Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines textilen Garnes, bei dem mittels einer Auflösewalze aus einem Faserband vereinzelte Fasern unter Bilden eines Faserverbandes an eine umlaufende Fasersammelfläche angesaugt werden, die mit einer Saugquelle verbundene Perforation aufweist und bei dem fortlaufend ein durch Drehen verfestigtes und abgezogenes Garn aus parallel und gestreckt liegenden Faser gebildet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Fasern auf der Fasersammelfläche durch Ansaugen an eine über eine Saugöffnung geführte Perforationsspur verdichtet abgelegt werden und daß das auf der Fasersammelfläche verdichtet abgelagerte und drehungslos als Faserlunte aus dem Ablagerungsbereich ausgetragene Faserpaket unmittelbar einer echte Drehung erteilenden Drehungsvorrichtung zugeführt wird, die es zu einem Garn verfestigt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in einer vorgeordneten Zone der Fasersammelfläche aus den angesaugten Fasern ein Faserpaket gebildet und in einer nachgeordneten Zone der Fasersammelfläche das Faserpaket in seinem Querschnitt vermindert wird. - Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines textilen Garnes, mit einer Fasern vereinzelnden Auflösewalze und mit einer umlaufenden, Perforation aufweisenden Fasersammelfläche, die über einen mit einer Saugquelle verbundenen Saugbereich läuft und an die die vereinzelten Fasern im wesentlichen parallelliegend und gestreckt angesaugt werden, und mit einem nicht mit der Saugquelle verbundenen Bereich, von dem der angesammelte Faserverband abläuft,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Fasersammelfläche (12, 33) um ihren Umfang einen schmalen Streifen von Perforation (15, 15') aufweist und ihr die Fasern sammelnder Bereich (36) über mindestens eine Saugöffnung (21, 35) läuft, die sich mit der Perforation der umlaufenden Fläche deckt und daß dem nicht mit der Saugquelle verbundenen Bereich die Einrichtung (24) zum Erteilen von Drehung unmittelbar nachgeschaltet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die umlaufende Fläche als endloses, flexibles Riemchen (12) ausgebildet ist, das über mindestens eine angetriebene Umlenkwalze (13, 14) läuft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die umlaufende Fläche als angetriebene, hohle Trommelwalze (33) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die das Riemchen (12) antreibende Umlenkwalze (13) bzw. die Trommelwalze (33) mit einer Gegenwalze (22) ein Walzenpaar (23, 23') bildet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mehrere Öffnungen (21) des Saugkanals (19) als Perforation (20) und schlitzförmig ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Dichte der Perforation (20) des Saugkanals (19) in Laufrichtung der umlaufenden Fläche (12, 33) zunimmt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die schlitzförmigen Öffnungen (21) des Saugkanals (19) in einem Anlagerungsbereich (36) lang ausgebildet sind und in einem in Laufrichtung der umlaufenden Fläche (12) anschließenden Verdichtungsbereich (37) zunehmend kürzer werden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die eine Öffnung (35) des Saugkanals (34) in einem Anlagerungsbereich (36) breit ausgebildet ist und sich in einem in Laufrichtung der umlaufenden Fläche (33) anschließenden Verdichtungsbereich (37) verengt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die vom Riemchen (12) berührte, die Öffnung (21) aufweisende Fläche (18) des Saugkanals (19) konvex gewölbt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Riemchen (12) über zwei Umlenkwalzen (13, 14) geführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Riemchen (12) um eine Umlenkwalze (13) und um eine Umlenkschiene geführt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Saugkanal (19) eine Umlenkkante (38) für das Riemchen (12) aufweist.
