Claims (12)

1. Flydende hærder til hærdning af hærdelige polymerharpikser, især epoxyharpikser, omfattende a) cyanamid; b) mindst ét urinstofderivat med formlen (I) eller formlen (II)
Forme! (!) Formel (il) hvor det for substituenterne samtidigt eller uafhængigt af hinanden gælder: R1,R2 = samtidigt eller uafhængigt af hinanden hydrogen, C1 - til C15-alkyl, C3-til C15-cycloalkyl eller tilsammen under dannelse af en ring C3- til C10-alkylen; R3 = hydrogen, C1- til C15-alkyl, C3- til C15-cycloalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, med -NHC(0)NR1R2 substitueret C1 - til C15-alkyl, med -NHC(0)NR1R2 substitueret C3- til C15-cycloalkyl, med -NHC(0)NR1R2 substitueret aryl eller med -NHC(0)NR1R2 substitueret arylalkyl; R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 = samtidigt eller uafhængig af hinanden hydrogen, halogen, C1 - til C15-alkyl, C3- til C15-cycloalkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, -CFs, -NHC(0)NR1R2, med -NHC(0)NR1R2 substitueret C1 - til C15-alkyl, med -NFIC(0)NR1R2 substitueret aryl eller med -NHC(0)NR1R2 substitueret arylalkyl; og c) mindst én stabilisator valgt fra gruppen af de uorganiske eller organiske syrer.
2. Flydende hærder ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at hærderen indeholder cyanamid og mindst ét urinstofderivat med formlen (I) eller formlen (II) i et molært forhold mellem cyanamid og urinstofderivat eller urinstofderivat-blanding på fra 1:1 til 4:1.
3. Flydende hærder ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at hærderen ud over cyanamid indeholder mindst ét urinstofderivat og ud over stabilisatoren ikke indeholder noget opløsningsmiddel eller opløsningsformidler eller er opløsningsmiddelfri eller fri for opløsningsformidler.
4. Flydende hærder ifølge mindst ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at hærderen indeholder mindst to forskellige urinstofderivater.
5. Flydende hærder ifølge mindst ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at hærderen indeholder et urinstofderivat med formlen (I), idet det for substituen-terne samtidigt eller uafhængigt af hinanden gælder: R1,R2 = hydrogen, C1- til C15-alkyl; R3= hydrogen, C1- til C15-alkyl, C3- til C15-cycloalkyl, med-NHC(0)NR1R2 substitueret C1- til C15-alkyl, med -NHC(0)NR1R2 substitueret C3- til C15-cycloalkyl, eller med -NHC(0)NR1R2 substitueret aryl.
6. Flydende hærder ifølge mindst ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at hærderen indeholder a) cyanamid, b) et urinstofderivat valgt fra gruppen urinstof, 1,1 -dimethylurinstof, 3-(3-chlor-4-methylphenyl)-1,1-dimethylurinstof, 3-(p-chlorphenyl)-1,1 -dimethylurinstof, 3-phenyl-1,1 -dimethylurinstof, 3-(3,4-dichlorp-henyl)-1,1 -dimethylurinstof, 1,1 ’-(methylendi-p-phenylen)-bis-(3,3-dimethylurin-stof), 3-(3-trifluormethylphenyl)-1,1 -dimethylurinstof, 1,1 ’-(2-methyl-m-phenylen)-bis-(3,3-dimethylurinstof) og/eller 1,1 ’-(4-methyl-m-phenylen)-bis-(3,3-dimethylu-rinstof) og c) mindst én stabilisator valgt fra gruppen af de uorganiske eller organiske syrer.
7. Flydende hærder ifølge mindst ét af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der som uorganisk eller organisk syre anvendes en syre valgt fra gruppen salicylsyre, phthalsyre, toluensulfonsyre, svovlsyre, phosphorsyre eller deres anhy-drider eller blandinger heraf.
8. Epoxyharpikssammensætning omfattende a) mindst én hærdelig epoxyharpiks og b) mindst én flydende hærder ifølge mindst ét af de foregående krav 1-7.
9. Polyurethanharpikssammensætning omfattende a) mindst én hærdelig polyurethanharpiks og b) mindst én flydende hærder ifølge mindst ét af de foregående krav 1-7.
10. Kompositmateriale omfattende a) et bærermateriale, især et fibermateriale, b) mindst én hærdelig epoxyharpiks og/eller hærdelig polyurethanharpiks og c) mindst én flydende hærder ifølge mindst ét af de foregående krav 1-7.
11. Anvendelse af flydende hærdere ifølge mindst ét af de foregående krav 1 -7 til hærdning af sammensætninger indeholdende mindst én hærdelig epoxyharpiks og/eller hærdelig polyurethanharpiks.
12. Anvendelse af flydende hærdere ifølge mindst ét af de foregående krav 1-7 til hærdning af imprægnerede fibermaterialer eller imprægnerede vævede stoffer, strikkede stoffer eller flettede materialer.
