Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour la mise en marche et l'arrêt d'impression d'un cylindre à contre-pression agissant sur un cylindre porte-clichés d'une machine d'impression rotative ainsi que pour effectuer le déplacement de course au loin de celui-ci dans le but du remplacement du cylindre porte-clichés, avec des tiges filetées pour soulever et abaisser les paliers du cylindre à contre-pression et
       avec une unité à piston et à cylindre à fluide sous pression agissant sur les tiges filetées pour l'application du cylindre à contre-pression au cylindre porte-clichés,
       caractérisé
       en ce que chaque écrou de tige filetée (13) est réalisé sous forme de tube, et qu'il est disposé sur un tronçon de tube de l'écrou de tige filetée (13) d'un même diamètre extérieur un pignon (11) pouvant être entraîné par un moteur (27), immobile en rotation mais déplaçable sur un trajet limité, et en ce que le moyeu du pignon est logé de façon solidaire du bâti.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tige de piston de chaque unité à piston et à cylindre à fluide sous pression (19) est articulée aux zones d'extrémité d'un levier (17), respectivement, logé dans le bâti qui prend appui entre les points d'articulation sur l'écrou de tige filetée (13).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le levier (17) prend appui par un palier de butée (23) sur un épaulement (26) de l'écrou de tige filetée (13) de forme tubulaire.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le levier (17) est serré entre deux paliers de butée (22, 23) de l'écrou de tige filetée (13), dont le palier supérieur (22) est soumis à l'action d'un ressort de pression (24).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que chacun des paliers (15) est pourvu d'un dispositif pour compenser le poids du palier, des éléments reliés à celui-ci et du cylindre à contre-pression (16).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de compensation est constitué d'une unité pneumatique à piston et à cylindre (31).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque palier est accroché par un câble (33) passant sur un galet de renvoi (34) à la tige de piston (32) de l'unité à piston et à cylindre (31).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un commutateur (36) solidaire du bâti est prévu qui surveille en position d'impression une fente entre le moyeu du pignon (11) ou une pièce reliée à celui-ci et une contre-butée de l'écrou de tige filetée (13).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la contrebutée est constituée par un épaulement (26) de l'écrou de tige filetée (13) de forme tubulaire.
