本发明公开了一种抗冲击ABS、PC共混材料配方,每100份ABS树脂中配备:16~19份PC、4~8份LCP耐热剂、3~5份PS‑g‑MAH、0.3~0.7份HSt、2~5份DOP、7~11份NBR。本发明显著改善抗冲击性能。

本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种ABS、PC共混材料配方。
背景技术
ABS、PC共混材料综合ABS、PC两种材料的性能,但抗冲击性能有待改善。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善抗冲击性能的抗冲击ABS、PC共混材料配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
抗冲击ABS、PC共混材料配方,其改进之处在于:每100份ABS树脂中配备:16~19份PC、4~8份LCP耐热剂、3~5份PS-g-MAH、0.3~0.7份HSt、2~5份DOP、7~11份NBR。
优选地,每100份ABS树脂中配备:17~18份PC、5~6份LCP耐热剂、4~4.45份PS-g-MAH、0.4~0.5份HSt、3~4份DOP、8~9份NBR。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加NBR,显著提高抗冲击性能。

抗冲击ABS、PC共混材料配方,每100份ABS树脂中配备:16份PC、4份LCP耐热剂、3份PS-g-MAH、0.3份HSt、2份DOP、7份NBR。

抗冲击ABS、PC共混材料配方,每100份ABS树脂中配备:19份PC、8份LCP耐热剂、5份PS-g-MAH、0.7份HSt、5份DOP、11份NBR。

1.一种抗冲击ABS、PC共混材料配方,其特征在于:每100份ABS树脂中配备:16~19份PC、4~8份LCP耐热剂、3~5份PS-g-MAH、0.3~0.7份HSt、2~5份DOP、7~11份NBR。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗冲击ABS、PC共混材料配方,其特征在于:每100份ABS树脂中配备:17~18份PC、5~6份LCP耐热剂、4~4.45份PS-g-MAH、0.4~0.5份HSt、3~4份DOP、8~9份NBR。
