Definitions
- the invention relates to a tubular element for e.g. Struts, railings on scaffolding, structures and similar pipe structures, in which at least one of its pipe ends has a hook for releasable attachment the tubular element is formed on another component,
- Pipe elements of this type are used in particular on scaffolding used extensively, for example, for railing runs; they are fast attachable and detachable, have a low weight and require their Manufacturing little effort.
- the hooks can be secured with suitable fuses be provided to ensure their connection.
- the object of the invention is therefore a tubular element of the type described at the outset in such a way that on the one hand without screw connections with hooks or other fastening elements can be connected without reducing the strength of the tube, on the other hand form the fasteners so that the tubular element can be handled by just one person.
- the object is achieved in that Pipe end of the tubular element a holding part of the hook is inserted that the pipe end and the holding part are pressed together that the hook consists of two spaced tabs between which a locking bolt provided with a hook eye is pivotally attached, that the locking bolt has a locking element pointing to its axis, and that the locking bolt on its upper end face at least one Axially offset shoulder has over the tabs of the hook survives.
- a fastener according to the invention for example in The shape of a hook consists of a stamped part, which is advantageously a mirror image is trained. This is about the axis of symmetry of the stamped part bent against each other so that the two ends are parallel to each other and a space between them for the reception of one Leave the locking bolt free.
- the fastening part is provided with a holding part, which can be equipped with holes or which notches has on its outer surface. This holding part is pushed into the tube, then tube and holding part are pressed together, the Material is pressed into the recesses or notches, so that a positive fastening of the fastener in the tubular element is obtained.
- the locking bolt can be swiveled around an axis in the hook attached, with the latch over the hook using at least one approach survives, which seen a distance in the direction of extension of the tube to the axis for the locking bolt.
- One approach is beneficial with provided a nose, which on the hook or on the pipe end in the locking latch is in the closed state.
- the locking bolt is designed that it maintains its open position and is therefore easy can be placed over a pipe end or a node element. For the Locking the pipe strut then only needs the approach in its end position to be hit so that the latch is the knot element or the Grips tightly around the pipe.
- the tube end is lined with a tube sleeve, the cross section of which is chosen is that the outer contour of the tubular sleeve is approximately equal to the inner contour of the Tube end, the length of the tube sleeve exceeding that of the hook, and that the hook is on a support bar in the area of the hook end pieces of the tube end and the tube sleeve that are compressed together flat is formed in that a hook eyelet is removed from the retaining web is.
- the hook eye By reshaping the end pieces into flat webs and the recess the hook eye reduces the section modulus of the pipe ends; the lining of the pipe end compensates for this loss of dimensional stability but largely or completely, so that the tubular element can still be fully loaded, although its load-bearing cross-section shows the pipe end was initially reduced.
- the pipe sleeves are open the formation of the end pieces has no influence, they become like the pipe ends also compressed to form the holding bridge and behave simply like a local increase in the wall thickness of the tubular element on the Pipe end.
- the tubular element is clamped in a scaffold that, provided the hook eye is designed appropriately, an additional securing of the hook can be dispensed with.
- a Closure of the hook usually cannot be avoided.
- the flat upset end pieces spaced from each other be so that a flat locking bar is attached between the end pieces can be, which is arranged around a hook axis in the pipe end is pivotable, which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tubular element stands.
- Such a locking bolt can be designed so that he closes the hook eye overlapping another component and in this Position is locked; the details of this are customary.
- the tubular element gets a pleasing appearance when the free one Face of the pipe end and the outer face of the tube sleeve with each other are flush so that it is hardly recognizable that the area of the hook is relined inside.
- tubular element is not necessary at all both pipe ends must be designed in the manner according to the invention; rather, one of the pipe ends can also be designed in a different way. So it is possible, for example, that a first pipe end corresponds to the Invention is formed while, for example, in a strut on the second pipe end attached to a spar lockable clamping coupling is.
- the pipe element according to the invention can also at one pipe end have a locking bolt that is not required at the other tube end and therefore left out. It is only essential that the Pipe element designed according to the invention on at least one pipe end is.
- the frame element 1 shown in FIGS. 1, 2 is with a Plenty of other frame elements can be connected and so to a more or less extensive scaffolding can be completed. It consists of spars 2, the by bars 3, 4 in pairs to vertical conductor elements 5 with each other are connected. The conductor elements 5 are in turn by a diagonal strut 6 and by omitted in the drawing on the Latches 3, 4 overlying platforms can be connected to a very dimensionally stable arrangement.
- the upper bars 3 are reinforced by brackets 7 with short Connect components 8 to the spars 2; the node elements 8 point here a cross section corresponding to FIG. 19.
- On the spars 2 are also facing each other short pipe sections 9, on which railings 10 are attached; they can be seen particularly well in FIG. 20.
- FIG. 16 17 is a first tubular element according to the invention shown, which can be used for the railing runs 10.
- His Pipe ends 11, 12 are each formed hook 13.
- the hooks 13 will as can be seen from Fig. 7, punched out of a flat material and are then bent around its axis of symmetry 36, as shown in FIG. 9 is shown.
- the two ends, which form the holding part 31, lie closely together, while the tabs 27 forming the hook eyelet are spaced apart lie to each other.
- the one shown in FIG. 10 shown locking bolt 18 used, with a hole for the Hook axis 19 is provided in the tabs 27 as well as in the locking bolt 18 is.
- the holding part 31 has either recesses 32 and / or notches 33 on that for the positive fixing of the hook 13 in the tube serve.
- the end of the tube is deformed flat and the hook with introduced its holding part here. Then the pipe is pressed, see above that the material of the tube in the notches 33 or recesses 32 arrives.
- 18, 19 show a plan view 16, 17 and Fig. 6 an embodiment that only recesses 32, but not notches 33 shows.
- the hook shown in Fig. 10 has two on its top Approaches 30 and 35, one approach 30 having a nose 34 which interacts with parts of the hook or the tubular element.
- the one on the other side of the hook axis 19 nose protrudes in the closed state about the contour of the hook 13, as shown for example in the 16, 17, 6 and 13 can be seen. This nose is used for easy unlocking of the hook so that it can be easily removed from its fastener can be removed, as will be explained later becomes.
- Fig. 11 the hook with the tube attached to it is enlarged Representation shown. Furthermore, there is a node element 37 or a tube as shown for fastening a railing run 10 or a strut 6 can serve, as shown in Fig. 1.
- This Node element 37 can also be designed as shown in FIGS. 18 to 20 is shown.
- the locking bolt 18 is opened, as shown in Fig. 11.
- the Locking element 28 of the locking bolt 18 has a two-stage locking surface 38 on, the locking surface facing the locking element 28 having a has a greater distance from the axis 19 than the one located further inside Restricted area.
- FIG. 14 Another embodiment according to the invention is in the 14 and 15, this embodiment being characterized by a Hook 13 distinguishes, which is manufactured extremely inexpensively can be and which has a very high strength.
- flat end pieces 14 are compressed transversely to the longitudinal axis 15 of the tubular element and form a flat retaining web that is central to this longitudinal axis 15 16, from each of which a hook eye 17 is excluded, so that the Hook 13 remains.
- the hook eye 17 is the cross section of the Node element 9 formed accordingly, which it just overlaps and in this way the tubular element is locked in the direction of its longitudinal axis 15.
- the unchanged pipe end 12 is already before the end pieces 14 be upset, relined with a tubular sleeve 20, which is slightly longer than the upset end pieces 14.
- the outer contour 21 of the tubular sleeve 20 the inner contour 22 of the tube end 12 is approximately the same, so that the tube sleeve 20 can be easily pressed into the pipe end 12; exist that Pipe element and the tubular sleeve 20, as a rule from cylindrical tubes, then the arrangement is best designed as a slight interference fit, which does not offer too much resistance to the introduction of the tubular sleeve 20, but at the same time oriented axially in the tubular element.
- the equally deformed tube sleeve 20 is axially in the direction the longitudinal axis 15 has already been set, as shown in FIGS. 14, 15: one through the deformation of the first indentation 23 corresponding to FIG. 14 blocks a displacement of the tube sleeve 20 in the direction of the tube end 11, a second confiscation 24 corresponding to FIG. 15 the shift in the Opposite direction.
- the locking is improved by beads 25, the so can be struck that they are the end pieces 14a of the pipe end 12 deform to the extent that they extend into the end pieces 14b of the tubular sleeve 20 pass.
- the end pieces 14b are spaced apart from one another in such a way that again a locking bar 18 is movable between them in the same way, as has already been described in detail for the pipe end 11.
- the hook eye 17 is cut out in a suitable manner, so that the hook 13 remains.
- the locking bolts 18 can, if appropriate, be more suitable Be blocked in their closed position, for example through the mentioned hook shape, which causes a positive and non-positive connection.
