Claims (12)
- Elektrisches Schloss für eine Kraftfahrzeugtür, enthaltend einen gabelförmigen Schwenkriegel (30, 130) und eine in Richtung Riegel (30, 130) federbeaufschlagte Schwenksperre (31, 131), wobei die genannte Sperre mit mindestens einer Rastkerbe (36, 136a, 136b) des Riegels (30, 130) zusammenwirken kann, um eine Drehung des Riegels (30, 130) zu verhindern, wobei der Riegel (30, 130) des genannten Schlosses mit einer karosseriefesten Zuhaltung (4, 104) zusammenwirkt, die Riegelgabel an der relativen Verlaufsbahn der Zuhaltung (4, 104) positioniert ist, wenn die Tür in Schließstellung gebracht ist, so dass die Zuhaltung (4, 104) den Riegel (30, 130) in eine Stellung verschwenkt, in der die Sperre (31, 131) eine umgekehrte Schwenkbewegung des Riegels (30, 130) verhindert, wobei die Zuhaltung dann in der Riegelgabel eingeschlossen ist, wobei die Sperre von einem Elektromotor (9, 109) mit nur einer Drehrichtung betätigbar ist, der ein Drehelement (27, 127) antreibt, das zwei symmetrisch zu seiner Achse angeordnete Zapfen (28, 29; 128, 129) trägt, wobei der eine Zapfen mit einem Mitnehmer (32, 132) in Kontakt treten kann, der eine Schwenkbewegung entgegengesetzt zu einer Rückholfederkraft um eine feste Achse (37, 137) des Mitnehmers (32, 132) herum ausführen kann, der selbst bei dieser entgegengesetzt zu seiner Rückholfederkraft erfolgenden Schwenkbewegung die Sperre (31, 131) aus ihrer Riegelfesthaltestellung herausschwenkt, um den Riegel zwecks Öffnen des Schlosses freizugeben, wobei das Drehelement (27, 127) seine Drehung zumindest solange fortsetzt, bis der Mitnehmer (32, 132) der Wirkung des Zapfens entweicht, und dem genannten Drehelement ein Mittel zum Anhalten des Motors zugeordnet ist, der dessen Drehung unterbricht, wenn der Mitnehmer (32, 132) der Wirkung des Zapfens entwichen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der beiden Zapfen (28, 29; 128, 129) mit dem Mitnehmer (32, 132) zusammenwirken kann, um die Sperre (31, 131) aus ihrer Riegelfesthaltestellung herauszuschwenken, und dass der genannte Mitnehmer im Bereich seines Zusammenwirkens mit den Zapfen eine V-förmige Ausnehmung (34) aufweist, in welcher der eine oder andere Zapfen eingreifen kann, um eine Schwenkbewegung des Mitnehmers zu bewirken.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (32) und die Sperre (31) fest miteinander verbunden sind.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (132) aus zwei drehfesten Hebeln besteht, von denen der eine einen Öffnungshebel (232) bildet, der auf die Sperre einwirken kann, um deren Schwenkbewegung hervorzurufen, während der andere einen Betätigungshebel (332) bildet, der die Ausnehmung (134) aufweist, welche mit dem einen oder anderen Zapfen (128, 129) zusammenwirkt.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (32) ein Hebel ist, der von oben gesehen stiefeiförmig ausgeführt ist, wobei die Ausnehmung (34) der Mulde entspricht, die zwischen dem Sohlenteil (32a) und dem Absatzteil (32b) der Stiefelform besteht, wobei die Schwenkanlenkung des genannten Hebels an seinem Ende erfolgt, das dem entgegengesetzt ist, das die Teile (32a, 32b) der Stiefelform aufweist.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1 und 4 in Kombination, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Motoranhaltemittel in erster Linie in einem mechanischen Anschlagen desjenigen Zapfens (28, 29) am Sohlenteil (32a) des Mitnehmers (32) besteht, der während der zuvor erfolgten Öffnung des Schlosses nicht die Schwenkbewegung des Mitnehmers (32) hervorgerufen hat, und in zweiter Linie in einem Unterbrechen der Bestromung des Motors, das erst nach dem mechanischen Anschlagen des Zapfens am Mitnehmer (32) erfolgt.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schlossoffenstellung die Sperre (31) sich an einem Rand (35) des Riegels (30) abstützt, und dass dann, wenn das Schloss in die Schließstellung gelangt, wobei die Sperre (31) mit einer Rastkerbe (36) des Riegels (30) unter der Wirkung seiner Rückholfederkraft zusammenwirkt, der Mitnehmer (32) und die Sperre (31) um einen Winkel schwenken, der ausreicht, um den Zapfen aus dem Bereich des Sohlenteils (32a) des Mitnehmers in den Bereich der Ausnehmung (34) zu führen.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schlossschließstellung ein Rand (32c) des Mitnehmers (32) sich am Rand (35) des Riegels (31) abstützt.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 5 für sich alleine genommen oder in Kombination mit Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Form von Sohlenteil (32a) des Mitnehmers (32) und von seinem Anschluss an den Bereich, in dem sich die Schwenkachse (37) des genannten Mitnehmers befindet, dem Sohlenteil (32a) eine Elastizität verleiht, die einen geringfügigen Rückprall des Zapfens erzeugt, der sich am genannten Teil (32a) abstützt, wobei das Absatzteil (32b) des Mitnehmers zum Zeitpunkt der Abstützung sich im Bereich des anderen Zapfens befindet, um den Rückprall zu begrenzen.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterbrechung der Versorgung des Motors (9, 109) durch eine Verzögerung bedingt ist.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Zapfen tragende Drehelement (127) einen Nocken (150) enthält, der mit dem Betätigungselement (152) eines Schalters (151) zusammenwirkt, wobei der Schalter das einzige Motoranhaltemittel bildet.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1 bis 10 in Kombination, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rand des Nockens (150) zwei bezüglich der Achse des Drehelements (127) symmetrisch angeordnete Rücksprünge (150b) enthält, wobei das Betätigungselement (152) dann, wenn es im Bereich eines Rücksprungs (150b) liegt, sich nicht in einer Stellung befindet, in welcher der Motor bestromt wird, während er die Bestromung des Motors (109) dann gestattet, wenn er sich am Rand des Nockens (150) im Kreisbereich (150a) abstützt, der zwischen den beiden Rücksprüngen (150b) ausgebildet ist.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federrückholkraft der Sperre (131) die genannte Sperre in Abstützung an einen festen Sperrenanschlag (153) bringt, wenn das Schloss sich in Schließstellung befindet.
