Abstract
Description
Die bekannten Behandlungsverfahren erfolgen im Hinblick auf die Warenführung derart, dass die schlauchförmige Maschenware über den in der Thermofixierkammer angeordneten Rundbreithalter in vertikaler Richtung von unten nach oben geführt wird. Damit ist der Nachteil verbunden, dass mit dem Transport der Schlauchware in der vorgenannten Richtung eine das Endprodukt negativ beeinflussende Längsspannung in der Schlauchware entsteht.
Diese Längsspannung setzt sich zusammen aus dem Gewicht der Schlauchware, aus deren von der Schlauchware auf den Umfang des Rundbreithalters ausgeübten Reibung und aus der Vorspannkraft zwischen den Fixierwalzen des Rundbreithalters.
Um die wenigstens eine breitgeführte Warenbahn, die auch eine Warenbahn in Form flachgelegter Schlauchware sein kann, besonders spannungsarm mit Trockenluft behandeln zu können, sieht das bekannte Verfahren vor, dass die mit Voreilung zulaufende Warenbahn unter Verwendung wenigstens einer Bürstenwalze über ihre ganze Breite in gleichmäßigen Falten auf das Zuführende des Tragbandes aufgelegt wird.
Die in losen Falten auf dem Tragband aufliegende Warenbahn kann in diesem Zustand spannungsarm wärmebehandelt bzw. getrocknet werden; ein Thermofixieren sowohl von Schlauchware als auch von flacher Ware ist in einem solchen Zustand nicht möglich.
Alternativ können die Transportgeschwindigkeiten dann gleich groß sein, wenn der erste Antrieb dem zweiten Antrieb vorauseilend betrieben wird.

Bevor die Schlauchware 1 in die Vorheizkammer 5 gelangt, wird diese über vertikal oberhalb des Warenstapels 2 positionierte Umlenkwalzen 7,8 geführt, um nachfolgend zu einer an sich bekannten Flachbreithaltevorrichtung 9 zu gelangen, die etwa unterhalb einer Wareneinlasswalze 11 der Vorheizkammer 5 angeordnet ist. Nachfolgend wird die Schlauchware in flach ausgebreiteten Zustand über wenigstens eine der Vorrichtung 9 nachgeordneten Umlenkwalze 10 über die drehangetriebene Abzugswalze 4 in die Vorheizkammer 5 gezogen.
Die Ware 1 wird innerhalb der Vorheizkammer 5, nachdem diese den Waren-Dämpfer 12 verlassen hat, bekannter Maßen über wenigstens eine Tänzerwalze 14 und mehrere erste achsparallel angeordnete Umlenkwalzen 15 und mehrere zweite achsparallel angeordnete Umlenkwalzen16 geführt, wobei die ersten Umlenkwalzen 15 und die zweiten Umlenkwalzen 16 vertikal voneinander beabstandet angeordnet sind.
Mittels eines zweiten elektromotorischen Antriebs 23 wird die gepufferte Ware 1 mit einer gegenüber der ersten Transportgeschwindigkeit geringeren Transportgeschwindigkeit aus dem Zuführabschnitt 20 über den Rundbreithalter 21 gemäß dem Richtungspfeil 24 transportiert.
Alternativ kann erfindungsgemäß auch vorgesehen sein, dass die Transportgeschwindigkeit des ersten Antriebs 22b der Transportgeschwindigkeit des zweiten Antriebs 23 entspricht.
Die Ausbildung eines Warenpuffers erfolgt in diesem Falle dadurch, dass der erste Antrieb 22b gegenüber dem zweiten Antrieb 23 vorauseilend betrieben wird.
Nach Verlassen des Rundbreithalters 21 wird die im Durchmesser fixierte Ware 1, wie aus der DE 198 19 051 A1 bekannt, in flach ausgebreiteter Form über entsprechend vorhandene Umlenkwalzen von einer in einem Faltenleger 28 integrierten und von einem elektromotorischen Antrieb 25 drehangetriebenen Walze 26 zu einem Warenstapel 28 geführt.

Claims (4)
- Verfahren zum Behandeln schlauchförmiger Textilware, insbesondere Maschenware mit einem Anteil natürlicher Fasern und mit einem Anteil elastomerer Fasern, welche Textilware wenigstens einen Dampfbehandlungsprozess und nachfolgend in rund ausgebreitetem Zustand einen Thermofixierprozess in vertikaler Ebene durchläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlauchware (1) kontinuierlich einem vertikal über der Thermofixierkammer (17) einer Behandlungsanlage (6) liegenden Zuführabschnitt (20) eines in der Thermofixierkammer angeordneten Rundbreithalters (21) mit einer vorbestimmten ersten Transportgeschwindigkeit zugeführt wird,
dass die Schlauchware (1) zeitweilig auf dem Zuführabschnitt (20) einen Warenpuffer über der Thermofixierkammer (17) ausbildet und
dass die Schlauchware (1) kontinuierlich aus dem Warenpuffer mit einer vorbestimmten zweiten Transportgeschwindigkeit entnommen und dem Thermofixierprozess zugeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, wonach der Warenpuffer dadurch gebildet wird, dass die erste vorbestimmte Transportgeschwindigkeit größer ist als die zweite vorbestimmte Transportgeschwindigkeit.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, wonach der Warenpuffer dadurch gebildet wird, dass der Antrieb (22b) mit der ersten vorbestimmten Transportgeschwindigkeit gegenüber dem Antrieb (23) mit der zweiten vorbestimmten Transportgeschwindigkeit vorauseilend betrieben wird, wobei die Transportgeschwindigkeiten identisch sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportrichtung der Schlauchware (1) während des Thermofixierprozesses von vertikal oben nach vertikal unten ist.
