Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (64) et un procédé pour la transformation de produits semi-finis pour sacs (24), ainsi qu'un poste d'encollage (3,4) pour des produits semi-finis pour sacs. L'expérience a montré que, en particulier, les produits semi-finis pour sacs à structure plus complexe, tels que les tubes à carrés de fond dépliés et en particulier à carrés de fond dépliés et feuilles de valve déjà insérées, ont tendance à être encollés de manière incomplète et sont même endommagés dans une fente de buse lors de l'encollage. Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif (64) pour la transformation de produits semi-finis pour sacs (24), de préférence dispositif d'application de fonds pour sacs à valve à fond croisé (18),
    - qui comprend au moins un poste d'encollage (3, 4) avec au moins une tête d'application de colle (3),
    - au moins un moyen de transport (42, 32) avec lequel des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24) peuvent être acheminés au poste d'encollage (3, 4) dans une direction de transport (z) et peuvent être alors avancés devant la tête d'application de colle (3),
    caractérisé par
    - au moins un élément d'alimentation (33) qui est monté avant la fente d'encollage (43) dans la direction de transport (z) des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24),
    - et qui définit conjointement avec un élément de guidage (25) une région d'alimentation (41) des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24) à la tête d'application (3),
    - à travers laquelle région d'alimentation (41) au moins des constituants (47, 61) des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24) peuvent être guidés,
    - et laquelle région d'alimentation (41) se rétrécit dans la direction de transport (z) des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par
    au moins un contre-appui (5), lequel (5) forme conjointement avec la tête d'application de colle (3) une fente d'encollage (43), dans laquelle (43) les produits semi-finis pour sacs (24) peuvent être encollés lors de leur passage devant la tête d'application (3).
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'au moins un poste d'encollage (3, 4) est un poste d'encollage pour l'encollage du fond du sac (17) pourvu d'un volet (20, 51).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé par
    une fente supplémentaire (63), de préférence une fente à rouleaux, qui est montée avant l'élément d'alimentation (33) et la fente d'encollage (43) dans la direction de transport des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24), et dans laquelle (63) au moins une partie des surfaces à encoller peut être sollicitée en pression.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente,
    caractérisé par
    une région de guidage (65) pour les produits semi-finis pour sacs (24), qui s'élargit fortement dans la direction de transport (z) des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24) après la fente supplémentaire (63), pour ensuite se rétrécir dans la région de l'élément d'alimentation (33).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé par
    une région de guidage (65) pour les produits semi-finis pour sacs (24), dont l'épaisseur ne varie pas sur une certaine distance dans la direction de transport (50) des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24) avant la fente supplémentaire (63) dans la région des régions à encoller.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'angle (ß) formé par l'élément de guidage (25) et l'élément d'alimentation (33), dans la région (41) se rétrécissant, est compris entre 0° et 15°, avantageusement toutefois entre 0° et 10°.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'au moins un poste d'encollage (3, 4) est prévu pour l'encollage d'un parallélogramme ouvert formant le fond (51), et en ce qu'au moins deux éléments d'alimentation (33) sont prévus.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'alimentation (33) est flexible sous l'application d'une force et à la fin de l'application de la force, reprend sa forme ou sa position initiale.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication précédente,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'alimentation (33) est en tôle ou en acier inoxydable.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'alimentation (33) et/ou l'élément de guidage (25) présentent des évidements (44) tels que des fentes, des trous ou des trous oblongs.
  12. Poste d'encollage (3, 4) pour produits semi-finis pour sacs (24), de préférence pour l'installation dans des dispositifs d'application de fonds pour sacs à valve à fond croisé (18),
    - qui comprend au moins une tête d'application de colle (3),
    - qui présente au moins un moyen de transport (42, 32) avec lequel des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24) peuvent être acheminés au poste d'encollage (3, 4) dans une direction de transport (z) et peuvent être alors avancés devant la tête d'application de colle (3),
    caractérisé par
    - au moins un élément d'alimentation (33) qui est monté avant la fente d'encollage (43) dans la direction de transport (z) des sacs, et qui définit conjointement avec un élément de guidage (25) une région d'alimentation (41) des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24) à la fente d'encollage (43),
    - à travers laquelle région d'alimentation (41) au moins des constituants (47, 61) des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24) peuvent être guidés,
    - et laquelle région d'alimentation (41) se rétrécit dans la direction de transport (z) des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24).
  13. Procédé pour la transformation de produits semi-finis pour sacs (24), de préférence dispositif d'application de fonds (64) pour sacs à valve à fond croisé (18),
    - lequel (64) comprend au moins un poste d'encollage (3, 4) avec au moins une tête d'application de colle (3),
    - des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24) étant acheminés au poste d'encollage (3, 4) en utilisant au moins un moyen de transport (42) et passant alors devant la tête d'application de colle (3),
    caractérisé en ce
    - qu'au moins des parties (47, 61) des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24) sont acheminées à la tête d'application (3) à travers une région d'alimentation (41),
    - et en ce qu'au moins des parties des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24), lors du passage à travers la région d'alimentation (41), sont exposées à une pression croissante, qui agit transversalement à sa direction de transport.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication précédente,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'au moins des parties (47, 61) des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24) sont élargies par étirement dans la région d'alimentation (41) - de préférence dans une direction (y) transversalement à la direction de transport (z).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication précédente,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les parties des produits semi-finis pour sacs (24) qui ont été élargies par étirement sont des volets de fond (47), et en ce qu'elles sont étirées dans la direction de l'extrémité extérieure du volet de fond (47).
