Claims (6)
- Feuchtwerk für eine Offsetdruckmaschine mit einem eine Druckform tragenden Plattenzylinder, der mit an- und abstellbaren Auftragwalzen eines Farbwerkes und eines Feuchtwerkes, welches eine Feuchtmittelzuführeinrichtung sowie eine Feuchtmitteldosiereinrichtung aufweist, in Wirkverbindung steht, wobei mindestens eine dem Plattenzylinder (1) benachbarte Feuchtauftragwalze (5) mit diesem eine Kontaktstelle für den Feuchtmittelauftrag bildet, daß in Drehrichtung der Feuchtauftragwalze (5) dieser Kontaktstelle für den Feuchtmittelauftrag eine der Feuchtauftragwalze (5) benachbarte Feuchtmittelzuführeinrichtung (12) als erste Kontaktstelle vorgeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine Feuchtmittel aufnehmende erste Walze (9), deren Oberfläche aus einem Feuchtmittel aufnehmenden Material ausgebildet ist, der Feuchtauftragwalze (5) in deren Drehrichtung nach der Kontaktstelle für den Feuchtmittelauftrag unmittelbar als zweite Kontaktstelle nachgeordnet ist, daß die Feuchtauftragwalze (5) mit gleicher oder ungleicher Umfangsgeschwindigkeit zum Plattenzylinder (1) rotiert und daß die Feuchtmittel aufnehmende erste Walze (9) mit gleicher oder ungleicher Umfangsgeschwindigkeit zur Feuchtauftragwalze (5) rotiert und mit einem axial verreibenden Changierantrieb gekoppelt ist, und daß die Feuchtmittel aufnehmende Walze (9) an einer Trennstelle (13) im Druckbetrieb vom benachbarten Farbwerk (3) entkoppelt ist. - Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Kontakt mit der Feuchtauftragwalze (5) eine weitere Feuchtmittel aufnehmende Walze (10) der Walze (9) in Drehrichtung der Feuchtauftragwalze (5) nachgeordnet ist. - Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (10) mit gleicher oder ungleicher Umfangsgeschwindigkeit zur Feuchtauftragwalze (5) rotiert. - Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzen (9 und 10) mit einem axial verreibenden Changierantrieb gekoppelt sind. - Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feuchtmittel aufnehmende Walze (9) als Brückenwalze zum benachbarten Farbwerk (3) schaltbar ist. - Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feuchtmittel führenden Walzen (9 und 10) eine Oberfläche aus Chrom oder Edelstahl oder einer Feuchtmittel aufnehmenden Keramik aufweisen oder zumindest Silizium in der Oberfläche enthalten.
