Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Entnehmen eines Faltschachtelzuschnitts (Z) aus einem Magazin und zum Aufrichten desselben, wobei die Vorrichtung ein erstes Haltemittel (6) zur Entnahme des Faltschachtelzuschnitts (Z) sowie ein zweites Haltemittel (7) zur Aufrichtung des Faltschachtelzuschnitts durch Relativbewegung des zweiten Haltemittels (7) zum ersten Haltemittel (6) aufweist, wobei das erste Haltemittel (6) Mittel (62) zur Erfassung einer ersten Schachtelwand (W1) und das zweite Haltemittel (7) Mittel (72) zur Erfassung einer zweiten, der ersten Schachtelwand (w1) benachbarten Schachtelwand (W2) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und zweite Haltemittel (6, 7) so anordnungsbar sind, dass sie auf derselben Seite des Faltschachtelzuschnitts (Z) liegende Schachtelwände (W1, W2) erfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Haltemittel (6, 7) miteinander und gegeneinander bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Haltemittel (6) relativ zum zweiten Haltemittel (7) um einen Klappwinkel klappbar ist, wobei der Klappwinkel vorzugsweise mindestens annähernd 90° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Haltemittel (6, 7) gemeinsam verschwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Haltemittel (6, 7) auf einem schwenkbaren Parallelogrammgestänge (5) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und zweite Haltemittel (6, 7) gemeinsam transversal verschiebbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Haltemittel (6, 7) auf einem transversal verschiebbaren Schlitten (2) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Erfassung der Schachtelwände (W1, W2) Sauggreifer (62, 72) sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sauggreifer (62, 72) auf Trägerbalken (61, 71) angeordnet sind, welche mit schwenkbaren Achsen (60, 70) der Haltemittel (6, 7) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Öffnungsmittel (10) vorhanden ist, welches zwischen Faltlappen (F) der zwei benachbarten Schachtelwände (W1, W2) durchragt.
- Verfahren zum Entnehmen eines Faltschachtelzuschnitts (Z) aus einem Magazin und zum Aufrichten desselben, wobei der Faltschachtelzuschnitt (Z) von einem ersten Haltemittel (6) entnommen und durch Relativbewegung eines zweiten Haltemittels (7) gegenüber des ersten Haltemittels (6) aufgerichtet wird, wobei mittels des ersten Haltemittels (6) eine erste Schachtelwand (W1) erfasst und mittels des zweiten Haltemittels eine zweite, an die erste angrenzende Schachtelwand (W2) erfasst wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Haltemittel (6, 7) die Schachtelwände (W1, W2) auf derselben Seite des Faltschachtelzuschnitts (Z) erfassen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und zweite Haltemittel (6, 7) für die Entnahme des Faltschachtelzuschnitts (Z) gemeinsam geschwenkt und transversal verschoben werden und zur Aufrichtung des Faltschachtelzuschnitts (Z) relativ zueinander geklappt werden, wobei die Klappbewegung vorzugsweise mindestens teilweise während der Schwenkbewegung ausgeführt wird.
