Definitions
- the invention relates to a duct plate adapter according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- Such channel plate adapters essentially consist of a preferably circular base body with a rear, conical contact surface and an orifice part which projects into the spinning rotor during spinning operation and the dimensions of which are in each case a specific spinning rotor diameter or one Diameter range are matched.
- the mouth area of a so-called fiber guide channel is incorporated into this mouth part of the channel plate adapter.
- channel plate adapters have a central one Through hole on, in the input side, exchangeable, a thread take-off nozzle is fixed and in the output side a so-called thread withdrawal tube engages.
- the thread take-off nozzle which is interchangeably fixed in the central through-bore, generally consists, as shown for example in DE 195 44 617 A1, of a special holding body and a ceramic nozzle opening which is non-releasably attached to the holding body.
- the generally ferromagnetic holding body corresponds to the corresponding permanent magnet inset in the channel plate adapter, which fixes it with a force fit
- the channel plate adapters can also be exchanged in a relatively simple manner for channel plate adapters with an adapted mouth part.
- the spinning material can also be taken into account in such a batch change by appropriate selection of the thread take-off nozzle which is arranged in the channel plate adapter and can be exchanged, for example, by influencing the false twist to influence the manufacture of the thread.
- the object of a channel plate adapter create the both inexpensive to manufacture as well is safe to use.
- the design according to the invention has the particular advantage that the manufacturing costs of such channel plate adapters are considerably reduced by dispensing with a special holding body and by fixing the ceramic nozzle mouth directly in the central through bore of the channel plate adapter. This means that the duct plate adapters are so cheap that it makes sense to keep different, fully equipped duct plate adapters in stock and, if necessary, simply to change the complete duct plate adapter.
- the dimensions of the orifice part of the channel plate adapter immersed in the spinning rotor can also be minimized, which has a positive effect in particular on spinning rotors with a small diameter or the use of spinning rotors with a diameter of significantly less than 30 mm
- the ceramic Material manufactured nozzle mouth by means of a press fit directly into one on the input side of the central through hole arranged receiving opening is fixed non-detachably.
- the pressing in of the ceramic nozzle orifice is not a problem just a safe and inexpensive connection method, but also enables perfect centering of the Nozzle mouth, which has a positive effect on the yarn to be drawn off effect.
- a sensor sensing the thread is arranged in the area of the central through-bore, preferably following the nozzle mouth.
- This sensor system which can be designed, for example, as a thermal sensor or as a piezo sensor, is, for example, secured between the nozzle mouth and further devices arranged in the central through-hole and is connected via a signal line to a control device of the relevant work station.
- wear protection is also arranged in the central through bore, as described in claim 6.
- This wear protection is made from a highly wear-resistant material, for example from a ceramic material, a hard metal or a material that is plasma nitrided.
- a swirl insert can also be arranged in the central through bore.
- Such a swirl insert which acts on the thread mechanically, can give additional false twist to the thread to be drawn off, which has an advantageous effect on the spinning stability of the open-end spinning device.
- a false twist blowing nozzle device can also be provided instead of a mechanically working vortex insert.
- the spinning stability of the open-end spinning device can also be increased by such a false twist blowing nozzle device, wherein a particularly gentle thread treatment is given, since there is no additional mechanical stress on the thread to be drawn off.
- the respective equipment of the channel plate adapter can, as described in claim 10, be made visible in a simple manner by color coding the channel plate adapter or, as stated in claim 5, by a transponder which can be fixed in the central through-hole of the channel plate adapter.
- Channel plate adapters marked in this way are clearly identifiable and can be used or exchanged without any problems according to the respective requirements.
- the open-end spinning device 1 shown in FIG. 1 has as known, a rotor housing 2, in which during the Spinning operation revolves around a spinning rotor 3 at high speed.
- the spinning rotor 3 is with its rotor shaft 22 in the Bearing gussets a support disc bearing 4 supported and is in the axial direction by a for example permanent magnetic axial bearing 21 fixed.
- the drive of the spinning rotor 3 takes place, as usual, via a tangential element 5 which is set against the rotor shaft 22 by a support roller 44.
- the rotor housing 2 which is open at the front, is connected via a suction line 6 to a vacuum source (not shown) and is closed at the front during spinning operation / by a so-called fiber channel plate 45.
- the fiber channel plate 45 which is arranged on a cover element 7 rotatably supported to a limited extent about a pivot axis 16, rests with a lip sealing element 17 on the end face of the rotor housing 2.
- a sliver feeding and opening device 8 is integrated in the cover element 7, which includes, among other things, a sliver opening roller 9, a sliver feed cylinder 10 and a fiber guide channel 11.
- the sliver roll 9 is driven, for example, by a tangential belt 12, while the sliver feed cylinder 10 is acted upon by a machine-long drive shaft or, as indicated, by a single drive 15, preferably a stepper motor.
- the fiber channel plate 45 is one in the direction of Spinning rotor 3 incorporated open receptacle 13, the one has circular, conical bearing surface 24.
- this receptacle 13 is aligned with an angle, with its base body 26 a channel plate adapter 18 easily detachable specified
- the channel plate adapter 18 has a central Through hole 14.
- the through hole 14 is on the input side, the one made of a ceramic material Nozzle mouth 19 set. Intervenes on the output side so-called thread withdrawal tube 20 in the central Through hole 14.
- the central through bore 14 of the channel plate adapter 18 is widened on the input side to a receiving opening 28, the diameter of which is slightly below the diameter of the head part 27 of the nozzle mouth 19 of the thread take-off nozzle 23 This means that the nozzle mouth 19 can be pressed with its head part 27 into the receiving opening 28 and fixed there in a non-detachable manner by means of a press fit.
- the diameter of the receiving opening 28 can, however, also be slightly above the diameter of the head part 27 of the nozzle mouth 19.
- the nozzle mouth 19 is glued into the channel plate adapter 18.
- Such an inseparable connection is also very secure and simple.
- wear protection 31 arranged by a locking element 34, the for example from an adapter sleeve 36 and one Hexagon socket screw 35 is interchangeably fixed.
- wear protection is 31 thereby from a ceramic material, a hard metal or made of a plasma nitrided material.
- a swivel insert 32 can also be positioned in the central through bore 14 and fixed by a locking element 34.
- the locking element 34 can also be somewhat modified. This means that instead of a hexagon socket screw, the central through bore 14 has a thread at the end for receiving a special thread insert 37.
- the threaded insert 37 which is equipped with an external thread, then fixes the swivel insert 32 or the wear protector 31 via the clamping sleeve 36.
- FIG. 4 shows a channel plate adapter 18 with a sensor system 29 arranged in the area of the central through hole 14.
- This sensor 29, which scans the running thread is designed, for example, as a thermal sensor or as a piezo sensor and is connected, for example, via a signal line 38 to a control device 43 in the workplace.
- the sensor system 29 enables reliable monitoring of the thread drawn off via the nozzle mouth 19 during the spinning operation.
- a mechanically acting swirl insert 32 can be used, or, as indicated in FIG. 6, a pneumatically operating false twist blowing nozzle device 33 .
- This false-twist blowing nozzle device 33 has, for example, a nozzle insert 46 with a few tangential nozzles 42.
- the tangential nozzles 42 are connected to an overpressure source 41 via an annular channel 39 and a pneumatic line 40.
- the channel plate adapter 18 with a Transponder 30 may be equipped.
- a transponder 30 has a fixed, unambiguously identifiable identifier, the information about the equipment of the concerned Channel plate adapter 18 there.
- the transponder 30 is there preferably also in the central area Through hole 14 fixed and for example between the nozzle mouth 19 and wear protection 31 clamped.
- color coding of the channel plate adapter 18 is also possible. This means that the duct plate adapter 18 has a colored marking from which the respective equipment of the duct plate adapter 18 in question can be easily and clearly removed.

Abstract
Description
- Fig.
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
- eine zweite Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Kanalplattenadapters,
