PA-6共混材料具有较好的韧性,但耐冲击性能有待改善。

本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善耐冲击性能的抗冲击PA-6共混材料配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
抗冲击PA-6共混材料配方,其改进之处在于:每100份PA-6树脂中配备:10~14份EPDM、5~6份PP-g-MAH、1~1.5份HSt、10~12份NBR。
优选地,每100份PA-6树脂中配备:10~12份EPDM、5~5.5份PP-g-MAH、1~1.2份HSt、10~11份NBR。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:添加NBR,显著提高抗冲击性能。
