Abstract

Органический материал, переносящий заряд, состоит из вещества, переносящего заряд, содержащего мономер, переносящий заряд или олигомер или полимер, переносящий заряд, имеющий среднечисленную молекулярную массу от 200 до 500000, или состоит из такого же вещества, переносящего заряд и вещества-акцептора электронов или дырочного акцептора. Растворитель содержит по меньшей мере один тип высоковязкого растворителя, имеющего вязкость от 10 до 200 мПа∙с при 20°C. Вещество, переносящее заряд, или органический материал, переносящий заряд, растворен или однородно диспергирован в растворителе. Лак имеет способность к образованию высокооднородной пленки даже в системе, использующей вещество-акцептор заряда, с низкомолекулярной массой и вещество-акцептор заряда. Когда лак используют, в частности, в НОЭЛ устройстве или ПОЭЛ устройстве, реализуются превосходные характеристики ЭЛ устройства, а именно, низкое запускающее напряжение, высокая световая отдача и продолжительный срок службы.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
