Claims (17)
- Exemplarführender Zylinder eines Falzapparates, der in verschiedenen Falzmodi betreibbar ist, die Exemplare an einem Schneidzylinderpaar (4, 5) von einer Materialbahn abgetrennt werden und einem exemplarführenden Zylinder (9) mit einer Umfangsfläche (12) zuführbar sind, in der Greif- und Querfalzelemente (13, 14) aufgenommen sind und der relativ zueinander positionierbare Segmente (10, 11) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch ein Führungselement (30) geführte, bewegbare Umfangsflächenteile (29) bei Falzmodusumstellungen in die Umfangsfläche (12) des Zylinders (9) ausfahren oder zwischen stationäre und bewegbare Segmente (10, 11) des Zylinders (9) einfahren.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsflächenteile (29) um eine Achse (A, A') eines der Segmente (10, 11) des Zylinders (9) schwenkbar sind.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsflächenteile (29) um die Achse (A, A') eines stationären Segmentes (10) des Zylinders (9) schwenkbar sind.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente (30) der Umfangsflächenteile (29) mit einem der Segmente (10, 11) des Zylinders (9) verbunden sind.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente (30) am bewegbaren Segment (11) des Zylinders (9) aufgenommen sind.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsflächenteile (29) an ihrem Lagerungspunkt (A, A') durch eine Vorspanneinheit (35) torsionsmäßig beaufschlagt sind.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsflächenteile (29) mit einem Folgerelement (34) versehen sind, welches im Führungselement (30) geführt ist.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Folgerelement (34) als Laufrolle ausgebildet ist.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungselement (30) eine von zwei Laufflächen (31) begrenzten Käfig aufweist.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufflächen (31) in eine obere und eine untere Ausnehmung (32, 33) am Führungselement (30) übergehen.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bewegbaren Umfangsflächenteile (29) mittels eines Kniehebelsystems (39) abgestützt sind.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Hebel (41) des Kniehebelsystems (39) m stationären Segment (10) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen oberem und unterem Hebel (40, 41) im Bereich des Knies (B) ein Anschlag (42) ausgebildet ist.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kniehebelsystem (39) durch ein Vorspannelement (37) beaufschlagt ist.
- Exemplarführender Zylinder gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Segmenten (10, 11) des Zylinders (9) ein Überfalzkorrekturen ermöglichender Abstand (43) ausgebildet ist.
- Falzapparat, der in verschiedenen Falzmodi betreibbar ist, mit einem exemplarführenden Zylinder, wobei die Exemplare an einem Schneidzylinderpaar (4, 5) von einer Materialbahn abgetrennt werden und einem exemplarführenden Zylinder (9) mit einer Umfangsfläche (12) zuführbar sind, in der Greif- und Querfalzelemente (13, 14) aufgenommen sind und der relativ zueinander positionierbare Segmente (10, 11) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch ein Führungselement (30) geführte, bewegbare Umfangsflächenteile (29) bei Falzmodusumstellungen in die Umfangsfläche (12) des Zylinders (9) ausfahren oder zwischen stationäre und bewegbare Segmente (10, 11) des exemplarführenden Zylinders (9) einfahren.
- Punkturloser Falzapparat, der in verschiedenen Falzmodi betreibbar ist, wobei die Exemplare an einem Schneidzylinderpaar (4, 5) von einer Materialbahn abgetrennt werden und einem exemplarführenden Zylinder (9) mit einer Umfangsfläche (12) zuführbar sind, in der Greif- und Querfalzelemente (13, 14) aufgenommen sind und der relativ zueinander positionierbare Segmente (10, 11) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch ein Führungselement (30) geführte, bewegbare Umfangsflächenteile (29) bei Falzmodusumstellungen in die Umfangsfläche (12) des Zylinders (9) ausfahren oder zwischen stationäre und bewegbare Segmente (10, 11) des exemplarführenden Zylinders (9) einfahren.
