Claims (14)
- Elektrisches Schloss für eine Kraftfahrzeugtür, wobei das Schloss enthält:einen gabelförmigen Schwenkriegel (130, 230, 330), der dazu bestimmt ist, mit einer fest mit der Fahrzeugkarosserie verbundenen Zuhaltung (4) zusammenzuwirken,eine Sperre (131, 231a, 331a), die an einer festen Achse (137, 237, 337) verschwenkbar ist und einer Rückholfeder (143, 243, 343) unterliegt, welche sie in Richtung Riegel beaufschlagt, wobei die genannte Sperre mit mindestens einer Rastkerbe (136, 236, 336) des Riegels zusammenwirken kann, um eine Drehung des genannten Riegels zu verhindern und somit die Zuhaltung in der Riegelgabel festzuhalten, wenn die Tür sich in Schließstellung befindet, wobei die genannte Sperre sich vom Riegel entfernen kann, um eine Drehung des die Zuhaltung freigebenden Riegels zu gestatten, wenn die Tür in Offenstellung gebracht ist,einen fest mit der Sperre verbundenen Mitnehmer (132, 232, 332), der um die gleiche feste Achse verschwenkbar ist und eine im wesentlichen V-förmige Ausnehmung (134, 234, 334) enthält,einen Elektromotor (9), der dazu bestimmt ist, ein Drehelement (27) anzutreiben, das zumindest einen Zapfen (28, 29) trägt, wobei der genannte Zapfen in die V-förmige Ausnehmung eingreifen kann, um eine Schwenkbewegung des Mitnehmers und damit der Sperre entgegengesetzt zur Rückholfederkraft zu bewirken, wobei das Drehelement seine Drehung zumindest solange fortsetzt, bis der Mitnehmer der Wirkung des Zapfens entweicht, und dem genannten Drehelement ein Mittel zum Anhalten des Motors zugeordnet ist, das dessen Drehung unterbricht, wenn der Mitnehmer der Wirkung des Zapfens entwichen ist,ein Sicherungsmittel (140, 141; 240, 241; 340, 341) zum Sichern der Sperre in ihrer entfernten Stellung, wodurch der Riegel sich drehen kann, wobei das genannte Sicherungsmittel einen ersten aktiven Zustand zum Sichern der Sperre im wesentlichen am Ende der Schwenkbewegung der Sperre in ihre entfernte Stellung einnehmen und in diesem ersten aktiven Sicherungszustand zumindest solange verbleiben kann, bis der Riegel zum Freigeben der Zuhaltung sich verschwenkt, wobei das genannte Sicherungsmittel einen zweiten Zustand zum Entsichern der Sperre während der Drehbewegung des Riegels in seine Schlossöffnungsstellung einnehmen kann,
- Schloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (28, 29) des Drehelements (27) und die V-förmige Ausnehmung (134, 234, 334) des Mitnehmers (132, 232, 332) so zueinander angeordnet sind, dass bei Eingreifen des Zapfens in die Ausnehmung dieser das Verschwenken des Mitnehmers über einen Öffnungsweg bewirkt, der die Sperre (131, 231a, 331a) dazu bringt, sich vom Riegel (130, 230, 330) soweit zu entfernen, bis die Sperre aus der Rastkerbe des Riegels entweicht, wonach der Zapfen den Mitnehmer über ein Übermaß verschwenkt, bevor er der V-förmigen Ausnehmung entweicht, wobei mit dem genannten Übermaß ein Spiel (d) zwischen dem Riegel und der Sperre hervorgerufen werden kann, welches Spiel höchstens solange vom genannten Sicherungsmittel aufrecht erhalten wird, bis es seinen ersten aktiven Sicherungszustand verlässt.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungsmittel (140, 141; 240, 241; 340, 341) seinen zweiten Zustand zum Entsichern der Sperre (131, 231a, 331a) einnimmt, sobald der Riegel (130, 230, 330) sich zwecks Freigeben der Zuhaltung (4) dreht, wobei die Sperre sich über einen dem vorgenannten Spiel (d) entsprechenden Abstand verschwenkt, wenn das Sicherungsmittel vom genannten ersten aktiven Sicherungszustand in den genannten zweiten Entsicherungszustand übergeht.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dann, wenn das Sicherungsmittel sich in seinem zweiten Zustand zum Entsichern der Sperre (131, 231a, 331a) befindet, das Verhakungsglied (140, 240, 340) vor dem Haltevorsprung (141, 241, 341) liegt, so dass bei Rückkehr des Riegels (130, 230, 240) in die Schließstellung der Haltevorsprung das Verhakungsglied in dessen Ruhestellung in Richtung der Rückholfederkraft der Sperre verschiebt, was dazu beiträgt, zwecks Schließen des Schlosses die Sperre in Ruhestellung zurückzubringen.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhakungsglied eine elastisch verformbare Lasche (140, 340) enthält.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastisch verformbare Lasche (140) in Form einer U-förmig gebogenen Klammer vorliegt, von der das eine Ende fest mit dem Mitnehmer (132) verbunden ist und das andere freie Ende sich am Haltevorsprung (141) einhängen kann, der am Riegel (130) ausgebildet ist.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhakungsglied ein mit einer Rückholfeder (246) federbelasteter, versenkbar beweglicher Stift (240) ist.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der bewegliche Stift (240) am Riegel (230) gradlinig versenkbar gelagert ist, wobei das freie Ende des Stifts sich am genannten Haltevorsprung (241) einhängen kann, der am Mitnehmer (232) ausgebildet ist.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltevorsprung (141, 241, 341) über eine Führungsrampe (142, 242, 342) nach vorne ragt, an die sich das Verhakungsglied (140, 240, 340) beim Verschwenken der Sperre (131, 231a, 331a) abstützt, bevor es den genannten ersten aktiven Sicherungszustand erreicht, wodurch das Passieren des Haltevorsprungs vom Verhakungsglied erleichtert wird, wobei die genannte Führungsrampe so geneigt ist, dass sie auf die Sperre eine Kraft ausübt, die versucht ist, bei Rückkehr des Riegels (130, 230, 330) in seine Schlossschließstellung die Sperre in Richtung der Rückholfederkraft zu verschwenken.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mitnehmer (132, 232, 332) ein Hebel ist, der von oben gesehen stiefelförmig ausgeführt ist, wobei die genannte Ausnehmung (134, 234, 334) der Mulde entspricht, die zwischen dem Sohlenteil (132a, 232a, 332a) und dem Absatzteil (132b, 232b, 332b) der Stiefelform besteht, wobei die Schwenkanlenkung des genannten Hebels an seinem Ende erfolgt, das dem entgegengesetzt ist, das die Teile der Stiefelform aufweist.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 6 und 10 in Kombination, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastisch verformbare Lasche (140) im wesentlichen an der Spitze des Sohlenteils (132a) der Stiefelform fest mit dem Mitnehmer (132) verbunden ist.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 8 und 10 in Kombination, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltevorsprung (241) an der Stiefelform (232) auf der der Sohle (232a) entgegengesetzten Seite ausgebildet ist.
- Schloss nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehelement (27) von einem Motor mit nur einer Drehrichtung angetrieben wird und zwei symmetrisch zur seiner Achse angeordnete Zapfen (28, 29) trägt, wobei das Motoranhaltemittel in erster Linie in einem mechanischen Anschlagen desjenigen Zapfens am Sohlenteil des Mitnehmers (132, 232, 332) besteht, der während der zuvor erfolgten Öffnung des Schlosses nicht die Schwenkbewegung des Mitnehmers hervorgerufen hat, und in zweiter Linie in einem Unterbrechen der Bestromung des Motors, das erst nach dem mechanischen Anschlagen des Zapfens am Mitnehmer erfolgt.
- Schloss nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperre (131, 231a, 331a) sich an einem Rand (135, 235, 335) des Riegels (130, 230, 330) abstützt, und dass dann, wenn das Schloss in die Schließstellung gelangt, wobei die Sperre (31) mit einer Rastkerbe (136, 236, 336) des Riegels unter der Wirkung seiner Rückholfederkraft zusammenwirkt, der Mitnehmer (132, 232, 332) und die Sperre um einen Winkel schwenken, der ausreicht, um den Zapfen aus dem Bereich des Sohlenteils des Mitnehmers in den Bereich der Ausnehmung (134, 234, 334) zu führen.
