Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour l'emballage d'objets plats (1) à l'aide d'une bande de matériau d'emballage quasi sans fin. Selon l'invention, la bande de matériau d'emballage est placée autour d'une file (4) d'objets (1) dans laquelle ces objets sont transportés l'un derrière l'autre et à distance l'un de l'autre. Des soudures longitudinales sont alors effectuées dans la bande de matériau d'emballage et des soudures transversales sont effectuées entre les objets (1), les objets ainsi emballés étant séparés les uns des autres. Ce faisant, contrairement à ce qui se passe dans les procédés d'emballage connus, on ne constitue pas d'abord la file à laquelle on amène ensuite la bande de matériau d'emballage, mais on constitue la file directement sur la bande de matériau d'emballage (2) en séparant par accélération les objets provenant d'un courant d'amenée (3) dans lequel ils sont amenés en se chevauchant, et en les posant ou les poussant directement sur la bande de matériau d'emballage (2). La constitution de la file (4) directement sur la bande de matériau d'emballage (2) permet d'éliminer des étapes de transport supplémentaires, ce qui raccourcit les chemins de transport nécessaires au total et rend superflus des moyens de stabilisation pour la stabilisation des objets (1) pendant le transport. Les dispositifs d'emballage selon l'invention sont donc très compacts et très simples. Le procédé d'emballage selon l'invention convient à l'emballage d'objets qui sont constitués d'une pluralité de produits d'impression empilés les uns sur les autres ou d'autres objets plats.
