Claims (9)
- Spannschloßvorrichtung zum Gegeneinanderspannen zweier, einen Rahmen (31, 32) mit Längsstreben (33; 51) und Querstreben (34; 50; 69) aufweisende Betonschalelemente (35, 36; 48, 49;61, 62) längs einer von der mit Pratzen ausgebildeten Spannschloßvorrichtung (10; 60) überspannten Fuge (37), wobei die Spannschloßvorrichtung (10; 60) für die Halterung an Längs- oder Querstreben (33, 34; 50, 51; 69) eines Betonschalelementes (35, 36; 48, 49; 61, 62) ein oder mehrere Haltemittel (18 ; 45; 68; 88) aufweist, durch das oder die die Spannschloßvorrichtung (10; 60) unverlierbar am Betonschalelement (35, 36; 48, 49; 61, 62) befestigbar ist, vorzugsweise auch in einer Stellung, in der die Spannschloßvorrichtung (10; 60) innerhalb eines äußeren Randes (39) des Betonschalelementes (35, 36; 48, 49; 61, 62) positioniert ist, und mindestens ein Arretierungsmittel (28; 70) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Spannschloßvorrichtung (10; 60) bei gelöstem oder entferntem Arretierungsmittel (28; 70) am Betonschalelement (35, 36; 48, 49; 61, 62) in eine Spannstellung bringbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannschloßvorrichtung (10; 60) ein gegenüber einem ersten Schloßteil (11; 63) schwenkbares zweites Schloßteil (12; 64) aufweist, wobei das erste Schloßteil (11; 63) eine ortsfeste erste Pratze (14, 15; 43, 44; 83, 84) und das zweite Schloßteil (12; 64) eine zweite Pratze (24, 25; 72, 73) aufweist, die jeweils derart ausgebildet sind, daß sie zum unmittelbaren Angriff an den Rahmen (31, 32) geeignet sind, wobei das Arretierungsmittel (28; 70) das zweite Schloßteil (12) im Schwenkbereich einschränkt, derart, daß die zweite Pratze (24, 25; 72, 73) das Lösen der Spannschloßvorrichtung (10; 60) vom Betonschalelement (35, 36; 48, 49; 61, 62) verhindert sowie gegebenenfalls die Verfahrbarkeit der Spannschloßvorrichtung (10; 60) am Rahmenabschnitt (33, 34) beschränkt oder unterbindet. - Spannschloßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannschloßvorrichtung (10; 60) bei gelöstem oder entferntem Arretierungsmittel (28; 70) vom Betonschalelement (35, 36; 48, 49; 61, 62) abnehmbar ist.
- Spannschloßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltemittel von der Innenoberfläche (16, 17) der ortsfesten Pratzen (14, 15) lokal abstehende Aufwölbungen (18; 45) sind.
- Spannschloßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sich gegenüberliegenden Aufwölbungen (18) zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind, daß der Abstand x zwischen den Aufwölbungen (18) größer ist als die Breite y der Längsstrebe (33) oder der Querstrebe (34), auf der die Spannschloßvorrichtung anzubringen ist.
- Spannschloßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufwölbungen (45) sich gegenüberliegend an den Innenoberflächen (46, 47) der ortsfesten Pratzen (43, 44) ausgebildet sind.
- Spannschloßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltemittel von einer Lasche (66) gebildet ist, die von einem stabförmigen Körper (65) absteht, der das erste Schloßteil (63) hält und verschieblich führt und daß ein Befestigungsmittel, wie Bolzen (68), vorgesehen ist, das in eine erste Durchbruchsöffnung (67) in der Lasche (66) einschiebbar ist.
- Spannschloßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltemittel von einem Schwenk- und/oder Kipphebel (88) gebildet ist, der an ortsfesten Pratzen (83, 84) oder im Bereich der ortsfesten Pratzen (83, 84) vorgesehen ist.
- Spannschloßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenk- und/oder Kipphebel (88) federbelastet ist.
- Spannschloßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Arretierungsmittel ein Keil (28; 70) ist, der, in Richtung der Schwerkraft verschoben, die schwenkbare zweite Pratze (24, 25; 72, 73) in eingeschwenktem Zustand blockiert, oder die Spannschloßvorrichtung zum Gegeneinanderspannen zweier Betonschalelemente spannt, oder daß der Keil (28; 70), entgegen der Schwerkraft verschoben, die schwenkbare zweite Pratze (24, 25; 72, 73) zur Verschwenkung und zur Verschiebung gegenüber der ersten ortsfesten Pratze (14, 15; 43, 44) freigibt.
