- the tobacco cartridge 61 was first manufactured inserted into the tobacco receiving space 64 of the cigarette paper tube, then he was freehand from the free forehead guided transfer piston 66 inserted into the strand casing 62 and holding the strand casing by pressing the end of the strand casing against the surface of the transfer piston 66 the tobacco rod or the tobacco filling 63 from the strand casing 62 ejected, with gradual removal of the gradually filling cigarette tube.
- the transfer process could end at one end of the tobacco cartridge tobacco-free section 67 may be provided within the strand casing 62.
- German patent application P 44 04 274.4 proposes the wrapped tobacco strands first insert into a tube in a device, and the Then fill the tobacco in the axial direction from the casing by a piston into a coaxially aligned with the first tube to assign assigned cigarette tube holder tube, from which the tobacco filling by further piston feed in cigarette paper tubes drawn onto the cigarette tube holder is transferred.
- the direct insertion of the wrapped Strands of tobacco in the cigarette paper tube are avoided here, and the final transfer of the tobacco rod takes place after removing the strand casing from a metal tube with only minimal friction of the tobacco filling on the inner wall of the Tobacco pipe.
- German Patent application P 44 04 274 is already an industrial one Prefabricated product proposed, in which two or more tobacco serving units in the form of coated with a strand casing Cigarette tobacco rods through lanyards to one Multi-portion packaging are combined, making the immediate Introduction of a portion of tobacco in the cigarette room Cigarette paper tube is impossible, so the use of the Single portion in the sense of the mentioned 'stick cigarettes' excluded is.
- Fig. 12 a system is known in which the strand casing of the prefabricated, coated or coated tobacco rod with a from the closed circumference radially protruding grip tab as well is designed with an axial predetermined tear point; as assigned Equipment is one along part of its length a slotted tube made of a resilient-flexible Material provided, in the slot of a trapped in the tube Short piston is guided longitudinally; for self-production the wrapped tobacco rod becomes the cigarette in the slotted tube inserted so that the trigger tab laterally protrudes through the slot; then pull the tab under the side Breakage of the predetermined tear seam pulled the strand casing laterally out of the slotted tube; then a cigarette paper tube is drawn onto the outside of the slotted tube, and finally the tobacco rod, which has been freed from the casing, through the short piston into the Transfer tobacco receiving space of the cigarette paper tube, under successive Push the cigarette paper tube off the tube.
- an industrially manufactured prefabricated product in Preamble of claim 1 specified genus and a system for Self-manufacturing of cigarettes using such a prefabricated product be proposed in which the imperfections and intolerances of the known systems are avoided and in a simple process and by means of a simple equipment with a small footprint, the manufacture is complete evenly filled cigarettes with no special manual dexterity or practice is possible
- the self-production of a cigarette using the system according to the invention is free of the imperfections or intolerances of the known systems; it is completely simple, does not require anything special manual dexterity or practice and results in a cigarette regarding the Uniformity of the degree of filling, external appearance and especially in their Smoking behavior completely of a usual industrially manufactured cigarette corresponds.
- the user To manufacture the cigarette, the user only needs the as Industrial prefabricated product provided wrapped tobacco portion packaging in to insert the transfer tube, to free it from the strand casing, one Pull the filter cigarette paper sleeve onto the outside of the transfer tube and then by simply pushing the long piston through the transfer tube the tobacco rod exposed in the transfer tube into the cigarette paper tube convict.
- the smoothness of the transfer process is particularly also by using one from the other end of the transfer tube long piston introduced, which of Start of the transfer process in the tobacco-free section the transfer tube is guided and in the further Feed in the transfer tube in the course of the transfer process still reliably guided in the transfer tube remains.
- the equipment required for the system according to the invention has an extremely simple, easy to manufacture and in the Use of a structure that is not susceptible to faults with very small dimensions, barely bigger than a disposable lighter, like that that the equipment can be easily used by the user can be carried.
