Abstract
Соединение, имеющее формулу (I)где А выбран из группы, содержащей: (i) фенил, причем указанный фенил возможно замещен одним или более чем одним атомами галогена, Салкилом, Салкокси, Сфторалкокси, нитрилом или -NRR, где Rи Rнезависимо представляют собой водород или Салкил; (ii) 5- или 6-членную гетероциклическую группу, содержащую, по меньшей мере, один гетероатом, выбранный из кислорода, азота и серы; и (iii) конденсированное бициклическое кольцо (а), в котором кольцо С представляет собой гетероциклическую группу, определенную выше в пункте (ii), причем бициклическое кольцо присоединяется к группе В через кольцевой атом кольца С; В выбран из группы, содержащей: (iv) Салкилен; (v) -МСалкилен или Салкилен МСалкилен, где М представляет собой О, S или -NR, причем Rпредставляет собой водород или Салкил; (vi) 5- или 6-членную гетероциклическую группу, содержащую, по меньшей мере, один гетероатом азота и возможно, по меньшей мере, один дополнительный гетероатом, выбранный из кислорода, азота и серы, и возможно замещенную Салкилом; и (vii) Het-Cалкилен, где Het представляет собой гетероциклическую группу, определенную выше в пункте (vi); Alk представляет собой Салкилен; Rпредставляет собой водород или Салкил; Z выбран из группы, содержащей: (viii) -(Cалкилен)фенил, причем фенил возможно замещен одним или более чем одним атомами галогена; и (ix) -NRR, где Rпредставляет собой водород или Салкил, а Rпредставляет собой -Y-(C=O)-T-Rили -Y-(CH(OH))-T-R.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
