Abstract

Zweiteiliger Kasten aus Kunststoff od.dgl. zur Aufnahme von insbesondere Getränkeflaschen, mit an beiden Kasten-Teilen (2,3) angeordneten im Querschnitt keilförmigen Leisten (13,14), die ineinandergreifen und die beiden Teile verhaken, sowie mit Verriegelungselementen (15) welche die beiden Teile quer zur Längsrichtung der Leisten (13,14) aneinander festlegen.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen zweiteiligen Kasten aus Kunststoff od.dgl. zur Aufnahme von insbesondere Getränkeflaschen, mit Mitteln zum gegenseitigen Halten und Verriegeln der beiden Kasten-Teile.
  • Aus der EU-PS 0 048 006 ist ein derartiger Kasten bekannt, der sich insbesondere zum Transport auseinander nehmen und dann wieder Zusammensetzen läßt. Dazu sind Haken und Schieberelemente vorgesehen, die äußerst empfindlich sind und die sich nicht immer sicher verschließen lassen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Kasten der genannten Art zu schaffen, der sich leicht und unkompliziert ver- und entriegeln läßt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß an beiden Kasten-Teilen im Querschnitt keilförmig ausgebildete Leisten angeordnet sind, die im zusammengesetzten Zustand des Kastens ineinander greifen und die beiden Teile gegeneinander verhaken, und daß Verriegelungselemente vorgesehen sind, welche die beiden Teile quer zur Längsrichtung der Leisten aneinander festlegen.
  • Damit können die beiden Kasten-Teile schräg aufeinander zugeschoben werden, wobei die keilförmigen Leisten ineinander eingreifen; die Verriegelungselemente verhindern dann ein ungewolltes Auseinandergleiten der beiden Kasten-­Teile.
    Es ist aber auch möglich, die beiden Kasten-Teile vertikal ineinander zu schieben, was bei engen Raumverhältnissen günstig sein kann.
  • Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß im Bereich der Leisten einerseits eine zur Kastenaußenseite hin offene Aussparung und andererseits ein in diese Aussparung passender Vorsprung vorgesehen ist.
  • Aussparung und Vorsprung übernehmen hierbei die Verriegelung der beiden Kastenteile in vertikaler Richtung, so daß die Verriegelungselemente nur noch die Verriegelung der beiden Teile in seitlicher Richtung übernehmen müssen.
  • Ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft ist es, wenn erfindungsgemäß an jedem Kasten-Teil jeweils ein Verriegelungselement vorgesehen ist, das in eine Aussparung im anderen Kasten-­Teil eingreift.
  • Dadurch ist eine symmetrische und völlig gleiche Ausgestaltung der beiden Kasten-Teile ermöglicht, wobei die Kräfte für das Zusammenhalten gleichmäßig verteilt sind.
  • Bei einem Kasten mit je einem U-förmig ausgebildeten und drehbar gelagerten Handgriff für jedes der beiden Kasten-­Teile ist es besonders vorteilhaft, wenn erfindungsgemäß einer der beiden seitlichen Schenkel des Handgriffs Z-­förmig ausgebildet ist, und wenn im eingeklappten Zustand des Handgriffs dessen über den Drehpunkt hinausstehendes freies Ende in die Aussparung des gegenüberliegenden Kasten-Teils eingreift.
  • Mit dieser Ausgestaltung ist eine besonders einfache und sehr wirkungsvolle Verriegelung der beiden bereits miteinander verhakten Kasten-Teile ermöglicht.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß der dem Z-förmig ausgebildeten Schenkel gegenüberliegende Schenkel des anderen Handgriffs nach unten abgewinkelt ist und seitlich unter den anderen Schenkel in die in beiden Kasten-Teilen vorgesehene Aussparung von der anderen Seite her eingreift.
  • Dadurch ist eine noch bessere Verriegelung erzielt, welche die beiden Kasten-Teile noch wirksam zusammenhält, wenn bereits ein Handgriff nach oben geschwenkt ist.
  • Sehr vorteilhaft ist es auch, wenn erfindungsgemäß der Handgriff an der Innenseite des Kasten-Teils gelagert ist und im eingeschwenkten Zustand an der Innenseite der Kastenwand anliegt.
  • Dadurch ist der Handgriff geschützt und kann nicht versehentlich betätigt werden, was insbesondere beim Rücktransport des Leergutes sehr vorteilhaft ist.
  • Zur leichteren Ergreifbarkeit des Handgriffes im eingeklappten Zustand ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß der Handgriff an seiner in der eingeklappten Stellung oben liegenden Kante mit einem Vorsprung versehen ist.
  • Dadurch kann der Handgriff trotz seiner geschützten Anordnung im Kasteninnenraum von außen leicht ergriffen werden.
  • Dies wird erfindungsgemäß noch dadurch verbessert, daß in der Mitte der von einander abgekehrten Wände der beiden Kasten-Teile am oberen Rand eine Aussparung vorgesehen ist.
  • In diese Aussparung kann hineingegriffen werden um einen größeren Abschnitt des Handgriffes zu erfassen.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausfuhrüngsbeispiels veranschaulicht. Dabei zeigen:
    • Fig.1 ein Schaubild eines Flaschenkastens, der aus zwei Teilen besteht,
    • Fig.2 eine Ansicht des Kastens auf seine Schmalseite mit teilweise geöffneter Verriegelung,
    • Fig.3 eine weitere Ansicht auf eine Schmalseite des Kastens mit geschlossener Verriegelung
    • Fig.4 eine Draufsicht auf einen Abschnitt des Flaschenkastens und
    • Fig.5 einen Abschnitt eines teilweise aufgebrochenen Kastens mit einer Doppelverriegelung.
  • Mit 1 ist in Fig.1 ein Flaschenkasten bezeichnet, der aus zwei völlig identischen Kasten-Teilen 2 und 3 besteht. Jedes Kasten-Teil hat eine Längswand 4 sowie zwei Stirnwand-Abschnitte 5 und 6, die im zusammengesetzten Zustand der beiden Kasten-Teile zusammen die beiden Stirnwände des Kastens bilden. Der Innenraum des Kastens ist durch mehrere quer verlaufend Trennwände 7 sowie drei längsverlaufende Trennwände 8,9 in eine Vielzahl von Einzelfächern unterteilt, in die nicht dargestellte Flaschen eingestellt werden können. Die mittlere längsverlaufende Trennwand 9 ist dabei doppelt ausgeführt, so daß jeweils eine davon an jedem der beiden Kasten-Teile als innere Abschlußwand angeordnet ist.
  • Beide Kasten-Teile 2,3 sind mit einem Handgriff 10 versehen, der in zwei Lagern 11,12 schwenkbar gelagert ist. Darüber hinaus sind an beiden Kasten-Teilen im Querschnitt keilförmige Leisten 13,14 angeformt, die ineinander passen und beide Kasten-Teile aneinander verhaken. Um beide Kasten-Teile aus dieser Verhakung lösen zu können müssen sie in Längsrichtung gegeneinander verschoben werden. Um dies im nicht gewünschten Fall zu verhindern, sind die beiden Handgriffe mit je einem Verriegelungselement 15 versehen, wie dies in Fig.2 sichtbar ist. Der eine Schenkel des U-förmig ausgebildeten Handgriffs 10 ist Z-förmig geformt und greift mit seinem als Verriegelungselement dienenden freien Ende in eine Aussparung 16 im benachbarten Kastenteil ein. Diese Aussparung 16 ist sowohl nach außen als auch nach innen von Wandteilen umgeben, so daß das Verriegelungselement 15 ein seitliches Verschieben der beiden Kasten-Teile relativ zueinander verhindert.
  • In Fig.3 ist der Handgriff im eingeklappten Zustand gezeichnet, wodurch das Verriegeln noch besser zu erkennen ist. Darüber hinaus ist in dieser Fig.3 eine Aussparung 17 sichtbar, die aus der keilförmigen Leiste 13 herausgeformt ist und in die ein nur in Fig.2 dargestellter Vorsprung 18 der Leiste 14 passend eingreift.
  • Die Fig.4 ist im Bereich der Aussparung 16 aufgebrochen, um deren Zusammenwirken mit dem Verriegelungselement 15 zu verdeutlichen.
    Wie besonders aus Fig.2 ersichtlich ist, hat der Handgriff 10 an seiner äußeren Kante einen Vorsprung 19 und die Längswand des Kastens ist mit einer Aussparung 20 versehen; durch beide Maßnahmen läßt sich der Handgriff in seiner geschlossenen Stellung leichter erfassen. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig.5 ist das Verriegelungselement 151 an seiner Außenkante abgerundet, während der gegenüberliegende Handgriff 10 mit einem nach unten abgewinkelten Schenkel 152 versehen ist, der seitlich unter dem Z-förmig ausgebildeten Schenkel 151 in die Aussparung 16 in beiden Kasten-Teilen 2,3 eingreift.

Claims (8)

1. Zweiteiliger Kasten aus Kunststoff od.dgl. zur Aufnahme von insbesondere Getränkeflaschen, mit Mitteln zum gegenseitigen Halten und Verriegeln der beiden Kasten-Teile, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an beiden Kasten-Teilen (2, 3) im Querschnitt keilförmig ausgebildete Leisten (13, 14) angeordnet sind, die im zusammengesetzten Zustand des Kastens (1) ineinander greifen und die beiden Teile (2, 3) gegeneinander verhaken, und das Verriegelungselemente (15) vorgesehen sind, welche die beiden Teile (2, 3) quer zur Längsrichtung der Leisten (13, 14) aneinander festlegen.
2. Kasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Leisten (13, 14) einerseits eine zur Kastenaußenseite hin offene Aussparung (17) und andererseits ein in diese Aussparung passender Vorsprung (18) vorgesehen ist.
3. Kasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Kasten-Teil (2, 3) jeweils ein Verriegelungselement (15) vorgesehen ist, das in eine Aussparung (16) im anderen Kasten-Teil eingreift.
4. Kasten nach Anspruch 1, 2 or 3, mit je einem U-förmig ausgebildeten und drehbar gelagerten Handgriff für jedes der beiden Kasten-Teile, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer der beiden seitlichen Schenkel des Handgriffs (10) Z-förmig ausgebildet ist, und daß im eingeklappten Zustand des Handgriffs dessen über den Drehpunkt (11, 12) hinausstehendes freies Ende in die Aussparung (16) des gegenüberliegenden Kasten-Teils eingreift.

Kasten nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dem Z-förmig ausgebildeten Schenkel gegenüberliegende Schenkel des anderen Handgriffs (10) nach unten abgewinkelt ist und seitlich unter den anderen Schenkel in die in beiden Kasten-Teilen vorgesehene Aussparung (16) von der anderen Seite her eingreift.
6. Kasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (10) an der Innenseite des Kasten-Teils gelagert ist und im eingeschwenkten Zustand an der Innenseite der Kastenwand anliegt.
7. Kasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Handgriff (10) an seiner in der eingeklappten Stellung oben liegenden Kante mit einem Vorsprung (19) versehen ist.
8. Kasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Mitte der von einander abgekehrten Längswände (4) der beiden Kasten-Teile (2,3) am oberen Rand eine Aussparung (20) vorgesehen ist.
