Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité extérieure d'un climatiseur comprenant un dissipateur thermique (10) permettant de refroidir un composant électrique (C2) présentant une valeur de chauffage importante, et faisant saillie à partir de la plaque latérale d'un coffret électrique (9) installé dans une salle des machines (4) dans un boîtier (1), ainsi qu'un conduit de refroidissement (12) installé le long de la plaque latérale de sorte à recouvrir ce dissipateur thermique (10) et comportant des parties d'ouverture (12a et 12b) dans une plaque de séparation horizontale (2) et une plaque inférieure du boîtier. Le conduit permet de véhiculer l'air extérieur en provenance de la partie d'ouverture (12b) dans la plaque inférieure du boîtier selon le fonctionnement d'un ventilateur (6) de façon que l'air extérieur soit soumis à un échange thermique par le dissipateur thermique (10), et de véhiculer l'air soumis à un échange thermique en provenance de l'ouverture (12a) dans la plaque de séparation horizontale vers l'extérieur. Ladite unité comprend en outre un trou d'aération (13) formé dans la plaque latérale du coffret électrique (9) et permettant de véhiculer l'air dans le coffret électrique (9) et d'évacuer cet air dans le conduit de refroidissement (12).
