Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for screwing Fastening elements for fastening insulation material on flat and shed roofs
  • Such a screwing device is from the German Publication DE 42 40 607 A1 known.
  • This known device has a feed device for the fasteners, one lowerable screw unit and a holding device for the Fastening element, which takes this up before screwing it in and then releases.
  • Pre-assembled, two-part fastening elements in particular from holding part and screw existing, processed by a separating device in the magazine to separate one fastener from the fastener chain intervenes. After separation, the fastener becomes one Holding device supplied, in which it is captured by a screw unit and in the roof surface is driven. The isolation is due to the Aufund Downward movement of the screw unit from a locked position into one Release position offset.
  • the known device is complex, complicated and prone to failure, which is why rapid screwing is not possible.
  • the transfer of a fastening element isolated from the magazine or from the other fastening means into the screwing position is not possible without problems.
  • the screw tip of the screw rod cannot engage in the fastener or immerse it properly.
  • a device with an equivalent separation as is known from DE 42 40 607 A1, is described in European Patent EP 0 600 285 B1, in which, however, the holding device comprises a clamping device which is formed from support elements which are arranged in a horizontal Perform a closing and opening movement on the level.
  • the fastening element is enclosed in the shaft area. Only after the screw of the fastener has cut into the roof surface, the supports release the fastener.
  • the opening movement is caused by a movable angle with wedge surfaces.
  • the fastener can be used tilt into a vertical position due to its heavier tip and are therefore not caught by the screw tip.
  • Another disadvantage of the known devices is their relative Immobility. By arranging the magazine, the screw unit and their lowering aids, the separation and the feeding devices these devices are not only heavy but also have one unfavorable size.
  • the screw axis is relatively far from Device edge, so that work on the attic of the roof or in the Area of skylights with the known devices not possible at all are and must be worked by hand at these points.
  • the present device is said to be considerably simpler built and improved device are provided that are not compatible with the Problems of the known devices is afflicted.
  • the invention enables the fastener to be inclined Roof surfaces can be processed. Even if the device according to the invention in is in an oblique position, the fastener is coaxial with Screw rod and thus aligned with the screw axis. Thereby, that is activated by the lifting movement of the screwing unit Holding device also a clamp on the recorded Fastener exercises, the device can also on the other poorly accessible roof areas can be used without it Function would be restricted in any way. Even on inclined ones The fastening element becomes roof surfaces exactly in the screw-in axis aligned for installation.
  • the proposed row-shaped structure of the device allows a slim design, so that the device on almost all Roof stations is operational.
  • This advantage is particularly due to this reached because the screw axis of the device is relative due to this small size is near the edge of the device and thus also Machined roof edge areas or edge zones in the area of skylights can be.
  • the device according to the invention i.a. oval, round and collated plastic screw combinations can be processed.
  • the invention provides that a pliers-shaped in the holding device Gripper is arranged, the gripper movement by the lifting movement the tightening unit is triggered. Due to the ability of the holding device can exert a pliers movement on the fastener e.g. the phases of the clamping and release situations are individually manipulated become.
  • the invention further provides that the pincer-shaped gripper by the Shaft of the fastener enclosing between them Fork arms is formed on which the washer or Distribution plate of the plastic holder rests.
  • a gripper is simple and yet functional in structure. With such a gripper a Variety different fasteners are included. Even if the selected gripper shape for a certain type of fastener would not be suitable, the gripper can against an individually adapted Grippers can be replaced quickly and easily.
  • a very special advantage is that the fork arms close the shaft of the Fastening element through a transverse to its longitudinal axis Include aligned pliers movement. This can be aligned that the gripper arms are not within the magazine's ejection path or the feed device. Thus, the holding device also carries contributes significantly to the narrow construction achieved. According to the invention also provided that each fork arm in a vertical plane aligned tax courage is led. This in turn means for the Size of the device that no adjusting or control means in the Swing out the horizontal and thus have no influence on the width of the device to have. According to the number of fork arms are on both sides of the Screw-in axis provided such control grooves. Thus, the Fork arms can be controlled independently but also synchronously.
  • each fork arm is parallel to its own one Longitudinal axis offset axis pivotable.
  • the Fork arms carry the fastener sufficiently long and only then be swiveled out of the screw-in axis, e.g. if the Screw tip or a guide grommet secure the fastener has detected so that the fastening element breaks out of the Screw-in axis is no longer possible.
  • control grooves both in the area of top dead center as well as in the area of the bottom dead center from the screw-in axis lead away. This ensures that the holding device is first closes during the downward movement of the screwing unit, i.e. the Pliers movement only after a specified path of the screwing unit is activated and thus on the feeder and separation can be coordinated. This can be done by the magazine or the feeder Separating device coming fastener in a relative wide open holding device that can be thrown in screw-in closes, the fastening element is fixed and closed releases at a given time.
  • the fork arms are expediently at one with their pivot axes Arranged vertically movable centering block along the screw-in axis. This ensures a synchronous process with this, especially since Centering block at the free end of the screw rod of the screw unit surrounding lifting sleeve is arranged. This also ensures that possible lifting delays on the lifting sleeve not on the holding device can be transferred, the tax history through the Tightening unit activated indirectly but not directly manipulated.
  • the centering block is penetrated by the screw rod so far that the Screw insert the screw of the fastener functional can capture.
  • a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the holding device within one on the to be treated Roof surface attachable housing is arranged So that are themselves moving holder parts delimited from the user, so that if the device is used properly, there is a risk of an accident is largely excluded. But the case has another one Advantage that this practically serves as an attachment element for the assembly point.
  • the housing is the widest part of the device protruding part and serves the device perpendicular to Roof underground and parallel to the roof edge, especially to the parapet align.
  • the housing is on the bearing the control grooves Housing side at least partially open. So that's it unobstructed feeding of the fastener to the holding device ensured.
  • the housing is also expediently on the floor at least partially open, so that none in the screw axis lying housing parts driving the fasteners into the Can interfere with the roof surface.
  • a particularly expedient embodiment of the invention provides that the magazine is rigid and at least partially open Housing side with its ejection end, directed towards the holding device, is arranged.
  • the magazine is the opposite of swiveling magazines Device according to the invention in its presentation behavior cheaper. That the fasteners in the magazine are not Swiveling movements suspended by the magazine and remain relative evenly stored in the magazine, which is the subsequent separation much easier
  • a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the separating and feeding device near the holding device End of the magazine is arranged and from a horizontal and transverse to Magazine consists of linearly movable slide which has two pawls, caused by the lifting movement of the screw unit into the stacking level intervene in the magazine and present the fasteners, separate them and the fastener of each separated from the magazine stream Feed the holding device.
  • This is the simplest possible, however most effectively created a separating device that on confined space comes into effect.
  • the slide practically only moves on a path roughly equal to the shaft diameter of the Fastener corresponds. Since there are no device parts here either Swinging horizontally remains the radius of action of the slide on the Housing width or its length limited, so that the narrow Construction of the device is also preserved here.
  • the slide carries a pin which is within a vertical and linear, can be lowered together with the screw unit Control bar is guided. Especially through the linear movement of the Control bar are almost deviations of the slide movement locked out.
  • Another preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the Screw unit on one along a vertical rail height-adjustable carriage is arranged.
  • the carriage has the Rails enclosing rollers on both sides and supported on one parallel gas spring aligned with the lifting sleeve.
  • the screwing unit does not require any additional guide means, which is the overall width and would only unnecessarily increase the length and weight of the device.
  • the screw unit receives the guidance through its own lifting sleeve, which is the Ceiling of the case interspersed. The guidance of the slide on the rail does not allow lateral deflection.
  • the centering block belonging to the holding device limits the lifting sleeve its lower end. It is essentially cuboid in shape.
  • a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the centering block of the holding device is bell-shaped.
  • each configuration of the centering block, into which a plate is used Fastener can at least partially immerse. This is Particularly advantageous for oval support plates. Because of that The plate is immersed in the centering block before it is turned protected around the longitudinal axis of the fastener.
  • the bell shape is at one achieved particularly preferred embodiment of the invention by a concave curvature on the underside of the centering block, e.g. is milled.
  • the curvature is expediently designed in such a way that this of the curvature of the oval, curved support plate of a fastener equivalent.
  • a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the Fork arms of the gripper on their parallel adjacent walls, respectively have a step-shaped heel in the closed position of the gripper interlocking, with the fork arms in this area each have a keyway.
  • the fastener whose shaft securely in the neighboring, becoming a prism complementary keyways jammed.
  • the shaft can neither against the Jaws can still be displaced across these.
  • a special advantage is that the fastener is exactly in the Screw-in axis is aligned. This is particularly advantageous when working on roofs with a slight slope.
  • a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the The fork arms of the gripper each consist of a jaw and one Hinge plate exist, the hinge plate orthogonal to the respective Jaw is arranged. For one, this brings the advantage of both Parts can be made from different materials. On the other hand the fork arm does not have to be completely worn or damaged be replaced.
  • a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the Fork arms of the gripper on the back of their articulated brackets extend the longitudinal axis of the respective fork arm pin have, which is rotatable about the respective longitudinal axis. This eliminates almost every frictional force influencing the control and the device is easy to operate.
  • Another advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that Ejection end of the magazine from two largely Z-shaped fingers is formed, each having a slide directed against the gripper. This creates a transition zone in which the fastener automatically occurs after its isolation, even if the Device is tilted, as is usual on roofs with a slight slope.
  • a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that at least one of the fingers is arranged on the magazine in a foldable or pivotable manner. Since the Transfer area between magazine, separator and holding device see above must be dimensioned that the fastening element on the one hand can be transferred into the screw-in axis without hindrance and on the other hand, the scope in which the fastener does not move must be too large to avoid misfeed, is with the proposed measure provided a means by which if the device malfunctions, a holder that has already been submitted can be removed from the device. By swinging away the foldable finger becomes an access possibility to the holding device created from which the fastener can be quickly removed can.
  • the swiveling or folding finger is expediently on a spring-loaded ball mounted in the magazine or in the Magazine wall is inserted. The ball exerts pressure on the finger so that it does not move out of its closed position automatically can move.
  • the handle is at least foldable or pivotable. This is particularly so this is an advantage when working on the edge of the roof, close to the parapet.
  • the stroke is cleared by folding or pivoting the handle. That the user can so close to the parapet with the device according to the invention Drive up without the handle hitting the parapet.
  • the handle can be pivoted in so far that this during the downward stroke in sufficient distance past the parapet.
