背景技术
EP材料具有多种性能,但导热性能不好。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著改善导热性能的铝粉填充EP配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
铝粉填充EP配方,其改进之处在于:每100份UP树脂配备:90~100份铝粉、90~100份铁粉、11~14份顺丁二酸酐、0.3~0.6份CbSt、0.3~0.6份ZnSt。
进一步改进在于:每100份UP树脂配备:92~98份铝粉、92~98份铁粉、12~13份顺丁二酸酐、0.4~0.5份CbSt、0.4~0.5份ZnSt。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、加入铝粉、铁粉,显著改善导热性能。
2、每100份UP树脂配备:92~98份铝粉、92~98份铁粉、12~13份顺丁二酸酐、0.4~0.5份CbSt、0.4~0.5份ZnSt,可进一步改善导热性能。

铝粉填充EP配方,每100份UP树脂配备:90份铝粉、100份铁粉、11份顺丁二酸酐、0.3份CbSt、0.3份ZnSt。

铝粉填充EP配方,每100份UP树脂配备: 100份铝粉、90份铁粉、14份顺丁二酸酐、0.6份CbSt、0.6份ZnSt。
实施例3:
铝粉填充EP配方,每100份UP树脂配备:92份铝粉、98份铁粉、12份顺丁二酸酐、0.4份CbSt、0.4份ZnSt。
实施例4:
铝粉填充EP配方,每100份UP树脂配备:98份铝粉、92份铁粉、13份顺丁二酸酐、0.5份CbSt、0.5份ZnSt。
