Claims (10)

  1. Elektrisches Schloss für eine Kraftfahrzeugtür, wobei das Schloss umfasst:
    - einen Schwenkriegel (3), der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einem Schließblech zusammenzuwirken,
    - eine Klinke (5), die zwischen einer offenen Stellung und einer geschlossenen Stellung des Schlosses schwenkt, wobei die Klinke (5) einer elastischen Rückstellung unterliegt, die sie in Richtung des Riegels (3) vorspannt, und in der Lage ist, mit dem Riegel (3) zusammenzuwirken, um eine Drehung des Riegels (3) in Schließstellung des Schlosses zu verhindern,
    - einen Mitnehmer (7), der schwenkfest mit der Klinke (5) verbunden ist,
    - ein Rückhalteglied (9), das in der Lage ist, in offener Stellung des Schlosses die Mitnehmer/Klinke- (7, 5) Gruppe in einer vom Riegel (3) beabstandeten Stellung zurückzuhalten, die die Drehung des Riegels (3) ermöglicht, wobei das Rückhalteglied (9) einer bistabilen elastischen Rückstellung unterliegt, derart, dass es von dieser entweder in Richtung einer stabilen aktiven Rückhaltestellung der Mitnehmer/Klinke- (7, 5) Gruppe vorgespannt wird, um die Rückhaltung der Klinke (5) in vom Riegel (3) beabstandeter Stellung sicherzustellen, oder in Richtung einer stabilen Ruhestellung, in der das Rückhalteglied (9) von der Mitnehmer/Klinke- (7, 5) Gruppe zurückgezogen gehalten wird, wobei ein Zusammenwirken zwischen dem Rückhalteglied (9) und der Mitnehmer/Klinke- (7, 5) Gruppe verhindert wird,
    - einen Aktor (8) zum Öffnen des Schlosses,
    - ein Kippmittel, das in der Lage ist, mit einer ersten aktiven Fläche (9b) des Rückhalteglieds (9) zusammenzuwirken, um das Rückhalteglied (9) von der stabilen Ruhestellung in die stabile aktive Stellung kippen zu lassen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kippmittel mindestens einen Zapfen (66, 68) umfasst, der von einem Schaltrad (23) des Aktors (8) getragen wird, wobei der Zapfen (66, 68) in der Lage ist, mit der ersten aktiven Fläche (9b) des Rückhalteglieds (9) zusammenzuwirken, dadurch, dass die bistabile elastische Rückstellung eine bistabile Schraubenfeder (50) umfasst, von der ein erstes Ende (51) am Rückhalteglied (9) befestigt ist und von der das zweite Ende (53) in Stellung gehalten wird,
    dadurch, dass das Rückhalteglied (9) eine allgemeine Hebelform mit zwei Armen (41, 43) aufweist, die jeder gelenkig an einer gemeinsamen Achse (45) angebracht sind,
    und dadurch, dass der Zapfen (66, 68) durchgehend ist und dass das durchgehende Ende in der Lage ist, mit dem Mitnehmer (7) zusammenzuwirken, um die Mitnehmer/Klinke- (7, 5) Gruppe in Richtung der offenen Stellung des Schlosses mitzunehmen.
  2. Schloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste aktive Fläche (9b), die mit dem Kippmittel zusammenwirken kann, von einem Eingriffsarm (41) des Hebels getragen wird, der in der Lage ist, die Mitnehmer/Klinke- (7, 5) Gruppe zurückzuhalten.
  3. Schloss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schloss weiter ein Freigabemittel umfasst, das in der Lage ist, mit einer zweiten aktiven Fläche (9c) des Rückhalteglieds (9) zusammenzuwirken, um das Rückhalteglied (9) aus der stabilen aktiven Stellung freizugeben.
  4. Schloss nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Freigabemittel eine von dem Riegel (3) getragene Nocke (70) umfasst, die in der Lage ist, mit der zweiten aktiven Fläche (9c) des Rückhalteglieds (9) zusammenzuwirken.
  5. Schloss nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nocke (70) eine allgemeine Rampenform besitzt.
  6. Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite aktive Fläche (9c), die mit dem Freigabemittel zusammenwirken kann, von einem Freigabearm (43) des Hebels getragen wird.
  7. Schloss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (51) am Eingriffsarm (41) befestigt ist.
  8. Schloss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (7) weiter eine Führungswand (7d) umfasst, die in der Lage ist, das Rückhalteglied (9) in Richtung seiner stabilen aktiven Rückhaltestellung der Mitnehmer/Klinke- (7, 5) Gruppe zu führen.
  9. Schloss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (7) weiter einen Einhängezahn (7c) umfasst, der in der Lage ist, mit einem zugehörigen Haken (9a), der von dem Rückhalteglied (9) getragen wird, zusammenzuwirken.
  10. Schloss nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einhängezahn (7c) einstückig mit dem Mitnehmer (7) ausgeführt ist.
