本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种PP共混配方。
背景技术
PP材料应用较广,但缺口冲击强度较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高缺口冲击强度的PP、PE、EPDM共混配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
PP、PE、EPDM共混配方,其改进之处在于:由84~88份PP树脂、18~22份HDPE树脂、11~13份EPDM树脂、6~8份PE-g-MAH共混而成。
进一步改进在于:由86~87份PP树脂、19~21份HDPE树脂、12份EPDM树脂、7份PE-g-MAH共混而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、本发明显著提高缺口冲击强度。
2、由86~87份PP树脂、19~21份HDPE树脂、12份EPDM树脂、7份PE-g-MAH共混而成,进一步提高缺口冲击强度。

PP、PE、EPDM共混配方,由84份PP树脂、18份HDPE树脂、11份EPDM树脂、6份PE-g-MAH共混而成。
实施例2:
PP、PE、EPDM共混配方,由88份PP树脂、22份HDPE树脂、13份EPDM树脂、8份PE-g-MAH共混而成。
实施例3:
PP、PE、EPDM共混配方,由86份PP树脂、19份HDPE树脂、12份EPDM树脂、7份PE-g-MAH共混而成。
实施例4:
PP、PE、EPDM共混配方,由87份PP树脂、21份HDPE树脂、12份EPDM树脂、7份PE-g-MAH共混而成。
