Description
Um den Fahrer rechtzeitig zum Austausch eines fast verbrauchten (d.h. weitgehend voll beschriebenen) Datenträgers gegen einen Datenträger mit ausreichend freier Speicherkapazität aufzufordern, damit ein Verlust von Daten vermieden wird, sollte die erfindungsgemäße Einrichtung mit einer geeigneten Signaleinrichtung versehen sein, die softwaremäßig angesteuert wird und den Fahrer warnt, wenn die Kapazitätsgrenze bald erreicht zu werden droht.
Claims (13)
- Einrichtung in einem Fahrzeug zur Aufzeichnung von Fahrtrouteninformationenmit einer Speichereinrichtung zur fortlaufenden Speicherung von die Fahrtstrecke identifizierenden Daten auf einem Datenträger, der leicht auswechselbar ist,mit einer Datenleseeinrichtung zur Eingabe von Daten, die den Fahrer des Fahrzeugs identifizieren undmit einer über die Datenleseeinrichtung hinaus zusätzlichen Eingabemöglichkeit für Daten, die den Fahrer identifizieren,daß die über die Datenleseeinrichtung eingegebenen Daten zur Identifizierung des Fahrers des Fahrzeugs auf dem leicht auswechselbaren Datenträger aufgezeichnet werden,daß der leicht auswechselbare Datenträger gegen ein Überschreiben aufgezeichneter Daten gesichert ist,daß ein Empfangssystem zum Empfang drahtlos übermittelter Informationen zur Erkennung der aktuellen geografischen Position des Fahrzeugs vorgesehen ist,daß im Bedarfsfall eine Recheneinheit zur Errechnung digitaler Daten der geografischen Fahrzeugposition vorgesehen ist unddaß die von der Speichereinrichtung fortlaufend gespeicherten Daten, die die Fahrtstrecke identifizieren, die digitalisierten geografischen Fahrzeugpositionsdaten und zusätzlich auch Zeitinformationen umfassen, die eine Identifizierung des jeweiligen Zeitpunkts erlauben, zu dem eine einzelne Fahrzeugposition ermittelt wurde.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufzeichnung der Daten auf dem Datenträger in verschlüsselter Form erfolgt. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Datenleseeinrichtung als Chipkartenleser ausgebildet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die zusätzliche Eingabemöglichkeit für den Fahrer identifizierende Daten als Tastatur für die Eingabe einer persönlichen Identifikationsnummer (PIN) oder als Fingerabdruckerkennung oder als Stimmidentifizierungseinrichtung ausgebildet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Speichereinrichtung in Form einer Diskettenstation ausgebildet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Speichereinrichtung mit einem optischen Speichermedium, insbesondere mit einem compact disk mit nur einmaliger Beschreibbarkeit (CD-WORM) ausgestattet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Speichereinrichtung eine Schnittstelle aufweist, über die aktuelle Daten des Fahrzeugbetriebs, insbesondere die Fahrzeuggeschwindigkeit und/oder der Kraftstoffverbrauch und/oder die Motordrehzahl und/oder ähnliches erfaßt und aufgezeichnet werden können. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die digitalisierten Daten in komprimierter Form auf dem Datenträger aufgezeichnet werden. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Signaleinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die dem Fahrer rechtzeitig ein Warnsignal gibt, wenn die Kapazitätsgrenze des Datenträgers überschritten zu werden droht. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Speichereinrichtung eine Schnittstelle aufweist, über die zumindest ein Teil der aufgezeichneten Daten für polizeiliche Prüfzwecke ausgelesen werden kann. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einrichtung datentechnisch mit einer im Fahrzeug mitgeführten Kommunikationseinrichtung, insbesondere einem Mobiltelefon nach dem GSM-Standard verbunden ist, über die die bereits gespeicherten oder noch zu speichernden Daten an eine Empfangsstelle zur Auswertung übermittelbar sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Empfangssystem auf den Empfang von Daten eines Satellitennavigationssystems eingerichtet ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Empfangssystem auf den Empfang von Daten eines Funkpeilsystems eingerichtet ist.
