Claims (46)
- Dispositif pour imprimer, en particulier pour imprimer de manière polychrome des contenants (2) sur au moins une surface extérieure du contenant, avec une surimpression formée d'au moins une image d'impression, présentant au moins un élément d'impression (10, 10a, 18, 18a, 57) avec au moins deux têtes d'impression (10.1 - 10.5, 18.1 - 18.6, 19, 57.1 - 57.5) fonctionnant selon le principe de la tête d'impression à jet d'encre pour la génération d'images d'impression partielle de l'image d'impression à appliquer sur la surface extérieure du contenant dans au moins une étape d'impression, ainsi qu'un élément de transport (7, 16, 54) qui déplace les contenants (2) pendant l'impression dans un sens de transport (R, TS), sachant que les éléments d'impression (10, 10a, 18, 18a, 57) ou leurs têtes d'impression (10.1 - 10.5, 18.1 - 18.6, 19, 57.1 - 57.5) sont déplacées au moins pendant une partie d'au moins une étape d'impression avec l'élément de transport (7, 16, 54), sachant que les têtes d'impression (10.1 - 10.5, 18.1 - 18.6, 19, 57.1 - 57.5) peuvent être mises en et hors circuit pour un changement de tête d'impression ou changement d'impression partielle de manière qu'une tête d'impression (10.1 - 10.5, 18.1 - 18.6, 19, 57.1 - 57.5) se trouvant dans une position d'impression sur le contenant concerné (2) puisse être déplacée hors de la position d'impression et une autre tête d'impression (10.1 - 10.5, 18.1 - 18.6, 19, 57.1 - 57.5) puisse être déplacée dans la position d'impression, sachant que :- les têtes d'impression (10.1 - 10.5) de chaque poste d'impression (8) sont prévues de manière à pouvoir pivoter sur l'élément de transport (7) pour le changement d'impression partielle et le pivotement est effectué autour d'un axe décalé par rapport à l'axe du contenant respectif ; ou- les postes d'impression (8) avec respectivement un support de contenant (9), un élément d'impression (10) et un système pour le séchage d'une couleur ou encre d'impression sont prévus à distances régulières sur un élément de transport (16) formant une boucle fermée, pouvant être entraîné de manière rotative et sans fin, un élément d'impression (10, 10a) autonome avec plusieurs têtes d'impression (10.1 - 10.5) est associé à chaque poste d'impression (8) sur l'élément de transport (7, 16) de type boucle et les têtes d'impression (10.1 - 10.5) sont prévues réglables ou encore commutables pour le changement d'impression partielle sur l'élément de transport (16) de type boucle, et ce de telle manière que les têtes d'impression (10.1 - 10.5) peuvent être réglées ou commutées sur l'élément de transport (16) de type boucle dans le sens de transport (R, TS) ainsi que dans le sens inverse au sens de transport (R, TS) et les têtes d'impression (10.1 - 10.5) se trouvent sur le côté intérieur de la boucle formée par le système de transport (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par des moyens (9) pour la rotation des contenants (2) autour de leur axe de contenant pendant l'impression.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les têtes d'impression (10.1 - 10.5, 18.1 - 18.6, 19, 57.1 - 57.5) sont réalisées pour la surimpression d'images d'impression partielle sous la forme de différentes gammes de clichés en couleur d'une image d'impression polychrome.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de transport (7, 16, 54) forme, entre une entrée de contenant (6) et une sortie de contenant (12), un parcours de transport (17), sur lequel les contenants (2) sont déplacés pendant l'impression.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une pluralité de postes d'impression (8, 55) est prévue respectivement pour un contenant (2) sur l'élément de transport (7, 16, 54).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que chaque poste d'impression (8) prévu sur l'élément de transport (7, 16, 54) présente au moins un support de contenant (9) pour la réception d'un contenant (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un système (11, 20) pour le séchage de la couleur ou de l'encre d'impression appliquée sur la surface du contenant ou de l'image d'impression partielle concernée est associé à chaque tête d'impression (10.1 - 10.5, 18.1 - 18.6, 19, 57.1 - 57.5) ou à un groupe de têtes d'impression.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour un élément de transport (7, 16, 54) pouvant être entraîné de manière rotative et sans fin, les éléments d'impression (10, 10a, 18, 18a, 57) sont disposés de sorte qu'au moins sur les têtes d'impression (10.1 - 16.1 ; 19) se trouvant en position d'impression, la production de la couleur ou encre d'impression soit soutenue par des forces centrifuges générées par le mouvement de l'élément de transport (7, 16, 54).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les têtes d'impression (10.1 - 10.5, 18.1 - 18.6, 19, 57.1 - 57.5) se trouvant en position d'impression sont disposées avec leurs buses d'impression générant l'impression dans la trajectoire des contenants (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur chaque poste d'impression (8, 55) est prévu un système (11) autonome pour le séchage de la couleur ou encre d'impression appliquée sur la surface extérieure du contenant.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisées en ce que pour une pluralité de supports de contenant (9) prévus sur l'élément de transport (7, 16) ou de postes d'impression (8) formés par ceux-ci, au moins un groupe d'impression ou élément d'impression (18, 18a) commun à tous les postes d'impression est prévu, devant lequel passent les contenants (2) et qui présente au moins deux têtes d'impression (19) pour la génération d'images d'impression partielle différentes et peut être déplacé alternativement de manière synchronisée avec le mouvement de l'élément de transport (7, 16) dans une course de travail (TR1) d'une position de départ avec l'élément de transport (7, 16) et redéplacé dans une course de retour (TR2) dans le sens inverse au sens de transport (R, TS) de l'élément de transport (7, 16) dans la position de départ de sorte que dans chaque course de travail, l'impression d'au moins un contenant (2) se trouvant sur un poste d'impression soit effectuée avec l'image d'impression partielle afférente.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre au moins deux têtes d'impression (21) est identique à la distance entre des postes d'impression (8) ou supports de contenant (9) sur l'élément de transport (7, 16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'impression (18, 18a) pour chaque image d'impression partielle présente au moins une unité de tête d'impression (18.1 - 18.6) avec au moins deux têtes d'impression (19) pour l'impression simultanée d'au moins deux contenants (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre les têtes d'impression (19) sur l'élément d'impression (18, 18a) dans le sens de transport (R, TS) de l'élément de transport (7, 16) est identique à la distance entre les postes d'impression (8) ou supports de contenant (9) sur l'élément de transport (7, 16).

- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 37 à 40, caractérisé en ce que dans chaque course de travail, une première image d'impression partielle est appliquée avec au moins une tête d'impression (19) sur au moins un contenant pas encore imprimé avec le groupe d'impression ou élément d'impression (18, 18a) ainsi qu'une autre image d'impression partielle est appliquée avec au moins une seconde tête d'impression sur au moins un contenant déjà pourvu d'une image d'impression partielle, et en ce que le groupe d'impression (18, 18a) est redéplacé après chaque course de travail (TR1) dans la position de départ de telle manière que respectivement un contenant (2) pas encore imprimé avec le groupe d'impression ou élément d'impression (18, 18a) se trouve sur l'au moins une première tête d'impression (19) et un contenant (2) déjà imprimé avec le groupe d'impression ou élément d'impression (18, 18a) se trouve sur l'au moins une autre tête d'impression (19) en position d'impression.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 37 à 41, caractérisé en ce que le groupe d'impression ou élément d'impression (18, 18a) est pivoté dans chaque course de travail (TR1) ou course de retour (TR2) d'une course qui est identique à la distance axiale ou distance angulaire entre deux positions d'impression (9) sur l'élément de transport (16, 17) ou un multiple entier de celle-ci.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour une pluralité de supports de contenant (55) prévus sur l'élément de transport (54) ou de postes d'impression formés par ceux-ci, au moins un élément d'impression ou groupe d'impression (57) commun à tous les postes d'impression est utilisé, lequel présente au moins deux groupes de tête d'impression avec respectivement au moins deux têtes d'impression (57.1 - 57.5) par groupe de tête d'impression pour la génération de différentes images d'impression partielle, en ce que le groupe d'impression (57) est déplacé pendant chaque phase d'impression pour la génération de chaque image d'impression partielle dans le même sens et de manière synchronisée avec le mouvement de l'élément de transport (54) de sorte que dans chaque phase d'impression, au moins une tête d'impression (57.1 - 57.5) de chaque groupe de tête d'impression se trouve dans une position d'impression sur un contenant (2), et en ce que pour le changement de tête d'impression, le déplacement du groupe d'impression (57) ou des têtes d'impression (57.1 - 57.5) est freiné ou accéléré et est resynchronisé après le changement de tête d'impression avec le mouvement de l'élément de transport (54) de telle manière qu'une tête d'impression (57.1 - 57.5) de chaque groupe de tête d'impression se trouve de nouveau après le changement de tête d'impression dans une position d'impression avec le contenant respectif (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 43, caractérisé en ce que le freinage ou l'accélération est effectué par brève superposition du mouvement synchrone avec l'élément de transport (54) du groupe d'impression (57) ou des têtes d'impression (57.1 - 57.5) avec un autre composant de déplacement dans le sens inverse ou dans le sens de transport (R) de l'élément de transport (54).
- Procédé selon la revendication 43 ou 44, caractérisé en ce que les têtes d'impression (57.1 - 57.5) du groupe d'impression (57) sont déplacées de manière rotative sur une trajectoire fermée en soi.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les contenants (2) sont traités avant l'impression dans un tunnel couronne (4, 31).
