Definitions
- the invention relates to a harness according to the Preamble of claim 1 and a jacquard weaving machine with a woven harness.
- a jacquard machine generally consists of one Jacquard device, a woven harness and one Loom.
- the jacquard device contains Shedding elements with a board that with the Web harness is connected.
- the harness is going from the bottom to the bottom mounted above or from top to bottom and is therefore in divided a lower part and an upper part.
- the Lower part includes counter-pull elements and braid.
- the Upper part includes snap hooks, harness cords as well an upper and lower choir board with through holes.
- the harness cords per repeat are with the stockings connected and together in a through hole in the upper Vent board and individually in through holes in the lower Vent board arranged.
- the harness cords can be used as Single or double cord are formed, each are provided with a loop and with this loop are hooked into the snap hook.
- harness cords are a through hole in the upper choir board completely identical in all reports in the lower choir board displayed.
- the harness cords of the following Through holes in the upper choir board arranged one after the other in the same way. are all harness cords arranged, so cross these against each other by holes, as in FIG. 2 is shown. At the positions marked with "x" exerted pressure on the harness cords and one causes severe friction.
- This arrangement of Harness cords have the disadvantages that during the Operation swing the harness cords or through the Friction against each other and on the edge of the perforation be heavily used. This will increase the lifespan and working speed of the harness to a high Measure limited.
- a harness according to the preamble of claim 1 is from DE-A-4 031 515 known.
- the invention is based on the object To improve the harness, so that the above Disadvantages are resolved and a significant increase the working speed of the weaving machine becomes.
- the upper part contains one Weaving harness a plurality of snap hooks 1 and Harness cords 2 and an upper choir board 3 with Through holes 4 and a lower choir board 5 with Through holes 6.
- the arrangement of the rows of holes in the upper and lower choir boards are known.
- the 3 shows the connection of a circuit board 11 the jacquard device with the woven harness Carabiner hook 1 is provided, which is formed in one piece is.
- the snap hook has a central section 12 and two sections designed as eyelets 13, which are elastic are deformable to open the eyelets.
- the Junction board 11 with the upper eyelet of Snap hook forms the harness separation point.
- the Harness cords 2 are a double cord with a Loop 14 at one end and two sections trained, each with strands of the lower part of the Web harness are connected.
- a step by step Structure of an embodiment of a Weaving harness explained with reference to Figures 4 to 9, the armor cord seen from the weaver stand side in Rows from back left to right (shot direction; Arrows A or B) and from back to front (warp direction; Arrows C and D) are arranged. It will refer to Fig.4 taken.
- the harness has four repeats I to IV on. Only one harness cord 2 is arranged. To the The sections below provide a better understanding the harness cord corresponding to repeats I to IV designated. Sections I.1 and IV.1 of the double cord are in the upper choir board 3 together by the left Through hole and individually in the lower choir board through the left through holes of the outside Reports I and IV conducted.
- the Fig.5 shows the harness, in which the Sections 1.1 to 1.4 and IV.1 to IV.4 of the Double cord in the outside repeats I and IV in lower choir board 5 are arranged.
- This arrangement is obtained by the double cords in the top Vent board 3 in the direction of arrow A in one Sequence starting from left to right are arranged.
- This arrangement means that sections arranged below each before previously arranged sections.
- sections 11.1 and III.1 of the Double cord for internal repeats II and III arranged in the same sense.
- FIG. 8 shows a view corresponding to FIG Course of the sections of the double cord in the Embodiment of the harness described above. Due to the continuous arrangement, sections 1.1 to I.4, II.1 to II.4, III.1 to III.4 and IV.1 to IV.4 the double cord is staggered so that the in a perforation in the upper choir board Sections of at least one of those through the neighboring Piercing 4 in the upper choir board 3 sections cross.
- the staggered arrangement causes the mentioned disadvantages of the known harness fixed are and has the advantages that the sections are mutually led.
- Fig. 9 shows the harness, in which the Rear row harness repeats and one Harness cord of the row in front are arranged.
