Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Aufwickeln eines kontinuierlich zulaufenden Fadens, bei welchem der Faden mit einer konstanten Aufspulgeschwindigkeit auf einer angetriebenen Hülse innerhalb eines Spulbereiches zu einer Spule aufgewickelt wird, bei welchem der Faden vor dem Aufwickeln in einer mit der Drehzahl der Hülse rotierende Fangeinrichtung außerhalb des Spulbereiches gefangen, durchtrennt und auf der Hülse angewickelt wird, bei welchem der Faden zum Fangen mittels einer Absaugeinrichtung und eines beweglichen Fadenführers geführt wird und bei welchem die Hülse auf eine vorgegebene Spuldrehzahl beschleunigt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Bewegung des Fadenführers zum Fangen und Anwickeln in Abhängigkeit von der Drehzahl der Hülse derart gesteuert wird, daß der Faden bei Erreichen der Spuldrehzahl gefangen und angewickelt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Lage einer Fangnut in der Fangeinrichtung mittels eines Sensors erfaßt wird, welcher ein Signal zur Freigabe der Bewegung des Fadenführers erzeugt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Fadenführer in Längsrichtung parallel zur Hülse beweglich ist, daß die Bewegung des Fadenführers richtungsunabhängig durch einen steuerbaren Antrieb mit veränderlicher Geschwindigkeit gesteuert wird und daß der Faden nach dem Anwickeln von dem Fadenführer zu einen Changierfadenführer einer Changiereinrichtung übergeben wird, der den Faden beim Aufwickeln führt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Faden beim Fangen, beim Anwickeln und beim Aufwickeln durch den Fadenführer geführt wird und daß die Bewegung des Fadenführers richtungsunabhängig im Spulbereich und außerhalb des Spulbereiches durch einen steuerbaren Antrieb mit veränderlicher Geschwindigkeit gesteuert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
nach dem Aufwickeln des Faden zu einer Spule(Vollspule) der Fadenführer in eine Übergabeposition innerhalb des Spulbereiches zur Bildung einer Abbindewicklung bewegt wird, daß die Hülse mit der Vollspule aus ihrer Wickelstellung geführt wird, daß der Faden zum Schneiden und zum Übernehmen durch eine zwischen den Fadenfüher und der Vollspule eingreifende Übergabeeinrichtung der Absaugeinrichtung zugeführt wird und daß der Fadenführer mit dem Faden in eine Wechselposition bewegt wird, so bald die Vollspule nicht mehr mit der Spuldrehzahl rotiert, wobei der Faden beim Wechsel der Vollspule gegen eine Leerhülse durch den Fadenführer und der Absaugeinrichtung geführt ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Faden beim Wickeln der Abbindewicklung und bei der Übergabe zu der Absaugeinrichtung in einer Normalebene zur Spule geführt wird. - Aufwickelvorrichtung zum Aufwickeln eines kontinuierlich zulaufenden Fadens (1) mit einer angetrieben Hülse (13), auf welcher der Faden (1) innerhalb eines Spulbereiches zu einer Kreuzspule (24) gewickelt wird, mit einer mit der Drehzahl der Hülse (13) rotierenden Fangeinrichtung (14) und mit einem beweglichen Fadenführer (18, 6), welcher durch einen steuerbaren Antrieb (19, 36) antreibbar ist, wobei der Fadenführer (18, 6) den Faden zum Fangen in der Fangeinrichtung (14) und zum Anwickeln auf der Hülse (13) führt und wobei das Fadenende bis zum Fangen des Fadens durch eine Absaugeinrichtung (37) aufgenommen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Antrieb (19, 36) des Fadenführers (18, 6) durch eine Steuereinrichtung (8) steuerbar ist, welche Steuereinrichtung (8) mit einem die Drehzahl der Hülse (13) erfassenden Sensor (20, 32) verbunden ist. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Sensor (25, 32) im Bereich der Fangeinrichtung (14) angeordnet ist, welcher die Lage einer Fangnut (21) der Fangeinrichtung (14) erfaßt und welcher mit der Steuereinrichtung (8) verbunden ist. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 und 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Hülse (13) zwischen zwei an einem Spulenhalter (26) angeordneten Zentrierteller (27, 28) gespannt ist, daß die Fangeinrichtung (14) an einem der Zentrierteller (27) ausgebildet ist und daß die Drehzahl der Hülse (13) und die Lage der Fangnut (21) durch einen gemeinsamen Sensor (32) erfaßbar ist. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Sensor (32) ein Impulsgeber ist, welcher die Lage der Fangnut (21) pro Umdrehung des Zentrietellers (27) durch einen Impuls der Steuereinrichtung (8) signalisiert und daß die Steuereinrichtung (8) eine Auswerteeinheit aufweist, welche aus der Anzahl der Impulse pro Zeiteinheit die Drehzahl der Hülse bestimmt. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Fadenführer als ein Changierfadenführer (6) einer Changiereinrichtung (22) ausgeführt ist, welcher Changierfadenführer (6) den Faden (1) außerhalb und innerhalb des Spulbereiches in Längsrichtung parallel zur Hülse (13) führt und daß der Changierfadenführer (6) durch einen in seiner Geschwindigkeit veränderlichen Antrieb (36) richtungsunabhängig antreibbar ist. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Changierfadenführer (6) nach dem Aufwickeln des Fadens zu einer Spule(Vollspule) (24) in eine Übergabeposition innnerhalb des Spulbereiches bewegbar ist, daß die Hülse (13) mit der Vollspule (24) mittels des schwenkbaren Spulenhalters (26) aus der Betriebsstellung schwenkbar ist, daß eine Übergabeeinrichtung (42) vorgesehen sind, die den Faden zu der Absaugeinrichtung (37) zum Trennen und Übernehmen, und daß die Übergabeposition des Changierfaden- führers (6) und die Absaugeinrichtung (39) in einer Ebene angeordnet sind. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Sensor (32) an dem Spulenhalter (26) angeordnet ist. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Übergabeeinrichtung (42) einen schwenkbaren Greifarm (43) aufweist und daß der Greifarm (43) zwischen einer Ruhestellung und einer Übergabestellung schwenkbar ist, wobei der Greifarm (43) beim Verschwenken den Fadenlauf durchdringt und den Faden (1) in seiner Übergabestellung der Absaugeinrichtung (37) zuführt. - Aufwickelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Absaugeinrichtung (37) eine Schneideinrichtung (38) und einen Absauganschluß (39) aufweist.
