技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种NBR共混配方。
背景技术
NBR共混材料具有一定的弹力,可用于制作弹性体,如何兼顾弹性和韧性是值得研究的。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能兼顾弹性和韧性的NBR、PVC共混配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
NBR、PVC共混配方,其改进之处在于:由55~65份PVC树脂、35~45份NBR合成橡胶、65~70份DOP、0.4~0.6份DM、0.3~0.6份硫磺、6~8份ZnO、1.6~1.9份RD、0.8~1.1份HSt共混而成。
进一步改进在于:由58~62份PVC树脂、38~42份NBR合成橡胶、66~68份DOP、0.5~0.55份DM、0.4~0.5份硫磺、7~7.5份ZnO、1.7~1.8份RD、0.9~1份HSt共混而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、NBR、PVC共混,能兼顾弹性和韧性。
2、由58~62份PVC树脂、38~42份NBR合成橡胶、66~68份DOP、0.5~0.55份DM、0.4~0.5份硫磺、7~7.5份ZnO、1.7~1.8份RD、0.9~1份HSt共混而成,可进一步改善韧性。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
NBR、PVC共混配方,由55份PVC树脂、45份NBR合成橡胶、65份DOP、0.4份DM、0.3份硫磺、6份ZnO、1.6份RD、0.8份HSt共混而成。
实施例2:
NBR、PVC共混配方,由65份PVC树脂、35份NBR合成橡胶、70份DOP、0.6份DM、0.6份硫磺、8份ZnO、1.9份RD、1.1份HSt共混而成。
实施例3:
NBR、PVC共混配方,由58份PVC树脂、42份NBR合成橡胶、66份DOP、0.5份DM、0.4份硫磺、7份ZnO、1.7份RD、0.9份HSt共混而成。
实施例4:
NBR、PVC共混配方,由62份PVC树脂、38份NBR合成橡胶、68份DOP、0.55份DM、0.5份硫磺、7.5份ZnO、1.8份RD、1份HSt共混而成。

1.一种NBR、PVC共混配方,其特征在于:由55~65份PVC树脂、35~45份NBR合成橡胶、65~70份DOP、0.4~0.6份DM、0.3~0.6份硫磺、6~8份ZnO、1.6~1.9份RD、0.8~1.1份HSt共混而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的NBR、PVC共混配方,其特征在于:由58~62份PVC树脂、38~42份NBR合成橡胶、66~68份DOP、0.5~0.55份DM、0.4~0.5份硫磺、7~7.5份ZnO、1.7~1.8份RD、0.9~1份HSt共混而成。
