (12), qui, à son extrémité opposée au deuxième axe d'articulation (10), est relié à la barre de maitien (4) sans pouvoir tourner.
- Banc d'étirage selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de leviers à genouillère (6) est réglable entre la position de fonctionnement et la position de fermeture au moyen d'un levier manuel (13).
- Banc d'étirage selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que le levier manuel (13) peut pivoter avec le premier levier à genouillère (7) autour du premier axe d'articulation (9).
- Dispositif d'étirage pour un métier à filer, doté d'un banc d'étirage (1), qui présente au moins deux bancs de chargement (3) orientables au moyen d'un dispositif de réglage (2) entre une position de fonctionnement et une position d'ouverture,
caractérisé en ce que
le banc d'étirage (1) est conçu conformément à une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7.
