Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufschneiden von Lebensmittelprodukten, wie Schinken, Wurst, Käse und dergleichen, mit einem rotierend angetriebenen und/oder planetarisch umlaufenden Schneidmesser (4), dessen Schneidebene senkrecht zu einer Produktauflagefläche (2) einer Produktzuführeinrichtung (1) verläuft, wobei das schneidmesserseitige Ende der Produktauflagefläche (2) von einem Schneidkantenteil (3) gebildet ist, das zusammen mit dem Schneidmesser (4) einen Schneidspalt bildet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidkantenteil (3) senkrecht zur Schneidebene verschiebbar gelagert und gegen einen Anschlag (6) elastisch vorgespannt ist, und
daß der Anschlag (6) derart positioniert und das Schneidkantenteil (3) derart gestaltet ist, daß das Schneidkantenteil (3) bei jedem Messerdurchgang entgegen der anliegenden Vorspannung vom Messer (4) zumindest berührt und insbesondere geringfügig gegen die Vorspannung ausgelenkt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bei jedem Messerdurchgang auftretende Auslenkung des Schneidkantenteils (3) einen Bruchteil eines Millimeters beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß das Schneidkantenteil (3) mittels wenigstens eines elastischen, beispielsweise blockförmig ausgebildeten Elements oder eines Federelements (5) unter Vorspannung gesetzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidkantenteil zumindest eine mit dem Schneidmesser (4) zusammenwirkende Führungsfläche (8) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidkantenteil (3) vorzugsweise aus einem Kunststoffmaterial oder aus Stahl besteht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidkantenteil (3) auf seiner Führung (7) einen Gesamtverfahrweg im Bereich von etwa 2 bis 3 mm besitzt. - Vorrichtung zum Aufschneiden von Lebensmittelprodukten, wie Schinken, Wurst, Käse und dergleichen, mit einem rotierend angetriebenen und/oder planetarisch umlaufenden Schneidmesser (4), dessen Schneidebene senkrecht zu einer Produktauflagefläche (2) einer Produktzuführeinrichtung (1) verläuft, wobei das schneidmesserseitige Ende der Produktauflagefläche (2) von einem Schneidkantenteil (3) gebildet ist, das zusammen mit dem Schneidmesser (4) einen Schneidspalt bildet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidkantenteil (3) senkrecht zur Schneidebene verschiebbar gelagert und mit einer aktiven Betätigungseinrichtung verbunden ist, die in Abhängigkeit von der Bewegung und/oder von Abmessungscharakteristiken des Messers derart angesteuert ist, daß Messer und Schneidkantenteil bei jedem Messerdurchgang einen in seiner Größe vorgebbaren, insbesondere den Wert Null aufweisenden Schneidspalt bilden.
