本发明公开了一种抗冲击高弹性的安全帽内衬,包括:本体以及包括在所述本体表面的弹性层,所述本体由热塑性聚氨酯树脂和环氧树脂混合制成,按照质量百分比计算,所述热塑性聚氨酯树脂的含量占64‑72%,所述环氧树脂的含量占28‑36%,所述弹性层由天然棉和橡筋线混纺而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述天然棉的含量占92‑96%,所述橡筋线的含量占4‑8%,通过上述方式,本发明能够具备有较高的弹性以及优越的抗冲击性能,大幅提高安全帽内衬的使用安全性和使用舒适性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种安全帽内衬,特别涉及一种抗冲击高弹性的安全帽内衬。
背景技术
通常,冶金、矿山、港口、煤矿、石油、化工等行业中经常会出现高空坠物等情况;出于安全原因,工作人员必须佩带安全帽,安全帽可以保护工作人员的头部,避免受到撞击并能防止事故。
因此,这就要求安全帽不能够干涉工作人员的工作,这对安全帽就提出了很高的要求,既要重量轻,使用舒适性佳,又要整体安全性高,抗冲击性能强,安全帽内衬在安全帽配件中为较重要的组件之一,其性能的要求也越来越高,现有的安全帽内衬已然满足不了现在人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗冲击高弹性的安全帽内衬,能够具备有较高的弹性以及优越的抗冲击性能,大幅提高安全帽内衬的使用安全性和使用舒适性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗冲击高弹性的安全帽内衬,包括:本体以及包括在所述本体表面的弹性层,所述本体由热塑性聚氨酯树脂和环氧树脂混合制成,按照质量百分比计算,所述热塑性聚氨酯树脂的含量占64-72%,所述环氧树脂的含量占28-36%,所述弹性层由天然棉和橡筋线混纺而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述天然棉的含量占92-96%,所述橡筋线的含量占4-8%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述弹性层的厚度为1-2mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述本体内成分的质量配比具体为:所述热塑性聚氨酯树脂的含量占68%,所述环氧树脂的含量占32%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述弹性层内成分的质量配比具体为:所述天然棉的含量占94%,所述橡筋线的含量占6%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种抗冲击高弹性的安全帽内衬能够具备有较高的弹性以及优越的抗冲击性能,大幅提高安全帽内衬的使用安全性和使用舒适性。

一种抗冲击高弹性的安全帽内衬,包括:本体以及包括在所述本体表面的弹性层,所述本体由热塑性聚氨酯树脂和环氧树脂混合制成,按照质量百分比计算,所述热塑性聚氨酯树脂的含量占64%,所述环氧树脂的含量占36%,所述弹性层由天然棉和橡筋线混纺而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述天然棉的含量占92%,所述橡筋线的含量占8%。
实施例2:
一种抗冲击高弹性的安全帽内衬,包括:本体以及包括在所述本体表面的弹性层,所述本体由热塑性聚氨酯树脂和环氧树脂混合制成,按照质量百分比计算,所述热塑性聚氨酯树脂的含量占72%,所述环氧树脂的含量占28%,所述弹性层由天然棉和橡筋线混纺而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述天然棉的含量占96%,所述橡筋线的含量占4%。

区别于现有技术,本发明一种抗冲击高弹性的安全帽内衬能够具备有较高的弹性以及优越的抗冲击性能,大幅提高安全帽内衬的使用安全性和使用舒适性。
