Claims (21)

  1. Procédé pour la réalisation d'un fond ouvert au niveau d'une zone terminale ouverte d'un corps de sac (10) en forme de tuyau, ledit corps de sac étant de préférence fabriqué à partir d'un tissu en bandelettes de matière plastique étirées ou à partir d'une feuille de matière plastique, dans lequel le corps de sac est transporté à plat dans une direction de transport (T) transversalement à son extension longitudinale (L) avec une vitesse de transport (V) et pendant le transport la zone terminale à plier (10e) du corps de sac en forme de tuyau est ouverte, comprenant les étapes consistant à
    introduire un outil d'écartement (21, 30, 32) dans la zone terminale ouverte du corps de sac en forme de tuyau,

    déplacer l'outil d'écartement (21) hors du rabat de coin antérieur (10j) par ralentissement relatif de son mouvement par rapport à la vitesse de transport (V), et
    presser le rabat de coin antérieur engendré (10j),
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'outil d'écartement (21, 32) est réalisé comme un outil subdivisé, dans lequel deux plaquettes (23, 24) ou barrettes (33, 34) sont montées sur un bras (22), qui libèrent entre elles un intervalle (21a, 32a), de sorte que le moyen de pressage (28, 35, 36) pénètre dans ou peut être passé à travers l'outil d'écartement à travers l'intervalle (21a, 32a), sans entrer en collision avec celui-ci, et en ce que l'outil d'écartement (21, 32) vient s'engager contre la face intérieure du corps de sac en forme de tuyau dans un déplacement de translation en direction de transport (T).

    le procédé comprenant l'opération consistant à déplacer l'outil d'écartement (21, 30, 32) hors du rabat de coin postérieur (10p) par accélération relative de son mouvement par rapport à la vitesse de transport (V), et
    l'opération consistant à presser le rabat de coin postérieur (10p) engendré.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des volets latéraux de fond (10u, 10t) sont formés au niveau de la zone terminale ouverte à partir des couches (10a, 10b) du tuyau, volets qui s'étendent sur des côtés opposés d'une ligne médiane (M) du fond.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, avant l'ouverture de la zone terminale du corps de sac en forme de tuyau, cette zone terminale (10e) est amenée, le long d'une ligne de pliage s'étendant en direction de transport, hors du premier plan (ε1) du corps de sac disposé à plat jusque dans un second plan (ε2) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement à celui-ci.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un volet latéral de fond (10u) de la zone terminale ouverte est réalisé en repliant une première couche du tuyau (10a) sur elle-même le long d'une ligne de pliage s'étendant en direction de transport, et un autre volet latéral de fond (10t) est formé à partir d'une seconde couche du tuyau (10b), en repliant cette seconde couche de tuyau (10b) dans le plan du corps de sac disposé à plat (10).
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'outil d'écartement (21, 30, 32), après la réalisation du rabat de coin triangulaire antérieur (10j) et en option également du rabat de coin triangulaire postérieur (10p), est mené en éloignement de la zone terminale (10e) du corps de sac.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'outil d'écartement (21, 30, 32) est mené en éloignement hors du rabat de coin antérieur (10j) du corps de sac uniquement après fixation de la pointe (10s) du rabat de coin antérieur (10j) par un moyen de pressage (28, 35, 36).
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'outil d'écartement (21, 30) est doté de lignes de contour antérieures (23v, 24v, 31vl, 31vr), et en option également de lignes de contour postérieures (23h, 24h, 31hl, 31hr), qui définissent des tronçons des côtés (10k, 10m) du rabat de coin triangulaire antérieur (10j), et en option également des tronçons des côtés (10q, 10r) du rabat de coin triangulaire postérieur (10p).
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de la zone terminale du corps de sac en forme de tuyau a lieu en tirant en écartement les couches de tuyau (10a, 10b), appliquées les unes contre les autres, du corps de sac.
  10. Dispositif (1) pour la réalisation d'un fond ouvert au niveau d'une zone terminale ouverte d'un corps de sac (10) en forme de tuyau, ledit corps de sac étant de préférence fabriqué à partir d'un tissu en bandelettes de matière plastique étirées ou à partir d'une feuille de matière plastique, comprenant un moyen de transport (2) pour transporter les corps de sac (10) en situation à plat dans une direction de transport (T) transversale à leur extension longitudinale (L) avec une vitesse de transport (V), et comprenant un moyen d'ouverture (20) pour ouvrir la zone terminale à plier du corps de sac en forme de tuyau pendant son transport sur le moyen de transport, comprenant un outil d'écartement (21, 30, 32) qui peut être introduit dans la zone terminale ouverte (10e) de chaque corps de sac en forme de tuyau pendant son transport sur le moyen de transport,
    dans lequel l'outil d'écartement (31, 30, 32) est déplaçable en direction de transport (T) avec une vitesse (V1R) augmentée par rapport à la vitesse de transport (V) jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne la partie antérieure (10v), vue en direction de transport, de la zone terminale ouverte et vienne s'engager avec au moins deux points de contour antérieurs (23p, 24p ; 33p, 34p), définis sur l'outil écartement, contre la face intérieure du corps de sac en forme de tuyau et écarte ici ladite partie antérieure (10v) pour donner un rabat de coin antérieur (10j) sous la configuration d'un triangle sensiblement équilatéral, et chaque côté (10k, 10m) du rabat de coin triangulaire antérieur (10j) est appliqué contre au moins un point de contour antérieur (23p, 24p ; 33p, 34p) de l'outil d'écartement, et dans lequel l'outil d'écartement (21, 30, 32) est déplaçable hors du rabat de coin antérieur (10j) par ralentissement relatif de son mouvement par rapport à la vitesse de transport (V),
    et un moyen de pressage (28, 35, 36) pour presser le rabat de coin antérieur engendré,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'outil d'écartement (21, 32) est réalisé comme un outil subdivisé, dans lequel deux plaquettes (23, 24) ou barrettes (33, 34) sont montées sur un bras (22), qui libèrent entre elles un intervalle (21a, 32a), de sorte que le moyen de pressage (28, 35, 36) pénètre dans ou peut être passé à travers l'outil d'écartement à travers l'intervalle (21a, 32a), sans entrer en collision avec celui-ci, et en ce que l'outil d'écartement (21, 32) vient s'engager contre la face intérieure du corps de sac en forme de tuyau dans un déplacement de translation en direction de transport (T).

Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'outil d'écartement (21, 30, 32) est déplaçable dans une zone terminale ouverte (10e) du corps de sac en forme de tuyau en direction de transport (T) avec une vitesse (V2R) réduite ou négative par rapport à la vitesse de transport (V), jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne la partie postérieure (10h), vue en direction de transport, de la zone terminale ouverte, et vienne s'engager avec au moins deux points de contour postérieurs (23q, 24q ; 33p, 34p), définis sur l'outil écartement, contre la face intérieure du corps de sac en forme de tuyau, et écarte ici ladite partie postérieure (10h) pour donner un rabat de coin postérieur (10p) sous la forme d'un triangle sensiblement équilatéral, dans lequel chaque côté (10q, 10r) du rabat de coin triangulaire postérieur (10p) s'applique contre au moins un point de contour postérieur (23q, 24q ; 33p, 34p) de l'outil d'écartement, et dans lequel l'outil d'écartement (21, 30, 32) peut être déplacé hors du rabat de coin postérieur (10p) par accélération relative (V3R) de son mouvement par rapport à la vitesse de transport (V), et dans lequel il est prévu un moyen de pressage (28, 35, 36) pour presser le rabat de coin postérieur engendré.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé par un système de pliage de zone terminale, au moyen duquel les zones terminales (10e) des corps de sac en forme de tuyau (10) peuvent être amenées le long d'une ligne de pliage s'étendant en direction de transport (T) hors d'un premier plan (e1) jusque dans un second plan (e2) s'étendant sensiblement perpendiculairement à celui-ci, dans lequel le système de pliage de zone terminale comprend de préférence une barrette de pliage (12) avec une arrête de pliage s'étendant en direction de transport (T), et au moins une tôle de déflexion (11a, 11b).
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'outil écartement (21, 30, 32) peut être amené dans une position éloignée de la zone terminale du corps de sac après la réalisation du rabat de coin triangulaire antérieur (10j) et le cas échéant également du rabat de coin triangulaire postérieur (10p).
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'outil d'écartement (21, 30) comporte des lignes de contour antérieures (23v, 24v, 31v1, 31vr) et en option également des lignes de contour postérieures (23h, 24h, 31hl, 31hr), qui définissent des tronçons des côtés (10k, 10m) du rabat de coin triangulaire antérieur (10j) et en option également des tronçons des côtés (10q, 10r) du rabat de coin triangulaire postérieur (10p).
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'outil écartement comprend un bras (22) et des plaques (23, 24, 31) et/ou des barrettes (33, 34) montées sur ce bras, sur lesquelles sont définis les points de contour antérieurs ou les lignes de contour antérieures et en option également les points de contour postérieurs ou les lignes de contour postérieures.
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les plaques (23, 24, 31) et/ou les barrettes (33, 34) sont agencées symétriquement par rapport à la direction de transport.
  17. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 16, caractérisé en ce que l'outil d'écartement (21, 30, 32) est monté sur un entraînement à courroie dentée (25) ou un entraînement à chaîne en recirculation, orienté en direction de transport, l'entraînement en recirculation pouvant être accéléré et ralenti par rapport à la vitesse de transport (T).
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux outils d'écartement, parmi lesquels chaque outil d'écartement est entraîné par des unités d'entraînement séparées depuis une ou plusieurs courroies dentées ou chaînes Galle en recirculation parallèles.
  19. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 18, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de pressage (28, 35, 36) comprend des courroies de pressage, des rouleaux de pressage, ou des éléments coulissants de pressage.
