Abstract

"FECHADURA ELéTRICA PARA UMA PARTE QUE ABRE DE UM VEICULO AUTOMOTOR". Fechadura elétrica para uma parte que se abre de um veículo automotor que possui uma lingueta pivotante (30, 130) em forma de garfo e uma catraca pivotante (31, 131) submetida a uma solicitação elástica que a empurra na direção da lingueta (30, 130), a dita catraca podendo operar junto com pelo menos um encaixe (36, 136a, 136b) da lingueta (30, 130) para impedir uma rotação da dita lingueta, a lingueta (30 , 130) da dita fechadura operando junto com uma chapatesta (4, 104) solidária da carroceria, o garfo da lingueta sendo posicionado na trajetória relativa da chapatesta (4, 104) quando a porta é levada em posição de fechamento, de modo que a chapatesta (4, 104) faça pivotar a lingueta (30, 130) até uma posição na qual a catraca (31, 131) impede um pivotamento inverso da lingueta (30, 130), a dita chapatesta sendo então presa no garfo da lingueta, a catraca podendo ser manobrada por um motor elétrico (9, 109) que aciona um elemento rotativo (27, 127) que leva pelo menos um manípulo (28, 29; 128, 129) na qual o (ou um dos) manípulo (s) pode operar junto com um acionador (32, 132) suscetível, em um movimento efetuado ao encontro de uma solicitação elástica, de fazer pivotar a catraca (31, 131) para liberar a lingueta com o objetivo da abertura da fechadura, o elemento rotativo (27, 127) prosseguindo sua rotação pelo menos até que o acionador (32, 132) escape à ação do manipulo e sendo associado a um meio de desligamento do motor, que interrompe sua rotação quando o acionador (32, 132) escapou da ação do manípulo, o dito acionador possuindo, em sua zona de operação com o (ou os) manípulo (s), um rasgo (34) em forma de V no qual o (ou um dos) manípulo (s) pode penetrar para gerar um pivotamento, em torno de um eixo fixo (37, 137) do acionador (32, 132), que, nesse movimento efetuado ao encontro de sua solicitação elástica afasta a catraca de sua posição de retenção da lingueta.
