本发明公开了一种汽车用PP、PA共混配方,由100份PE树脂、12~14份PA树脂、6~8份PP‑g‑MAH、0.4~0.7份HSt助剂共混而成。本发明显著提高缺口冲击强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高分子复合材料配方,特别是一种汽车用PP共混配方。
背景技术
汽车用PP材料有较低的热变形温度、低透明度、低光泽度、低刚性,但缺口冲击强度较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高缺口冲击强度的汽车用PP、PA共混配方。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
汽车用PP、PA共混配方,其改进之处在于:由100份PE树脂、12~14份PA树脂、6~8份PP-g-MAH、0.4~0.7份HSt助剂共混而成。
进一步改进在于:由100份PE树脂、12~14份PA树脂、6~7份PP-g-MAH、0.5~0.6份HSt助剂共混而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、本发明显著提高缺口冲击强度。
2、由100份PE树脂、12~14份PA树脂、6~7份PP-g-MAH、0.5~0.6份HSt助剂共混而成,缺口冲击强度更好。

汽车用PP、PA共混配方,由100份PE树脂、12份PA树脂、6份PP-g-MAH、0.4份HSt助剂共混而成。

汽车用PP、PA共混配方,由100份PE树脂、14份PA树脂、8份PP-g-MAH、0.7份HSt助剂共混而成。
实施例3:
汽车用PP、PA共混配方,由100份PE树脂、12份PA树脂、6~7份PP-g-MAH、0.5份HSt助剂共混而成。
实施例4:
汽车用PP、PA共混配方,由100份PE树脂、14份PA树脂、6~7份PP-g-MAH、0.6份HSt助剂共混而成。

1.一种汽车用PP、PA共混配方,其特征在于:由100份PE树脂、12~14份PA树脂、6~8份PP-g-MAH、0.4~0.7份HSt助剂共混而成。
