Definitions
- the invention relates to a spinning machine with a drafting system, that delivers at least one fiber sliver to a pair of output rollers and which has a rotating suction roller at its exit, which the at least one fiber sliver by sucking on a perforation track under suction is compressed, the Suction area by means of a arranged inside the suction roller Coverage is limited to a compression zone.
- the suction roll has a larger diameter than the usual Straightening rollers, since it is hollow and not one inside co-rotating, the perforation track on part of the circumference the screen covering the suction roll must contain the suction limited to the area in which the fiber sliver passes over the suction roll is led.
- the invention proposes that Arrange suction roller above the draft level and her a lower roller assign that has a diameter as it is for the processed fibers are familiar and from which the fiber fuse the zone in which it is granted rotation.
- one of the two rollers preferably the suction roller, with an elastic Topping.
- the perforation can usually be achieved by simultaneous insertion their holes through the elastic covering and mostly made of metal jacket of the suction roll through become.
- both in the coat and in elastic covering a groove may be provided. This measure has the further advantage that the pitches and the diameter of the suction openings of the perforations in the jacket and in the elastic The suction roller lining does not have to match.
- Suction roller to assign a further lower roller by a Belt is wrapped around, which is known by means of Guide means such as a deflection rail close to the Clamping line of the pair of output rollers of the drafting system extends.
- Guide means such as a deflection rail close to the Clamping line of the pair of output rollers of the drafting system extends.
- the fiber bandage is carried by the strap supported and prevented from tearing off.
- the compression of a fiber sliver delivered by a drafting system offers the advantage that the fiber sliver is summarized closely can be fed to the twist zone in which it becomes a yarn is solidified. Jumps into this tightly summarized fiber sliver the rotation given to it by the rotation device to close to the clamping line, i.e. the spinning triangle is very small. This has the consequence that the loss of splitting edge fibers is minimal and that the yarn produced has little protruding fibers has, i.e. has little hairiness. It has shown, that this beneficial effect of compression spinning through thread balloonless or thread balloon reduced spinning even further can be increased. Thread balloonless or thread balloon reduced Spinning reduces the thread tension in the thread piece between the output roller pair of the drafting system and the spindle tip and increases the twist density in this thread piece. Apparently support these effects by compressing the fiber sliver effect.
- a possibility for thread balloonless or thread balloon reduced Spinning exists when using ring spinning devices for turning and winding the fiber sliver using Spindle attachments such as spinning fingers or spinning crowns.
- Pot spiders also reduce thread tension in the thread between the deposit point of the yarn in the spinning pot and the output roller pair of the drafting system in comparison with a ring spinning device.
- the arrangement can be such that the individual Workplaces condensed fiber slivers each Rotation-imparting organ fed like a ring spinning spindle - single yarns are produced here.
- the arrangement can but also be such that there are always two condensed fibers and run together to an organ that gives the rotation - so-called false twine is created.
- the spinning machine has a drafting system 1 which is more common Design with an input roller pair 2, a middle roller pair 3 and a pair of output rollers 4.
- the lower rollers 2 ', 3 'and 4' of these pairs of rollers are designed as steel rollers, which extend over the length of the drafting system area of the spinning machine extend and point in the area of work Corrugation on.
- the top rollers 2 '', 3 '' and 4 '' are twin top rollers trained who provided with elastic covering 5 and by means of a handlebar, not shown, on one indicated in FIG Carrying and loading arm 6 are mounted and spring-loaded.
- the rollers 2 'and 2' 'of the middle roller pair 2 are with straps 7 equipped, each in not shown, also on Support and load arm 6 or on the punch of the drafting system stored strappy cages are guided.
- the drafting device 1 is a compression device 8 for the Drafting system 1 delivered, stretched to the desired fineness, but not yet consolidated fiber sliver 9.
- this compression device 8 there are a number of advantageous embodiments, some of which are shown in the figures shown in the drawing and are described below.
- FIGS. 1, 4 and 8 there is the compression device 8 from one on two lower rollers 10 and 11 resting suction roller 12, the lower rollers like that Bottom rollers 2 ', 3' and 4 'of the drafting device 1 over the length of the Extend the drafting system area of the spinning machine.
- the top roller 12 is only assigned to the relevant job, it can be used as a single top roller or - as shown in Fig. 5 - designed as a twin top roller and over a common Axis 21 together with its twin roller on the support and loading arm 6 be stored.
- the top roller 12 is also as Compaction suction roll formed. It is hollow for this purpose and has on its periphery a perforation 13 in the form of a the circumference of the suction roll 12 extending row of suction openings 14 on. 4, the suction roll 12 is in the plane this perforation 13 cut.
- the inside of the suction roller 12 is under suction, that of one in Fig. 4 only schematically shown pressure sink 15 is generated.
- the pressure sink 15 includes a suction pump 17 driven by a motor 16, the Suction via a hose or pipe 18 to one inside arranged suction chamber 19 acts.
- This fixed Suction chamber 19 is through a screen 20 in the suction roller 12 separated and is designed so that it by means of Screen the perforation 13 on most of its course covers against the suction and only in a compression zone 22 on the perforation or through it to the outside lets work.
- This compression zone 22 lies between the clamping lines the lower rollers 10 and 11 with the suction roller 12.
- the upstream of the other lower roller 10 in the fiber run can as shown in Fig. 8, wrapped around a conveyor belt 23 be that also by a not shown Cage is guided such that its cantilever against the pair of output rollers 4 is directed.
- This conveyor belt 23 serves the unconsolidated delivered by the pair of output rollers 4 Fiber sliver 9 between the nip line of the pair of output rollers and the beginning of the compression zone 22 on the Top suction roller 12 to wear.
- the drafting system designs of Figures 1, 4 and 8 each require five lower rollers 2 ', 3', 4 ', 10 and 11. In some cases can - as shown in Fig. 9 - dispensed with the lower roller 10 and their function is taken over by a conveyor belt 23 ' be, which wraps around the output lower roller 4 'and on Beginning of the compression zone 22 abuts the suction roller 12. It bridges the large distance between the nip line of the output roller pair 4 and the beginning of the compression zone 22 and bears the unconsolidated and vulnerable fiber sliver in this area 9. Since the output roller pair 4 is the output roller pair of the main drafting zone of the drafting unit 1, its effectiveness for the drafting of the drafting system from is of great importance, the output top roller 4 '' in this Trap be designed as a corrugated steel roller.
- the downstream lower roller 11 from which the fiber sliver in the area in which she is given rotation has one Diameter on how it is generally used in drafting systems for the Processing of the respective staple fibers has proven to be expedient Has. For cotton, for example, this diameter is 27 mm to 32 mm.
- the suction roller 12 is usually made of steel. To metallic Contact between her coat and the usually also avoid steel lower rollers 10 and 11, which too Wear, noise, and glide would result in either Suction roll 12 or the lower rolls 10, 11 with elastic covering 5 Mistake. In the alternative shown in FIGS. 1, 5, 8 and 9 it is the suction roll 12 that with the elastic covering 5 is provided. In the alternative shown in FIG. 4 the lower roller 10, 11 are equipped with the elastic covering 5.
- suction roller 12 has the elastic covering, must the suction openings 14 of the perforation 13 both through this elastic covering 5 as well as through the cylindrical jacket 24 of the suction roll.
- An alignment of these intake openings 14 in the elastic covering 5 and in the jacket 24 can of course by inserting, in particular drilling, the suction openings with elastic covering applied to the coat can be achieved.
- the elastic covering 5 wears out and needs to be replaced occasionally, the problem is the suction openings 14 in the jacket 24 and in a newly drawn up to bring elastic covering 5 to cover.
- the compression device 8 is in the embodiment of the Fig. 1 shows a common ring spinning device 27 with a spinning spindle 28, in a containing their drive and their storage Spindle bench 29 sits, and with a ring bench 30 Spinning ring 31 and ring traveler 32 downstream.
- the spinning spindle can be used for balloonless or reduced balloon spinning 28 according to FIG. 2 at its tip with a spinning finger 33 be equipped.
- This spinning finger 33 catches the tapered Yarn 34 just below the thread guide 35, it loops around the tube 36 and passes it to the ring traveler 32 without a balloon.
- Pot spinning device 37 comprises a spinning pot 38, which in a pot bank 39 containing its drive and its storage sits, and an up and down moving thread guide tube 40, the depositing yarn 34 in the spin pot to spin cake 41.
- the drafting system 1 delivers from the output roller pair 4 a fiber sliver 9, which due to the diameter of the incoming Roving and the warping has a certain width.
- This fiber sliver 9 is held by the conveyor belt 23 8, the conveyor belt 23 'of FIG. 9 or - without Transport slips - due to the conveying effect of the pair of rollers 10/12 supplied to the compression zone 22.
- In this up to Pinch line between the suction roller 12 and the lower roller 11 extending Compression zone 22 is subject to the fiber sliver 9 Suction through the perforation 13. Be through this suction the fibers lying laterally in the fiber sliver 9 to the close Line of perforation 13 sucked in and the fiber sliver thereby condensed.
- this condensed state it is in the Clamp line between the lower roller 11 and the suction roller 12 the ring spinning device 27 or alternatively to the pot spinning device 37 delivered and from this by rotation solidified and wound up.
- the device according to the invention can also be equipped with a core yarn device 42 can be connected to produce core yarn.
- Core yarn is a yarn in which one is preferred core thread consisting of an endless, synthetic thread due to sheath fibers of finite length, usually cotton or / and Wool fibers, is covered.
- the drafting system 1 becomes this Purpose assigned two unwinding rollers 43, one on which the core thread 44 containing core thread spool 45 rests. From one of the Roll-off rollers 43 is the core thread 44 on the inlet side of the Output roller pair 4 of the drafting system 1 out.
- the unrolling rollers 43 are at a peripheral speed of the pair of output rollers 4 driven peripheral speed. It is thereby achieved that the core thread 44 of the fiber sliver 9 with their withdrawal speed from the main delay field between the roller pairs 3 and 4 corresponding speed approaches.
- the suction roller 12 containing the perforation 13 does not oscillate in the axial direction of the drafting rollers.
- the ability of the compactor 8 to suck in the fiber sliver 9 laterally, is limited.
- the fiber sliver 9 is therefore used in the invention Device does not or only changes in a very small width. So that the core thread 44 of the fiber sliver 9 is always fed in the center if the fiber sliver is not changed, it will also not and if the fiber sliver is changed, synchronously with this changes. This is done by a core thread guide 46 reached, which is stationary or synchronized with that Fibrous thread 9 at the entrance of the drafting system 1, alternating roving thread guide 47 is moved.
- the core thread 44 'of the fiber sliver 9 can also be supplied at the beginning of the compression zone 22. He can then run directly to the suction roller 12. The one required here too Core thread guide is not shown.
- the suction roll 12 has a perforation 13 in Form of two rows of suction openings lying next to each other at a distance 14, by means of which two at a job of the drafting unit 1 of two roving bobbins 50, drawn separately in the drafting system and by the pair of output rollers 4 fiber sliver 9, 9 'delivered side by side still separated be compressed. Only after this has condensed Fibrous webs from the lower roller 11 of the compacting device 8 the two fiber lunches 9, 9 'converge at the union point 51 and are by the ring spinning device 27 or by the pot spinning device 37 to form a false thread 52 turned and wound up.
- This parking facility 53 consists of a trap 54 with a pair of pins 55, between which the false thread 52 runs through.
- the trap 54 sits on a support 56 with a narrow stability range and is on this can be tilted about an axis 57. If one of the two components of the false thread 52 breaks, the remaining one shifts Component laterally so far that the trap 54 out its stability range is pivoted out and down tilts. The remaining component is around the pair of pins 55 looped and by preventing rotation propagation also led to breakage.
