Description
Claims (8)
- Bahn für mittels Weichen verzweigte Schienenstränge (3)
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bahn bewegliche Haken aufweist und die Weichen als keine beweglichen Teile aufweisende Passivweichen ausgebildet sind, wobei die Haken entsprechend der gewünschten Fahrtrichtung in Führungsschienen (12) der Passivweichen einhakbar sind. - Elektrobodenbahn (EBB) (1) für verzweigte Schienenstränge (3) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schienenstränge (3) ein im wesentlichen geschlossenes Hohlprofil (4) mit oberseitigem Längsschlitz (5) aufweisen und auf der Oberseite des Hohlprofils (4) mindestens ein Antriebselement (9) der Elektrobodenbahn (EBB) (1), welches mit mindestens einer Haltevorrichtung für eine zu transportierende Last verbunden ist, mittels eines den Längsschlitz (5) durchsetzenden Führungsstiftes (6) geführt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Hohlprofil (4) zumindest im Bereich der Verzweigungsstellen (2) beidseitig des Längsschlitzes (5) je eine Längsschlitz-parallele Führungsschiene (12) aufweist, in die ein freies Ende (15, 16) einer Wippe (13) der Elektrobodenbahn (EBB) (1) einhakbar ist. - Elektrobodenbahn (EBB) (1) nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Führungsstift (6) ein Abstützlager (8), insbesondere Kugellager, aufweist, das mit einer Ausformung des Hohlprofils (4) zusammenwirkt. - Elektrohängebahn (EHB) (21) für verzweigte Schienenstränge (3) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schienenstränge (3) an einer Deckenstruktur (23) hängend befestigt sind und ein im wesentlichen geschlossenes Hohlprofil mit unterseitigem Längsschlitz (5) aufweisen und innerhalb des Hohlprofils (22) mindestens ein Antriebselement (9) der Elektrohängebahn (EHB) (21) geführt ist, welches mit mindestens einer den Längsschlitz (5) durchsetzenden Haltevorrichtung (24) für eine zu transportierende Last verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Hohlprofil (22) zumindest im Bereich der Verzweigungsstellen (2) beidseitig des Längsschlitzes (5) je eine Längsschlitz-parallele Führungsschiene (12) aufweist, in die ein freies Ende (15, 16) ener Wippe (13) der Elektrohängebahn (EHB) (21) einhakbar ist. - Elektrohängebahn (EHB) (21) nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Haltevorrichtung (24) ein Abstützlager (25), insbesondere Kugellager, aufweist, das mit einer Ausformung des Hohlprofils (22) zusammenwirkt. - Bahn (1; 21) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Hohlprofil (4; 22) zumindest im Bereich der Verzweigungsstellen (2) den freien Enden (15, 16) der Wippe (13) zugeordnete induktive Energieübertragungsköpfe (20) aufweist. - Bahn (1; 21) nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Energieübertragungsköpfe (20) über eine Bahn-interne intelligente Logik zur Berechnung einer optimalen Route ansteuerbar sind. - Bahn (1; 21) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die freien Enden (15, 16) der Wippe (13) mit Führungsrollen (17, 18) versehen sind.
