Description
Weiterhin ist es vorteilhaft, daß ohnehin im Feuchtmittelbehälter erforderliches Feuchtmittel gleichzeitig zur Verhinderung bzw. Reduzierung des Farbabbaues auf den Walzenoberflächen einsetzbar ist.
Ebenso ist von Vorteil, daß dem Feuchtmittelbehälter zumindest ein erstes und/oder zumindest ein zweites Zuführsystem für Feuchtmittel zugeordnet ist, welche Feuchtmittel auf die Walzenoberfläche eines Feuchtduktors zuführen. Das erste und/oder zweite Zuführsystem weist jeweils eine Mehrzahl von parallel zum Feuchtduktor angeordnete Sprühöffnungen auf.
Hierbei ist das erste Zuführsystem in Drehrichtung des Feuchtduktors auf dessen Walzenoberfläche gerichtet (positiv angestellte Sprühdüsen). Alternativ ist das zweite Zuführsystem mit einer entsprechenden Mehrzahl von Sprühöffnungen entgegen der Drehrichtung des Feuchtduktors - spiegelbildlich zum ersten Zuführsystem - mit einer entsprechenden Anzahl von Sprühöffnungen entgegen der Drehrichtung des Feuchtduktors auf die Walzenoberfläche gerichtet (negativ angestellte Sprühdüsen).
Schließlich ist es von Vorteil, daß bevorzugt mittels des ersten und/oder zweiten Zuführsystems die Feuchtmittelbelieferung des Feuchtmittelbehälters realisierbar ist und ein separater Feuchtmittelzulauf hinfällig ist.

Claims (7)
- Feuchtwerk (4) für eine Offsetdruckmaschine mit einem in das Feuchtmittel eines Feuchtmittelbehälters (8) eintauchenden Feuchtduktor (6) und wenigstens einer Feuchtauftragwalze (5), einem eine Druckform tragenden Plattenzylinder (1) und einem Farbwerk (3),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Feuchtduktor (6) wenigstens ein erstes Zuführsystem (13) in Achsrichtung zugeordnet ist, welches in Walzenlänge eine Mehrzahl von Sprühdüsen aufweist, daß das Zuführsystem (13) mit Feuchtmittel beaufschlagbar ist und die Walzenoberlfäche des Feuchtduktors (6) mit Feuchtmittel aus Sprühöffnungen der Sprühdüsen anströmbar ist. - Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprühdüsen des ersten Zuführsystems (13) in Drehrichtung des Feuchtduktors (6) angeordnet sind. - Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zweites Zuführsystem (14) dem Feuchtduktor (6) in Achsrichtung zugeordnet ist, welches in Walzenlänge eine Mehrzahl von Sprühdüsen aufweist, daß das Zuführsystem (13) mit Feuchtmittel beaufschlagbar ist und die Walzenoberfläche des Feuchtduktors (6) mit Feuchtmittel anströmbar ist. - Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sprühdüsen des zweiten Zuführsystems (14) entgegen der Drehrichtung des Feuchtduktors (6) angeordnet sind. - Feuchtwerk nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführsysteme (13, 14) unterhalb und/oder oberhalb des maximalen Feuchtmittelniveaus im Feuchtmittelbehälter (8) angeordnet sind. - Feuchtwerk nach wenigstens Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführsysteme (13, 14) in Reihenschaltung mit der Feuchtmittelversorgung gekoppelt sind. - Feuchtwerk nach wenigstens Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuführsysteme (13, 14) in Parallelschaltung mit der Feuchtmittelversorgung gekoppelt sind.
