本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种ABS共混配方。
背景技术
ABS共混材料在汽车材料领域有广泛的应用,但存在着耐热性能差的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高耐热性能的ABS、HIPS共混耐热配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
ABS、HIPS共混耐热配方,其改进之处在于:每100份HIPS树脂中配备:45~49份ABS、21~24份SMA、0.3~0.6份ZnSt。
进一步改进在于:每100份HIPS树脂中配备:46~47份ABS、22~23份SMA、0.4~0.5份ZnSt。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入SMA,显著提高耐热性能。
2、每100份HIPS树脂中配备:46~47份ABS、22~23份SMA、0.4~0.5份ZnSt,可进一步提高耐热性能。

ABS、HIPS共混耐热配方,每100份HIPS树脂中配备:49份ABS、24份SMA、0.6份ZnSt。
实施例3:
ABS、HIPS共混耐热配方,每100份HIPS树脂中配备:46份ABS、22份SMA、0.4份ZnSt。
实施例4:
ABS、HIPS共混耐热配方,每100份HIPS树脂中配备:47份ABS、23份SMA、0.5份ZnSt。
