Claims (14)

  1. Betätigungsvorrichtung zum automatischen Entriegeln und Öffnen eines Fensterflügels (1), mit einem beweglichen Fensterflügel (3) und gegebenenfalls einem halbfesten Flügel (4), der beim Schließen des Fensters am Rand des beweglichen Flügels anliegt und gegenüber dem feststehenden Futter (2) der die beiden Flügel aufnehmenden Zarge mittels einer Blokkiervorrichtung (9) vorübergehend festsetzbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie innerhalb einer Aufnahme (10) des halbfesten Flügels oder des Futters einen Betätigungsknopf (8) aufweist, der eine Betätigungsstange (18) freizugeben vermag, die der Wirkung einer Auslösefeder (21) ausgesetzt ist und bei vertikaler Verstellung auf eine Nocke (25) wirkt, die um eine im halbfesten Flügel oder im Futter gelagerte waagerechte Achse (26) schwenkbar angeordnet ist, wobei diese Nocke eine Aufnahmeraste (27) für einen vom beweglichen Flügel getragenen Riegel (28) aufweist, derart, daß sich das vom Knopf betätigte Schwenken der Nocke in der Aufnahme unter der Wirkung der Betätigungsstange als eine Kraft auf den Riegel des beweglichen Flügels auswirkt, die ihn vom halbfesten Flügel oder vom Futter löst, wobei der halbfeste Flügel selbst später durch Freigabe der Blockiervorrichtung freigegeben wird.

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsknopf (8) durch Versenken in eine in der Aufnahme (10) des halbfesten Flügels (4) oder des Futters (2) vorgesehenen Führung (11) verschieblich angeordnet ist, wobei dieser Knopf so ausgelegt ist, daß er zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt im Verlaufe seiner Verschiebung in der Führung die Verstellung der Betätigungsstange (18) unter der Wirkung der Auslösefeder (21) hervorruft.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsknopf (8) eine Umfangsnut oder eine in seine Seitenfläche eingearbeitete Aussparung (17) ausweist, in welche das Endstück der beweglichen Betätigungsstange (18) durch einen Durchlaß (19) hindurch eingreift, der in der Wand der Führung, in welcher der Knopf gleitet, ausgebildet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsstange (18) einen quergerichteten Anschlag (20) zum Abstützen der Auslösefeder (21) aufweist, die zwischen diesem Anschlag und einer Schulter (22) zusammengepreßt ist, welche in der Aufnahme (10) des halbfesten Flügels (4) oder des Futters (2) vorgesehen ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsstange (18) an dem Endstück, das dem in die Aussparung (17) des Knopfes (8) eindringenden Ende entgegengesetzt ist, einen Verbindungszapfen (23) aufweist, der in der Nocke (25) in eine in bezug auf die Schwenkachse (26) derselben außermittig angeordnete, längliche Öse (24) eingreift, wobei diese Anordnung in der Weise bestimmt ist, daß die Verstellung der Stange zur gleichen Zeit die begrenzte Drehung der Nocke um ihre Achse hervorruft, derart, daß der Riegel (28) des beweglichen Flügels (3) in bezug auf ihre Raste (27) freigegeben wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsknopf (8) ständig der Wirkung einer quergerichteten Feder (15) ausgesetzt ist, die zwischen einer in den Innenraum der Gleitführung (11) gerichteten Stirnfläche des Knopfes und dem Grund (13) der Führung angeordnet ist, um nach dem Austritt der Betätigungsstange (18) aus seiner Aussparung (17) den Knopf in die Ausgangsstellung zurückzustellen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auslösefeder (21) zwischen der im halbfesten Flügel (4) oder dem Futter (2) vorgesehenen Schulter (22) und einer Abstütznase (34) zusammengepreßt ist, die Teil der Betätigungsstange (18) bildet, wobei diese an ihrem der Nocke (25) entgegengesetzten Ende einen quergerichteten Rücksprung in Gestalt eines Hakens (31) aufweist, der mit einem Rand (32) des Betätigungsknopfes (8) in Eingriff ist, derart, daß das Gleiten dieses Knopfes beim Versenken in seine Führung (11) den Rand und den ihn aufnehmenden Haken freigibt, dabei die Betätigungsstange nach oben schiebt, um das Schwenken der Nocke zu verursachen.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haken (31) der Betätigungsstange (18) und der Rand (32) des Betätigungsknopfes (8) facettierte Abschrägungen (35, 36) von komplementären Neigungen aufweisen, derart, daß die Rückstellung der Betätigungsstange nach unten durch umgekehrtes Schwenken der Nocke (25) beim Schließen des beweglichen Flügels (3) bei gleichzeitigem Zusammenpressen der Auslösefeder (21) das Eingreifen des Hakens unter den Rand des Betätigungsknopfes bestimmt, wodurch die Vorrichtung rückgestellt wird.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsstange (18) mit einem Zwischenstück (37) fest verbunden ist, das mit der Verstellung der Stange verschieblich in einem in der Aufnahme (10) des halbfesten Flügels (4) oder des Futters (2) vorgesehenen Gehäuse (39) angeordnet ist, wobei dieses Zwischenstück einen Absatz (42) aufweist, in den eine von der Nocke (25) getragene Anschlagnase (43) eingreift, wobei die Auslösefeder (21) zwischen diesem Bauteil und der Schulter (22) im halbfesten Flügel oder Futter angeordnet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schwenkbare Nocke (25) einer Blattfeder (44) zugeordnet ist, die mit der Innenwand (39c) vom Gehäuse (39) der Aufnahme (10) im halbfesten Flügel (4) oder Futter (2) fest verbunden ist und diese Nocke um ihre waagerechte Achse (26) zu schwenken vermag, nachdem das Zwischenstück (37) mit der Betätigungsstange (18) wegbewegt und die Anschlagnase (43) außer Eingriff mit dem Absatz (42) dieses Bauteils gebracht worden ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsstange (18) ein Verlängerungsstück (45) aufweist, das durch ein Kabel (46) mit einem Blockierriegel (47) verbunden ist, der in bezug auf den halbfesten Flügel (4) verschieblich angeordnet und von diesem getragen ist, wobei dieser Riegel diesen Flügel in bezug auf das Futter (2) verriegelt, indem er in eine hierzu in dem Futter vorgesehene Zuhaltung (49) eindringt, wobei das Schwenken der Nocke durch Zug am Kabel gleichzeitig mit der Verstellung der Betätigungsstange die Abwärtsverstellung des Riegels aus seiner Zuhaltung heraus verursacht.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Blockierriegel (47) ein mit einer Anschrägung (50) versehenes Endstück (48) aufweist, das mit einer Schrägfläche (51) von identischer Neigung, die am Futter (2) am offenen Ende der Zuhaltung (49) vorgesehen ist, zusammenzuwirken vermag, derart, daß die Öffnungsbewegung des halbfesten Flügels (4) nach Bewegung des beweglichen Flügels (3) ausgeführt werden kann, nachdem auf den halbfesten Flügel in der Richtung dieser Öffnung eine Kraft von geringer Größe ausgeübt worden ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Riegel ein in der Aufnahme (10) des halbfesten Flügels (4) verschieblich angeordnetes Unterteil (52) aufweist, das mit dem Endstück des mit der Betätigungsstange (18) verbundenen Kabels (46) fest verbunden ist, wobei zwischen diesem Unterteil und einer Schulter (57) des halbfesten Flügels (4) eine komplementäre Rückstellfeder (55) angeordnet ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der als erster sich öffnende Flügel eine zweite Betätigungsstange (58) aufweist, die zur ersten (18) parallel ist und mit einer zweiten Aussparung (59) des Betätigungsknopfes (8) zusammenzuwirken vermag, die, bezogen auf die Richtung des Versenkens des Knopfes in seiner Führung (11), gegenüber der ersten Aussparung (17) in der Tiefe versetzt ist, derart, daß das Verschieben dieses Knopfes zuerst den beweglichen Flügel (3) durch Verstellen der ersten Betätigungsstange (18), und danach den halbfesten Flügel (4) durch Verstellen der zweiten Stange (58) freigibt.
