Definitions
- the invention relates to a doctor device according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a doctor device is known from the DE-OS 2822682.
- This is a so-called doctor blade, one of which End edge (longitudinal edge) forms the dosing or smoothing edge, movable in the holder clamped. It can be designed as a long band to be passed through a Movement along the surface of the counter roll guiding the paper web to experience a constant change in their field of work.
- DE-A-36 05 409 shows a coating device for application mass, in which there is a beam deflector in front of the narrowest point of the press nip, which is generally designed as a plate-like or bowl-shaped element.
- DE-A-39 31 793 relates to a device for coating a moving web with a support element.
- the device according to EP-A-0 109 520 is a metering system for coating slip for coating webs of paper or cardboard with a holder, in which a doctor bar is held in a guide groove.
- the squeegee strip is designed to be slightly flexible in that it has numerous parallel incisions on its rear side, so that a type of comb strip is formed.
- the actual doctor surface is convex and ends in an abrupt edge, which is a main feature of this device.
- the working surface of the squeegee is smooth and, due to the abrupt trailing edge, is not suitable for being grooved to enable volumetric dosing.
- the squeegee is a relatively expensive element, which is disadvantageous when it is replaced several times.
- the object of the invention is to provide a doctor blade device which is very is universally applicable, has a long service life when worn and also is relatively inexpensive to manufacture.
- doctor element is leaf-shaped, it can very be produced inexpensively. It provides also great variation options, e.g. a Provides pressurization on the concave side so that you can change the curvature of the doctor blade. On the other hand, you can also use the doctor blade as a very long one Run squeegee tape on both sides of the Working area arranged drums can wind up. At low feed during the work process can Wear very evenly over the entire length of the belt are kept, so that a very long life of the Doctor blade results. Since the doctor blade in the initial state flat, the elevations (or the grooves in between) for volumetric Dosage of the coating slip can be created.
- the doctor blade 2 in a holder 4 - with their corresponding length - by projections 14 and 15 the same clamped or clamped so that the Curvature - convex curvature of the work surface 16 - through the Clamping results.
- Doctor blade In the manufacturing state it is Doctor blade just. It has curvatures 12 and intermediate grooves 13 transverse to its longitudinal axis, around the coating slip according to the cross section of the grooves 13 dosed volumetrically.
- the entire squeegee device is designated 1, and from Figure 2 is their attachment recognizable in the coating device in which the Material web B from a counter roll 11 with a roll core Steel and a rubber coating 14 is guided.
- the doctor device At both Ends of the doctor device are winding drums 25 and 26 provided, in which case a drive motor 35 is arranged, the transmission via the articulated rod 40 20 and thus drives the take-up drum 25.
- the case is a very long squeegee belt 2 still over deflection rollers 18 and 19 guided, which are held on boom arms 38, so the squeegee tape outside of the actual Working area from the curved shape to the straight or stretched form.
- the doctor blade 2 again in the opposite direction, as through the arrows marked can be used by also a corresponding drive for the winding drum 26 as provided for the drum 25.
- the doctor device 1 is held on a doctor bar 21, which has a Slide guide 29 according to the double arrow on the counter roller 11 is adjustable.
- FIG. 1 A variant is shown in principle in FIG which the doctor blade 2 through a variable curvature can receive a pressure hose 8, which in the room 5th is provided. You could theoretically also be in room 5 below the overpressure of a pressure medium liquid or gaseous kind put, however, at the ends of the doctor blade Sealing problems occur. One would have to find suitable ones there Install rubber seals. In this case, the holder 4 ' Projections 61 and 62 for holding the pressure hose 8 on.
- the production of the projections (elevations) 12 and the intermediate grooves 13 is by sintering or more modern processes such as PVD (physical vapor deposition) or CVD (chemical vapor deposition) possible.
- Figure 1 is also indicated that grooves 13 'in the Can cut doctor blade 2 'by means of a laser device, if you want to make very fine grooves, the same applies for the production by means of high pressure water jets. It production by milling is of course also possible.
- the doctor blade 2 ′′ also completely smooth, especially with a smooth work surface can be trained in case you don't dosed volumetrically but hydrodynamically.
- doctor blade itself from one Form plastic and only the application layer wear-resistant material, such as carbides or oxides, produce, provided that the anchorage is sufficiently firm wear-resistant material reached on the doctor blade can be.
- application layer wear-resistant material such as carbides or oxides
- the curvature of the doctor blade can be chosen so that maximum deflection (maximum distance from the tendon drawn through the ends of the doctor blade) between 0.1 and 0.4 mm per mm width or height of the doctor blade results.
- the doctor blades are generally wide (Height) between 60 and 120 mm in the not bent, so in new condition.
- the squeegee blade has 2 or squeegee strips, 5 - 43 according to FIG. 5 - also at an angle to the Longitudinal edges of the doctor blade or tape run or intersecting grooves (or narrow protrusions) 43 '' and 43 '' 6 can also be provided. 7 can the grooves 44 or elevations - also regularly or - seen at least over the whole sheet - regularly - be interrupted.
- Fig. 10 shows Grooves or elevations in the form of crosses and according to FIG. 11 the grooves 45 or elevations run in a zigzag shape.
