Abstract

L'invention concerne un système (20) de rafraichissement, climatisation ou chauffage d'un bâtiment (10), comprenant : - une pompe à chaleur comportant deux échangeurs thermiques dans lesquels circule un fluide caloporteur, - un caisson (24) logeant un échangeur (22) qui assure un échange thermique entre le fluide et l'air extérieur, le caisson comprenant : une entrée d'air apte à permettre l'entrée d'air extérieur dans le caisson, une entrée d'air supplémentaire dans le caisson apte à fournir au caisson de l'air vicié mélangé dans le caisson à l'air extérieur entrant, une sortie d'air de refoulement destiné à être refoulé à l'extérieur, des moyens d'aspiration de l'air extérieur mélangé à l'air vicié pour que l'air mélangé traverse l'échangeur thermique et soit refoulé à la sortie d'air de refoulement du caisson.
